• Martyna (9/5): - Czysto i komfortowo, mimo że skromnie. Idealny na krótki wypad do Rzymu dla osób które spędzają dzień na mieście. Śniadanie skromne, ale lepsze coś nic nic, dla naszej 3 wystarczyło. Kuchnia wspólna czysta. Blisko stacja metra i carrefour 24h. Własciciel pomocny, pozwolił nam zostawić bagaże w ostatnim dniu. Bardzo polecam!

Łatwy dojazd do centrum i głównych atrakcji, ale spokojnie i na piechotę można zwiedzać bo odległości nie są duże. Pokój spory, pościel i ręczniki czyściutkie. Brak przedpłaty i zameldowania online na plus. Kuchnia wspólna, dostępna 24/7. Lodówka, ekspres do kawy na plus. Jedyny minus to wyposażenie kuchni: mocno zużyte, przydałoby się już wymienić.

Contact was acting proactively, quick reaction to questions, was ready to help with transfer. Coffee maker, tea - small breakfast choice, mostly yogurts. Nobody in my group could eat yogurts, so we bought breakfast for us and used just coffee/tea - shared kitchen means you double check and wash utensils before using - noisy pipes

• Katalin (7/5): - Mi készítettük el, előre csomagolt péksütemények, tartós kenyér. Tejtermékek a hűtőben. Felvágott, gyümölcs, zöldség nem volt. Jam, Nutella, adagos kis tégelyekben. Méz nem volt, édesítő csak folyékony állapotban. Nincs víznyomás a tisztálkodáshoz, a WC öblítés körülményes, nem mindig indult el a víz. A használt törölközőket nem cserélték. Szekrény, polc nincs a fürdőszobában, nagyon minimál, két régi hokedli. Rovarháló nincs. Konyhában nincs mosogatógép ami a konyhai eszközök higéniáját biztosítaná.

• Christian Ivan (10/5): - I liked the stay; it has good access to the metro, and you can get to all the places using it. The person at the reception desk has a very bad attitude. We were traveling with a person in a wheelchair, and the first time I tried to open the door to help them go down the ramp, she scolded us and said that we were not supposed to open it. On our last day, she told us that she was not going to open the door for us because he simply did not want to do it. This is not a complaint about the apartment itself, but rather about the building staff. There was another gentleman who did allow us to open and close the door, and he was much more helpful.

Perde yoktu ama kepenkler vardı, o da iş görüyor gayet. Mutfak ortak kullanımlı, bu da biraz karışıklığa sebep oluyor. Son gün diğer odada kalanların malzemeleri alınmış ve siz mi aldınız diye bize soruldu, almadığımızı söyledik ama yine de bu bize rahatsız hissettirdi kendimizi.

Es un piso de 3 habitaciones en el que compartes cocina y en general está todo algo viejo y descuidado. No hay cortinas, las paredes tienen la pintura picada en varios sitios y la cocina se ve muy usada (y depende qué huésped haya estado antes, sucia). El desayuno es repetitivo y lo reponen todos los días: pan de molde, tostas de pan, bollería industrial, yogures, leche y zumo (en zona común hay mermelada, miel y cacao en polvo)

• Karl (8/5): Excellent location close to the Vatican - no frills but comfortable in the right location. - Excellent location, easy walk to the Vatican and easy access to the Metro. We were happy with what was provided food wise - croissants, bread, spreads, yogurt coffee, juice and milk. I liked that a supermarket was right downstairs. Our room had all what we needed for a comfortable stay in an older apartment.

Ottima la posizione e la vicinanza con il supermercato h24. Alcune osservazioni: stoviglie un po' troppo usurate, macchie di umidità in camera. Serratura camera troppo "essenziale", forse sarebbe meglio qualcosa di più sicuro.

Codziennie słodkie włoskie śniadania i dostępna kuchnia. Miły personel. Nie było problemu z przechowaniem bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Brak połowy drzwi w prysznicu. Twarde duże poduszki. Szafa na ubrania w łazience.

• MAGALI (9/5): - L'emplacement est parfait, à 100m de la bouche de Métro Cipro et à 50m d'un supermarché ouvert 24h/24h. Il s'agit de 3 chambres dans un appartement avec cuisine partagée. La literie est parfaite. Par contre revoir la décoration notamment les couleurs très criardes. Des améliorations à faire niveau branchement électrique et mobilier (le cadre du grand lit ne tient pas et ne sert à rien). La salle de bain est pratique et propre. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Parfait pour juste dormir. Une grande disponibilité des gérants. Merci à Paolo pour l'accueil et les réservations de taxi. Un véritable service très appréciable. Il faudrait que chaque appartement ait sa propre vaisselle car tous les locataires ne sont pas aussi regardant niveau vaisselle et les assiettes proposées en plastique pas très engageantes. Attention au bruit commun de par la proximité à la cuisine... Certains arrivent tard et se lèvent tôt et réveillent donc les autres occupants.

На будинку вказана не та адреса, яка зазначена в бронюванні. Плита не працювала, рушники не мінялися і були мокрими, було прохолодно і сиро. Сніданок поганий.
• Laura (6/5): Aceptable para un par de días, bien comunicado. - Bien para familias que quieren ahorrarse el desayuno y/o cena en la ciudad, aprovechando de la cocina. Muy cerca del vaticano a pie. Las instalaciones son viejas. La pintura estaba o manchada o bastante estropeada y hay problemas de humedad que se pueden apreciar en las paredes cerca del techo. La ducha no funcionaba el primer día aunque la repararon al día siguiente. Los platos eran todos de plastico (incluso había platos de usar y tirar reutilizados). Menos mal que no coincidiamos con los demás hospedados porque no hay ni platos ni cubiertos para todos.

• Luxluy (4/5): Costi Elevati per un Servizio Decisamente Insufficiente - Posizione La struttura è in condizioni spartane e visibilmente datate. L'arredamento è vecchio, l'intera atmosfera è stanca e non riflette minimamente un livello di cura e comfort che ci si aspetterebbe da una sistemazione ricettiva moderna. Le camere in particolare mostrano i segni del tempo, con mobili usurati, bagno obsoleto, scarsa manutenzione. La pulizia era accettabile ma non di più. Il problema maggiore, tuttavia, è il rapporto qualità-prezzo, che è totalmente sbilanciato. I prezzi sono decisamente esagerati per ciò che viene offerto. Si paga una tariffa da struttura di fascia media o superiore per un servizio che a malapena rientra nella fascia economica, se non fosse per l'ubicazione. Sconsiglio vivamente!

Camera care ne-a fost data arata saracacios CAMERA PORTOCALIE PT 3 PERSOANE , peretii murdari, patati ,panze de paianjen, pe jos nematurat , jaluzelele rupte, aerul conditionat avea furtunul de evacuare intr-un bidon de plastic pus in camera langa pat.Miros ciudat de nespalat.Spre disperarea noastra care am platit 400 euro pentru 3 nopti.Bucataria und etrebuia sa servim masa mizerabila, cu perdele la geam negre si patate.Vesela de plastic ,dulapul murdar, cred ca nu a mai vazut carpa de ani de zile.Pentru ca nu aveam ce face si nici unde sa stam, am facut noi cat de cat curatenie cu o matura si am spalat plita, chiuveta, cestile si lingurile .Cos de gunoi facut dintr-un bidon de tabla,Vesela din plastic zgariata, pahare zgariate etc.

• Valentina (7/5): - Location is near metro station and 10ish min walk to Vatican museum which is convenient. The host was very friendly and explained us everything. The breakfast consisted of coffee and tea, juice, yogurt, some packed pastries, toast ans selection of spreads. The room is one of three in one apartment. It was as clean as it could be for the old building which was not renovated. The toilet was uncooperative and very loud and the bed and pillow was very hard.

• Tamás (10/5): Cosy stay with fantastic host in an outstanding apartment house - The bed was fantastic and the location is outstanding. Also the building is quite fancy, in and outside - same type of apartment house as in the Prati quarter, and the balcony is also perfect. Paolo was also wonderful, reacting instantly to any question giving great tips and all, so a very good stay altogether. The breakfast was also always filled up, nothing to complain for really. That's a personal: bedsheet in Italian or French way are not my cup of tea, I like a separate covered bedcover instead of single sheet and cover. But we never asked for it, so it was totally fine for us. Also, Paolo, if you would add a small cupboard to the room, that would be perfect. And of course, you are in the Mediterranean, so the room basically was quiet but the neighbours must be accounted for - be prepared that before midnight you will hear some social Italian life.

Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Colazione apprezzata anche dai bambini, da sottolineare anche macchinetta del caffè con cialde e altre bevande messe a disposizione. Ambiente pulito. Prezzo ottimo.

Kitchen was always available, market stores are just 2 minutes away same Metro station is 3 minutes away and from metro station you can visit all important places. Prices were higher in other more far away places. 10/10 always clean.
• Ruth (10/5): - Excellent stay! Unit was clean and had an easy check in process. Hot water, a/c, and balcony. Location was great, close to a metro stop and with shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Vatican. Room shares a kitchen with two other units, but each room has lock and private bathroom. We didn’t actually use the kitchen but looks like a great option to have for longer stays.

• Irbe (8/5): Very good - Paolo is a wonderful and attentive host who cares about his guests. The B&B is in a great location, close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of charming restaurants frequented by locals. The accommodation itself is clean, with comfortable beds. While it’s a simple place, it’s cozy and pleasant. Very nice for a stay in Rome! On the downside, we would have appreciated having a window curtain in the bathroom and a bedside lamp in the room.
• Adrian (1/5): Not recommended. - Good location. We left after one night and found other accommodation. We arrived and could not work out which door to go to, we had a choice of three, and no one would answer the phone or reply to messages, so we spent 20 mins outside. Once inside, we were told which was our room, our cupboard, and our shelf in the fridge. The kitchen facilities were minimal, and I was told off for looking in a cupboard. I was only looking to see if there were any more plates or cooking pans. What you can see in the photos is the extent of what there is. The communal areas were grubby and uninviting. I have no idea what the €20 cleaning fee could have been spent on, but I'm sure it wasn't cleaning supplies. The window shutter did not go up properly, giving my husband a headache and bump in the head. We could see black mould in the bedroom and bathroom. There was a horrendous smell that got worse as the windows were shut for the night, trapping the smell inside and making it hard to sleep. We started packing . . .
• Cristina (10/5): Buon soggiorno a pochi passi dal Vaticano - Camera ampia con bagno privato, letto molto comodo, buona la pulizia della stanza, andrebbe forse un pochino rimodernata. La zona comune è comoda perché dotata di cucina con utensili per la colazione (macchina del caffè , bollitore,tostapane..)ma volendo c' e anche la possibilità di cucinare un pasto. Da rivedere un po' la pulizia e organizzazione di questa zona. La colazione offerta, seppur con prodotti confezionati, non è niente male, yogurt, latte, succo, merendine, pane confezionato,fette biscottate e merendine sono a disposizione ogni giorno. Nel complesso questa struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La zona è centrale, a pochi passi dal Vaticano e nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano numerosi ristoranti, bar supermercati e un mercato.

• Arnold (8/5): Vatican stay - Really close to a metro stop. There is a shared kitchen area and a proper supermarket 1 minute away so could make our own breakfast. Paulo was very helpful with information about how to get about and letting us leave our luggage as we had a late flight. There was a little balcony. Aircon was great. About 10 - 15 minutes walk to the Vatican 🇻🇦
• charles (8/5): good enough, was nice - location was great - close to Cipro Metro, and a short walk to the Vatican. The advertised "breakfast is included" wasn't much of a breakfast - prepackaged pastries and standard sliced bread. They did have an espresso machine, which saved the day! Also, there's a 24/7 grocery store around the corner, very convenient.
• Iris (10/5): Rome experience - Our stay in Arches Inn was very pleasant. Our host was very kind and he shared a lot of useful information how to move through town. Breakfast was abundant, the fridge was restocked every morning. Coffee was exceptionaly tasty. Shops and metro were very close, The Vatican museum is just 10minute walk from the apartment. The apartment and the location are very family friendly and I dearly recommend the stay here.
• Evija (8/5): Very good - Very good location, metro 5min, supermarket around the corner, 24/7, fruit market around the corner 24/7. Room interior very simple, as on the pictures, great big bathroom, nice balcony. Staff very nice and welcoming! The breakfast could be better but as there was supermarket around the corner so we could buy everything what we wanted! As we were there when it was about +38 'C in daytime so didnt want a lot for breakfast, so the yogurt, juice, croissants, toast and jam was perfect + very good coffee! 😁😎
