Guest Reviews
- Brittany (1/5): -
- Doug (1/5): - Nothing. I wasn't even able to reach the staff, let alone stay in the room. I had to make another reservation 10 minutes away.
- Bryan (1/5): - Scammed out of hotel it dont exist! The whole damn experience
- Stephen (1/5): Horrible - Nothing I couldn't get ahold of the front office to check in they told me to cancel it and I'd get a full refund
- Ceasario (1/5): OYO Searcy in Arizona is closed, but they booked a room anyway - Nothing This property is not a hotel anymore and the customer service for OYO Properties didn't even know so they send me on a wild goose chase for over an hour.
- Meredith (1/5): -
- Lewing (8/5): -
- Paul (2/5): - The hotel was closed for renovations when I arrived (after I made a reservation).
- Whitworth (1/5): - I ck out before daylight and I didn't ck in until after 11 pm.there was a dirt ring in the tub alone w 3 hairs (not mine)something blew up in the microwave and was not cleaned and the final straw was when I seen a cockroach on the bed.i told the manager and he refused to refund my money any of it .he did however say I could have a future stay at a discounted price.thats. cRazy I will never stay there again and not sure if I will ever book with you again either I'm just out nearly 60 dollers for nothing so that was a waste of my time and money ruined my weekend cause I didn't have anymore money for a different room at another place .and no body seems to care enough to try And make it right
- Carolyn (10/5): - Clean and friendly staff
- Tessie (6/5): - My room was clean. Everything needed updating but it was serviceable for 1 night. You get what you pay for obviously.
- Robert (1/5): -
- Jolene (2/5): - Never got my deposit back and there were bugs on the beds. My kids had bites all over them and they still won't give me my deposit back.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I was charged twice the amount stated in the app. The owner/ manager was rude
- Stephanie (8/5): - The outside is ran down and not very inviting but some effort was put into the design of the room. Three beds?! This worked out super great and even better for the price. I will recommend and stay again if ever needed. Man a t check in was down to earth and patient and understanding of our situation. Made for quick easy check in.
- Cassie (10/5): - B
- Quentin (2/5): - Ever wanna go somewhere and feel like you’re in a nightmare this is it! The place is filthy , old disgusting furniture , a crack under the door a midget could fit through with the strongest smell of mold this side of the Mississippi River. Staff was rude and nosy. Just a waste of money . Don’t go here your better off sleeping under the bridge
- Jose (2/5): - I kept requesting a cancellation amd nothing was done about it
- robert (4/5): Get what you pay for - Very old hotel run by non English speaking people
- Rodelia (8/5): - The room was clean, but the furniture was a bit old.
- Kiplimo (8/5): good for the price - good environment and peaceful no coffee cups, no body jell or lotion
- Jewel (6/5): - It was decent.
- Whitworth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hugo (8/5): - Everything was good
- Dana (6/5): Pleasant - A man coming up to us asking us to run him to get alcohol in the next town over cuz searcy Arkansas is a dry country
- Scot (6/5): - Convenient. Dogs which I think were from a neighboring property barking late at night.
- Houston (10/5): Exceptional - The check in attendant was extremely nice. I really enjoyed my stay. Was super comfortable and definitely will be returning. Rooms were clean and the price was great.
- Carson (4/5): Disappointing -
- Tina (10/5): - Great place
- Krystal (5/5): Passable -
- Kim (2/5): The worse experience ever from hotels.com and room - No one was at the window to check in so I proceeded to go and cancel my reservation. Hotels.com communicated that it was too late to cancel and there for I couldn’t cancel this room. I went into check in and was checked in and paid the 30 deposit. We went to the room and the officer manager came back saying that she could not check me in because her computer read that the reservation was canceled. She asked me to return to the office so she could show me what it said. I showed her my email confirmation from hotel.com and proceeded to provide her with the reservation details for her to check on her end. She said she would call her corporate and get it worked out with hotels.com and we could proceed to stay in the room “because she liked us”. When I went back to the room, used the restroom to learn the toilet would not flush, there was no running water, and dead bugs were in the tub indicating it hadn’t been cleaned anytime lately. I walked back to the office to communicate this issue and to request instead of being moved to just asked to be checked out. She refunded my $30 deposit on the same day of Saturday( same day she ran the initial deposit request), we returned the keys and proceeded to leave the property. I immediately called hotels.com to communicate this issue as hotels.com processed full payment on Saturday and my family and I DID not stay at this disgusting hotel.
- Dwight (10/5): Exceptional - Price plain room nothing fancy a place to sleep. Small frig. Microwave. No roaches. No bed bugs.a real nice place If you wanting a fancy 5 star this isn't for you.
- Tina (6/5): - Not very clean
- Eddrick (7/5): Good -
- Michelle (1/5): Bad -
- Robert (1/5): I would pass this place on by unless you wanna give them free money - Room size The people that own and run this place are absolutely rude and charge you extra when you arrive and then require a damage deposit when we stayed up arriveal we found out the TV was broke told one of the owners and they said they was aware of it when we went to check out the other owner said we broke the TV and refused to give us our deposit back
- Tanaya (2/5): Very poor -
- Jason (2/5): Lousy place to stay avoid at all cost!!! - The room smelled bad, tv did not work, water pressure was crappy they charge you a $30 deposit and tell you that if the room is not messed up you will get it back in 7-10 days but dont give it back and tell you it your fault that youer not getting it back then hang up on you...
- Telmesa (3/5): Dead flies, hot rooms, need to upgrade - The guy at desk was rather rude
- Bryan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anthony (8/5): - Alright
- Nikki (2/5): - The room was nasty the shower curtain was mold and mildew. Dirt at the base of the walls and tub was chiped and rusty. And they kept my deposit.
- Penny (1/5): Bad - Not a damn thing..... I do not even know where to start......
When I got there, I was told that I needed to pay a $30 deposit and a pet fee- which I did online already but OK.
The room was disgusting, got a non-smoking room because I do not like the smell of smoke, and this room smelled so bad. The chair and couch were stained. There was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner.
The headboard, which was glued to the wall, fell down, which hit my boyfriend on the head.
Then to top it off.....
THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!!
I have stayed in other OYO hotels, and this one has got to be the WORST. Here's a tip for the management of this hotel. Maybe instead of asking your customers ten times after they have already told you that they do not smoke. You could put that focus on cleaning up your hotel. When you manage a hotel, your number one priority should be to make your customers stay comfortable so they want to come back. Well, you are sadly failing in that department, and for that reason, I will NEVER STAY IN ANOTHER OYO!
- JoAnn (6/5): - I don't like . . . Bed was to hard
I like . . . The AC kept the place cool
- Ashley (4/5): Kinda cheap but you get what you pay for - The first stay at this hotel the shower didn’t even work.. this time the floors have clearly not been cleaned there are ants or some kind of bugs all over the floors and in the bath tub and sink.. refrigerator and microwave doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a while. And the towels looked really dirty like they haven’t even been washed. You have to look closely in the pictures of the floor to see the bugs but they are there! The price on here is cheaper but honestly I would say the rooms here aren’t worth more than $30/night including taxes. Not really even worth the $50
- Samantha (2/5): - There was NOTHIJG about this motel I liked. There were roaches in the room. There were 3 microwaves in the room that were so disgusting and burnt on the inside of them. Why would anyone need 3 microwaves?! Shower and toilet were so gross. Worst stay I’ve ever had in my life.
- Myesha (7/5): Kid friendly - The double rooms are huge. Cheap deposit. They have an outside pool. I’m guessing it’s gonna open Memorial Day. The sheets are not dirty like the reviews state just stained and just like any other hotel they will bring you sheets They have a white sheet and comforter concept going on, as we all know white is not kid friendly lol😂 so used my own sheets to prevent any mishaps.
- cathy (10/5): Scary on the outside nice on the inside - Hotel looks outdated but the room was clean and not musty. Bed very comfortable
- Wendy (10/5): - Just never took my dirty towels or never changed my trash
- Tammy (7/5): Was just a place to sleep. - The room was huge, and a great price! It wasn't very clean, we found pieces of candy in the floor, the pillows was flat.
- Jerrie (2/5): Horrible place to stay. - The room smelled bad. The beds were very hard. The mirror looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower was very nasty. There was scum and what looked like shampoo or shower gel all over the shower walls. You could not shut the bathroom door. I will never get a room at this place again. I had two nights reserved and we checked out after one night. There were sounds above us but we were staying on one level. So, no telling what was making all that noise on the roof.
- richard (2/5): Do not stay here - Room smelled bad, refrigerator was sitting outside room , rusty water , paint peeling off walls and door, no hot water, linens were really dated could use replacing. Stayed in OTO properties in past was really really disappointed in this property.
- Shane (2/5): - They are rude and required an extra deposit of 30 $ that won't be put back on you card for 7 to 10 days
The place is run down and nasty
- Donna (5/5): Passable - The room was nice I had a family emergency and had to leave her wasnt going to give me my deposit
- Stryker (1/5): Room was so dirty bed bath tub microwave had old burritos in it moldy and dirty bed was dirty and I didn’t even sleep in - Nothing at all
- Quinn (4/5): - The man that checked me in upon my arrival had a thick accent that I couldn't fully understand. He told me they were having problems with the water. I found out that to use what little lukewarm water there was you had to turn the "hot" water on in the sink. If that wasn't done you had cold water only. The property needs someone to do massive amounts of upkeep and improvements to the property.
- Teresa (1/5): Book somewhere else this place is NASTY - The size of the room the water pressure and the price
Everything else was horrible. It was nasty ...hair everywhere in the tub, in-between the sheet ,vanity ,floor, and on the microwave tray inside it
Bed was uncomfortable pillows flat
The color scheme was awful blue yellow and maroon,
Broken dirty furniture
- Laura (1/5): We didn’t stay saw room left - Roaches, unkept, unfriendly Roaches we didn’t stay. I got charged eight dollars from them on my card. The room is not the way it looks on the website absolutely disgusting man of the desk acted like he had no idea that was infested with roaches.
- Chris (2/5): Stay away - Not good, roaches and smelled. Should have just slept in my truck. Bathroom was not clean either.
- Catherine (9/5): Superb -
- Jessica (2/5): - There were roaches on the bed as soon as i walked in. Burn holes in the bedding. Strong odor. Couldnt get myself to stay. Had to find other amenities for the night
- Taquanda (6/5): Pleasant -
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Baxter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eva (1/5): Horrible will not stay here again - Front desk lady was very rude when I had my brother at the property for a few hours until I took him to his house because I was visiting him from out of state. Spotted 2 roaches one in the bathroom took photo before killing and one I killed on my son’s pillow took photo after I had killed it can still see the legs I told front desk what I found at checkout because it was 2 in the morning when I saw them and saw she said she knew and that they sprayed and called pest control and nothing was working because they come in from outside
- Ben (8/5): Fair for the price - It is good for the price, but do not expect much :)
- Makayla (1/5): A waste of money - Nothing it wasn’t anything like the pictures Everything
- Cory (1/5): I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone - absolutely nothing Everything about this hotel was bad I was quoted $145 for two nights, but was charged 181 there was a happiness crack underneath the door there were roaches and flies. The room had a musty smell to it. There was no coffee pot, and the staff was rude.
- Makayla (2/5): Disgusting - No breakfast It was filthy
- John (2/5): - I NEVER STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY BECAUSE MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED BY EXPEDIA AND I COULDN'T GET THERE I CALLED AND CANCELLED BUT THE HOTEL STILL STOLE MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I NEVER STAYED IN THE HOTEL. VERY DIRTY .BURN HOLES IN THE LINEN. DIRTY BATHROOM 🖕
- Gary (2/5): - nothing
- Robert (1/5): I would have rather slept on the streets of Ukraine - getting out of there it is so sketchy . suspected meth heads. loud a/c. no hot water
- Tabatha (8/5): Very good -
- Barbara (7/5): Good -
- Cameron (1/5): Bad -
- Jack (2/5): - It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was dirty hair in the sink and in the shower. Your feet turned black waking across the floor. We killed a cockroach
- Herring (1/5): it was a joke. should have went somewhere else - nothing staff at checkin hard to understand. gave an attitude when I checked out. Bathroom door falling off & rust in tub.
- Cesar (10/5): - Very affordable, consistent room service, and extremely helpful & understanding staff. 10/10 Would definitely stay here again.
- Brian (2/5): - Awful place, lots of dog hair on pillow case even in the bed. Requested new sheets which were the wrong size…. And probably dirty and hadn’t been washed either, no hot water, towels were brownish black color that were supposed to be white…. Smelled awful as well, all surfaces dirty grimy and covered with hair, you get what you pay for at this place. First and last time staying. If I could give a negative review I would!!
- Tubbs (5/5): Passable -
- Renee (4/5): Terrible nights sleep. - Roaches were in the bathroom and in the door of the refrigerator. Ran water for 10 min on high and there was NO hot water!!! Waste of water!! Train coming thru is loud. People acreaming outside.
- Leon (10/5): - It was very great nice people
- Albert (10/5): - Cozy has hot water bed tv and for only 43 usd
- Deanna (2/5): Would never stay here again. - Hardly anything about this experience was positive. I booked it because it was close to where I needed to be. We had no heat, hot water, or working TV. The popcorn was falling off of the ceiling and the room needed major renovations.
- Hailey (2/5): - will never go back
- Dalia (5/5): Passable -
- Regina (5/5): Passable - The room seem unfinished but for it to be last minute it was ok I guess. I would try it again.
- Andrew (4/5): Disappointing -
- Charlotte (5/5): Passable -
- Zanna (2/5): - The pictures are deceiving it look’s nothing like the pictures. There were bugs in my room. I asked for a refund or another room and the owner refused. I called Expedia and he refused to answer the phone to approve my refund. Once he finally answered he denied my refund and told me go to the hotel lobby. When I got there he made me call them back and change my complaint or I couldn’t get my cash deposit. I never received my refund for this room.
- John (8/5): Okay, was what I expected. - No food, location good Roaches
- Merisha (1/5): Bad - My room was nasty. There was no bedside tables. They were broke. Rooms look nothing like what was pictured.
- wyzek2022 (4/5): Not good - Small rusty refrigs (no 2-dr frigs), rusted tub & toilet, tub with open hole, dead roaches found in frig, bright yellow w/ electric blue paint, open elec holes in all walls, no screens, flat pillows, unmatched bedding, warped stands & dressers, some drawers missing, tons of flies, roaches & gnats, sneakily raises YOUR rate, BYO vac-mop w/fluids, thin scratchy linens, pics are fake.
- John-Michael (2/5): - This room was in extremely poor condition. Would never attempt another stay. Charging me anything for this experience is poor business.
- Steven (5/5): It's okay.. - The location was convenient. It was reasonably quiet. The room was not clean, and there was only one tiny bar of soap. There was no coffee maker. The pictures of the rooms shown online were not pictures of this hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable. The table was very wobbly and could break at any time. One side of the bathroom window was not covered, and could easily be seen through from outside. Had to give a security deposit for whatever dumb reason.
- Rodney (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing. Just a place to lay my head down. Pretty much everything.
- Jlyn (3/5): Poor -
- guy (2/5): - The place was awful, the sheets were dirty, the room had ants, and just not done at all, very awful place to stay
- 935lorenzar (2/5): Scammers, liars and dishonest - Giving it a 1 start because I can't give it a zero. I made a mistake in double booking but called right away. They kept me on the phone for ever to lie saying they never heard from Expedia come to find out they refuse to give a refund $200. 00.
I am a calm person and always give people the benefit of the doubt. I just can't believe that after staying there for 4 weeks straight multiple rooms they were not willing to give a refund. Instead felt the need to lie, to be dishonest. I learned a hard lesson then to stay in a dirty, filthy cheap hotel.
