- Michael (8/5): schön als Ausgangspunkt zur walking street - Frühstück war gut mit direkter Lage am Strand, gute Bademöglichkeiten guter, mit einem kurzem Fussweg ist man schon in der berühmten walking street. Netter, aber fast zu warmer Pool inmitten der Anlage, die in thailändischem Holzstil gebaut wurde. im Verhältnis zur Größe der Anlage wenig Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme

- Alice (2/5): Séjour très décevant, chambres spacieuses mais literie très inconfortable, mobilier vieillot et salle de bain sale et ro - La plage, la vue depuis le petit-déjeuner L’hôtel était mal entretenu, les parties communes pas nettoyées (transats et espace plage sales, des mégots et déchets laissés sur l’espace clients de l’hôtel), le petit déjeuner était moyen et limité, avec peu de choix. Nous avons eu une chambre spacieuse mais tout au fond du complexe, le trajet plage - chambre était long et pénible. la salle de bain de notre chambre était sale, rouillee par l’humidité, la literie très inconfortable, le tout mériterait un rafraîchissement. C’était dans l’ensemble très décevant, surtout pour le prix.

Also western breakfast option but we preferred to taste all the lovely curries and other dishes with authentic flavors. Special thanks to all the staff especially nockky who made our stay unforgettable. they were amazing with our son of 3, and went above and beyond to make his day special. Also the rest of the staff like housekeeping and gardeners, transportation staff were super friendly and nice. Big thank you to all anda employees Pool hygiene was not always very good But when we would comment on that we could see that they would right away look into it and clean it. The Wonderfull clear blue sea was always another great option to swim in:-)

Big rooms - deluxe / superior room had mosquito nets provided. Nice big bathrooms. The beach bar was very nice Shuttle service from the port Beach towels provided Breakfast was ok! Sunbeds are a bit tired and uncomfortable. Only one key is provided for the room so you can’t keep the electricity on - including air conditioning so it is so hot when you return. The standard room we booked didn’t have a mosquito net. Beach front villa are not as private as we’d have liked given the price. Pool area was a bit unclean - especially the shallow pool.

Bra ändå att dela upp boenden på olika stränder för då får man uppleva så mycket mer av Koh Lipe. Frukosten var den sämsta jag varit med om. Mest uppvärmd mat så vill man ha thaimat till frukost är det perfekt. Jag åt i princip bara frukt som bestod av ananas & vattenmelon. Ej prisvärt. Inte lika trevlig personal som vid andra hotell är min upplevda uppfattning. Besvär med AC, fick byta rum efter 2 nätter, men blåsten gick inte att reglera så vi hängde upp saronger för att skydda oss.

- ALAIN (5/5): Dommage qu'il y ait une fréquentation trop importante du lieu. - La chambre grande et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet proche de l'horreur tellement il y avait de monde. Du coup pour trouver une table... Le nombre insuffisant de transats par rapport aux clients. La clim : entre celle de la chambre (difficile à régler) et le compresseur extérieur de chambre qui faisait un bruit infernal nous obligeant à mettre des bouchons d'oreilles pour pouvoir dormir !!! Quant à l'eau de la piscine, elle était trouble sauf le dernier jour où elle a été nettoyée.

- Gustavo (7/5): Lamentablemente, no volvería - Esta muy cerca de la playa, ofrecen traslado del muelle en ida y venída, la comida del restaurante esta buena y las chicas de recepción si que fueron todas muy amables y serviciales, la piscina también es bastante bonito el entorno. El primer dia encontramos una rata en la habitación y un nido de ratas en una junta de la casa de madera en el interior...El trato con el personal de cafeteria en concreto la chica del pelo amarillo corto, tuvo un trato poco cordial y la forma de mirar y actuar era muy despectiva, también el chico de recepción en la noche fué poco servicial y con una actitud un poco vergonzosa, las casas son de madera y hace un calor terrible, el aire acondicionado suena a horrores, los colchones super duros y las almohadas super super duras, hay una barbaridad de mosquitos y no hay mosquiteras en todas las habitaciones en las camas, después de pasar 5 noches ahí el sabor es agridulce, el entorno lo vale el alojamiento en calidad precio no.
- Kenza (10/5): - Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique, avec une atmosphère très agréable. La chambre avec vue sur la piscine est spacieuse, le lit est confortable et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. L’accès direct à la plage est un vrai plus, tout comme la possibilité de louer des kayaks. L’hôtel se situe sur la côte où se trouvent certaines des plus belles plages de l’île. Nous avons facilement rejoint North Point Beach et Maricilla Beach par la plage, deux endroits à faire. L’accès à la Walking Street se fait en seulement 5 minutes. Le personnel était disponible et sympathique, les trajets des ferrys à l’hôtel et vice versa sont pris en compte. Le petit déjeuner reste assez classique, avec une offre similaire à celle que l’on retrouve dans la plupart des hôtels de la Thaïlande. Mais la proximité de la Walking Street permet de profiter facilement de nombreux excellents spots pour le petit déjeuner. La salle d’eau mériterait un léger rafraîchissement : elle paraît un peu vieillissante et l’évacuation de l’eau ne fonctionnait pas parfaitement.

- Rafael (4/5): Mehr Schein als Sein !!! Bei einen Preis von 120 die Nacht ( für Thailand at es nicht wenig) extrem enttäuschend. - Die Lage! Mietarbeiter freundlich, jedoch gestresst und etwas traurig. Sehr ungewohnt für Thailand. Extrem toller Garten welche alles andere nicht ausgleichen kann. Alles abgenützt und extrem verbraucht. Alle Metal Gegenstände in Badezimmer rostig oder einfach kaputt. Nur Sparlampen mit grellen, unangenehmen Licht. Pool wirkt dreckig und ungepflegt! Frühstück eine Mischung aus sehr minderwertigen Lebensmitteln, nahezu ungenießbar.

- Truesavings (9/5): Good location and clean rooms - Great location, staff very helpful, nice choice for breakfast and the bed was big enough for our 3 year old daughter to sleep with us so we didn't have the expense of any additional bed or cot. My wife loved the mosquito net around the bed. The hotel is started to look a bit neglected in places but it didn't spoil our stay. Could do with somewhere to hang things, like towels.

- alex404A (7/5): - 酒店的位置非常不错，走路两分钟出去就是日出海滩。我们看了三次日出，就是因为酒店位置非常好。旁边就是游泳池。酒店提供接进接出的服务，帮你到送到接驳船。虽然有点乱，不过免费的嘛，没什么可以指摘的。 酒店的房间有点开盲盒，我们那个酒店是在一楼正对游泳池，基本白天毫无隐私可言，你必须要拉窗帘。这一点挺难让人接受的，就是也没什么挑的机会。还有就是酒店一直很潮湿吧，可能是因为海岛，也没办法。总之就是你觉得黏糊糊的，所有的设施。

- Pierluca (7/5): Pernottamento forse nel periodo sbagliato - Struttura direttamente su una spiaggia bellissima , colazione vista Mare La struttura e' in manutenzione, purtroppo in questo periodo sia nei bagni delle stanze che fuori negli spazi aperti vicino la nostra camera vi era una puzza di fognature . Il balconcino era purtroppo inutilizzabile perché con impalcature vicine e quindi polvere e cattivo odore. Dispiace che siamo capitati in questo periodo, altrimenti credo che la struttura sia una bellissima struttura , ma purtroppo meno in questo periodo...

- Trine Werner (9/5): - Vi havde en helt fantastisk uge på dette sted, som efter vores mening ligger allerbedst ud til Sunrise Beach på øen. Vi havde booket to dobbeltværelser, og personalet mødte vores ønsker om, at de lå ved siden af hinanden. Vi blev meget glade, da vi opdagede, at der er connecting dors, så vi havde et stort værelse til hele familien. Det er klart hyggeligst at være placeret tættest mod stranden, hvor vi nød solopgangen ved morgen. Morgenmaden indeholdt mange forskellige retter og frugt og grønt. Af et trestjernet hotel lever dette sted helt op til vores forventninger - og lidt mere til (prisniveauet var i den høje ende, men det gælder vist for hele øen). Vi blev positivt overraskede og kommer gerne igen. Poolen trængte til lidt mere cirkulation og rensning, men det lignede, at de arbejdede på sagen, mens vi var der.
- carole (9/5): Excellent séjour - Nous avons énormément apprécié cet hôtel très très bien placé. Pas de bateau devant la plage et nous pouvions mettre les masques et nager pour voir les poissons. Nous avons apprécié le bar qui nous laisse nous servir de la machine à café, chocolat, et eau à volonté. La prochaine fois nous demanderons simplement une chambre à l’étage car nous pourrons laisser les rideaux ouverts dans la journée. Le seul petit bémol est peut-être le manque de place pour mettre les transats et être à l’ombre. Mais si je dois mettre une note sur 10, je lui mets 9. Et ce qui était très appréciable, une très bonne musique au bar dès 11h30 le matin , une très bonne ambiance. Comme je l’ai dit plus haut, peut-être le manque de parasol.

- Christina (10/5): Vil helt sikkert komme igen. - Lå rigtig godt. 10 min. Gang til walking street. Super god betjening, personalet rigtig søde og dejligt hotel. Hotellet ligger lige ned til stranden. God rengøring. Poolen var lidt beskidt for lidt cirkulation i vandet.

Pedimos para nos trocar por favor e foram super atenciosos e queridos, arranjaram logo outro quarto. Bonito também As comodidades eram muito boas. Gostamos muito

- Daniela (6/5): Zwischen Traumlage und kleinen Abstrichen - Das Personal war durchweg ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Flut reichte das Meer beinahe bis an die Liegen – näher am Wasser kann man kaum sein. Auch der Transferservice verlief reibungslos und bestens organisiert. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Wir waren im 402 untergebracht – die Lage war wirklich hervorragend. Allerdings hatten wir sowohl auf der linken als auch auf der rechten Seite Familien mit sehr lebhaften Kleinkindern, und man konnte jedes gesprochene Wort deutlich hören. Auch hier zeigt sich das bekannte Thema mit reservierten Liegen durch Handtücher; es wird nicht unterbunden, vermutlich auch, weil Konflikte eher vermieden werden. Das Frühstück hatte für uns wenig mit entspannter Atmosphäre zu tun – es wirkte eher wie eine zügige Abfertigung als wie ein genussvoller Start in den Tag.

- Sam (8/5): A nice stay - Rooms were lovely very clean with lovely balcony. The breakfast has improved from previous comments as was very nice and the free coffee machine was very nice. Some of the sunbeds need updating. Some were broken. The rubbish is stored before removal as you enter the complex.

- Oliver (6/5): - Pool und strandzugang. Lage ist außergewöhnlich und war mal spektakulär Alt und verwohnt. Preis Leistung passt überhaupt nicht was die Zimmer angeht. Außenanlagen werden gepflegt und pool gereinigt aber das überall Dosen rumliegen scheint keinen Angestellten zu stören.

Chambre spacieuse même si pas très lumineuse Pas compris l’intérêt du frigo (vieillot) à côté du lit, ça aurait été mieux une table de chevet. Salle de bain qui nécessiterait un rafraîchissement + douche qui s’écoule mal, ça laisse de l’eau stagnante dans toutes la salle de bain.

- JIAYU (8/5): 性价比高 - 日出海滩的中心位置，自己独享一片海，皮划艇去对面小岛就在酒店这里，位置好，前台和餐厅都在海边，早餐好吃，虽然样不多，但该有的都有，有免费水和咖啡奶茶，海边玩完直接喝，酒店环境安静漂亮，门口有家按摩店特别好，专业舒服不贵 但设施真的有点旧了，可能也有人喜欢这种原生态的感觉吧

- Consuelo Boscagli (6/5): - La stanza era molto carina ma per arrivarci dovevi fare diverse rampe di scale. Ottimo Il bar sulla spiaggia, sia per il cibo che per il personale. La stanza non era stata finita di arredare. Non c'era nulla poter appendere gli asciugamani in bagno. Non avevano messo lo specchio e sono venuti con noi dentro a bucare con il trapano. Ovviamente hanno sporcato ma fino alla mattina successiva non l ha pulito nessuno. Con la doccia si bagna tutto il bagno, e la pendenza sbagliata del pavimento rimane sempre una pozza., proprio davanti al water. La colazione lasciava a desiderare. Per ritirare la lavanderia ci sono dovuta andare 3 volte.

Morgenmads buffeten samt hotellets restaurant var ikke god, sammenlignet med hvad du ellers kan få i Thailand og i Koh lipe. Dyre priser og ikke god kvalitet. Morgenmaden var specielt af dårlig udvalg og dårlig kvalitet. Der var også for mennesker til Den lille buffet de havde til rådighed. Værelserne er MEGET dårlig lydisoleret, så du kan hører når folk er i bad, går på gangen og andre ting..
