- Ivonne Araceli (9/5): Buena estancia :) - El lugar tiene una excelente localización, cerca de avenidas principales, farmacias y del Chedraui además de que las instalaciones están muy limpias y el staff es muy atento, consideramos volver a este lugar en la próxima ocasión Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación ya que estaba goteando y no enfriaba. Amablemente nos cambiaron a otra habitación pero de igual manera el equipo no enfriaba tanto, creo que deberían de revisar el mantenimiento de los equipos o hasta considerar aumentar la capacidad de los equipos para que alcancen a enfriar los cuartos ya que si son un poco grandes y parece que los equipos no se dan abasto con el calor de Huatulco

- Carol (10/5): Great place to stay in La Crucecita - Location was great, can walk everywhere, or walk to Chedraui to easily get a taxi. Pool was lovely, quiet in AM, rooms and beds were great. The sofa's in the two bedroom apartment were not really comfy for relaxing. Even if they added two comfy chairs that would be an improvement.

A 15 min caminando esta la bahia principal de huatulco y a 15 en auto playas virgenes hermosas. La estancia muy recomendable ya que es privado con acceso solo a huespedes, la alberca super limpia y funcionando en horario. El personal atento y disponible todo el tiempo. Nos recibieron con un mezcal, todo funcionando super bien

Nos obsequiaron con una botella de mezcal al llegar :) Habitación muy muy húmeda (más que el ambiente, que ya de por sí tiene elevada humedad por el clima). Zona residencial/hotelera, es cómodo y práctico pero necesitas coche y no tiene demasiado encanto. No hay desayuno (sí cafetera).

El estacionamiento es amplio. La alberca es una buena opción. Todo está automatizado. Tienen detalles en la habitación que son excepcionales. El panel para abrir el portón queda lejos del auto.

We were in a hotel room, Had a fridge, microwave etc. Lovely big pool. Would love to have more tables at the pool, to play cards etc.

The room was dark, the furniture in the terrace was plastic, and everything overall looked outdated. Beds were not comfortable, and we had two coackroaches encounters in our 2-night stay. Incredibly overpriced for the comfort and amenities.

- Dana (9/5): Highly recommend when visiting Huatulco - The location was fantastic, across the grocery store, lots of cabs going by, can walk to the main "downtown" area (15 mins) or can take a cab for $40. We liked that the whole unit was clean. Had a full kitchen, etc. the beds were comfy, there was an outdoor place to hang up your wet clothes/swimsuits, it was great, really. Pool was great, staff was friendly. The AC in one of the bedrooms in our unit was not working well (it was more acting like a fan rather than an AC, not blowing cold air). It wasn't the end of the world, we asked them to fix it, they tried but it didn't really improve. That was a very minor thing but that's really the only thing we didn't like.

They were quickly provided. The air con was terrific as it was very hot. The beds (2) were comfortable with nice white covers. THE POOL...it is a nice size and one reason I chose this location as I like to swim. However, a pool like this, used by small children, needs to be kept scrupulously clean. Also with full sun most of the day, the pool is a breeding ground for bacteria. When I pointed out scum on top of the water, a maintenance man used a skimmer to clear it away but that doesn't work. I would ask that management hire a professional pool maintenance company. I went into the pool only once. Other than that, everything was terrific and I would stay there again.

- Steve (8/5): I stayed in the triple room with my two adult sons and was issued one key. I requested another in case they wanted to go - great location, close to many great restaurants and grocery store. also had a nice swimming pool if one wanted to refresh.

We loved everything about it, it’s always clean, they always have someone available at the front desk 24/7, extremely safe and organized, all staff are super kind, and the rooms are spacious and are even equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge in case you want to store some restaurant leftovers! Not to mention the location could not be more perfect, the centro and Chahue beach are both walking distance and it’s right behind Chedraui in case you want some groceries or need a quick cheap snack. The internet could be a little better, it was almost non existent at some times.
