• Kathrin (8/5): Tromsø im Winter - Die Lage war wirklich sehr zentral, man war schnell in der Innenstadt. Allerdings muss man einen Berg hochlaufen. War für mich kein Problem, sollte man aber vllt wissen. Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Nichts.

• Kai-Ping (8/5): 離市區近、有共用廚房 - 住宿地點很好，靠近市區主要大街，步行可達。 住宿類型介於飯店和青年旅舍中間，每天會舖床給乾淨的毛巾，房間內有暖氣、冰箱、洗手台和吹風機，但廁所和浴室是共用的，另外有全棟共用的廚房與交誼廳，共用區域每天都會打掃乾淨。 廚房廚具很齊全，方便到超市採買自己煮三餐，也有免費洗衣機、洗碗機。 也有免費的咖啡機、熱巧克力、茶包等。 大門和房間門都是電子密碼鎖，自助入住很容易。 房間偏小，帶大行李箱的話可能會不方便全開。 從市區回到住宿地點要爬一小段小坡，如果積雪太深可能容易打滑。 我們住的雙人房在頂樓，如果是帶大行李爬樓梯上下會稍微辛苦。

• Piotr (4/5): Nie podobało mi się. - Blisko centrum, dostęp do kuchni z kawą i herbatą gratis. Mieliśmy pokój bez łazienki. To była łazienka publiczna - korzystali z niej turyści wybierający się na wycieczkę na zorze polarne. Tak nie powinno być. Brak komfortu.

• Sonja (10/5): Gemütliches Hotel - Super Hotel/Hostel. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber es war trotzdem komfortabel und alles neu. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und ein Waschbecken. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Bettdecken sind schön dick, so dass man auch bei arktischen Tempetaruren gut schläft. Auf dem Gang gibt es eine Dusche und jeweils ein Damen- und ein Herren WC. Das ist ausreichend man musste nie anstehen. Außerdem ist die Einrichtung so gemütlich, dass alles einen wohnlichen Charakter hat. Man teilt sich das Bad zwar, aber es war eher wie ein gemeinsames zu Hause. Alles war immer top sauber. Wir kamen morgens sehr früh an und hatten kaum geschlafen, wir durften direkt rein, da das Zimmer am Vortag leer war. Das war sehr, sehr lieb. So konnten wir abends ausgeschlafen auf die erste Polarlicht-Tour gehen. Der gratis Kakako ist wirklich lecker. Die Bushaltestellen sind fußläufig. Der TV, der in der Kategorie im Zimmer sein soll, fehlte, aber das war für uns nicht schlimm. Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch aber mit einem schweren Koffer bei Schnee nicht ganz leicht zu erreichen.

Location was perfect to access everything and a beautiful walk. Steep, icy streets surrounding hotel. Pillows were very lumpy and weak.

• Christina (5/5): - Likte beliggenheten Og hyggelig rengjørings personell og eierrne var greie å prate med. Ikke noe hyggelig interiør. Forventet hyggeligere rom og kjøkkenområdet. Litt nedslående å se rett ut på søppelcontainere ut av vindu og kjeledressser i cafeen. Forstår at det er et nordlys type hotel. Men anbefaler å jobbe med interiør og hygge følelsen som er viktig for mange, en betaler ca 1900 pr. natt og da kan en forvente litt koseligere rom.

On a eu la mauvaise surprise en arrivant de constater qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre avec salle de douche et toilette partagés. Il y a un lavabo dans la chambre ... Mais il était bouché... C'était très sale. Place de parking ? Je réalise une fois sur place qu'il fallait réserver et que c'était payant. J'écris via booking .... Personne n'a répondu. A priori, il m'a semblé voir que l'hôtel ne dispose que de 2 places... Bref, une mauvaise expérience.

• Naomi (6/5): Solid budget option in Tromsø with decent shared facilities and a convenient distance to shops and groceries. However, g - The room was very budget-friendly, which made it a good option for staying in Tromsø without spending too much. The shared shower and toilet facilities were decent and generally fine to use. Tromsø itself is a very small city, so grocery stores and shops were only a short walk away from the hotel, which made it easy to grab supplies and essentials during the stay. I did appreciate the coffee machine and the tea bags! There were a few inconveniences with the building and room layout. My room was on the top floor and the ceiling was inclined, which meant I bumped my head a few times. There are also no elevators in the building, and my room was on the fourth floor, so I had to carry my suitcases up three flights of stairs - definitely a workout. The hotel is located on a hill, and walking up from the city centre can be quite a climb. When I stayed in February there was a lot of ice on the road, which made the walk up the hill feel a bit scary in those conditions. Inside the room, it would have been helpful to have more power outlets, and tissues would have been a nice addition.

Felles bad og toalett ser ikke ut til blir rengjort eller stelt meir en en gang om dagen. Personalet va ikke å treffe på så fikk aldri spurt etter håndkle, for den som va på rommet va antakelig like stor som ei kopptugæ

• ZHAOAN (9/5): - 整體環境整潔明亮，空間不算大，浴廁空間較小，洗澡和馬桶距離很近只有簾子隔開，浴室沒窗戶但有一個小型通風扇，旅館離市區步行約10分鐘距離，光害較小出門可看到極光，一樓有洗衣房可洗衣和烘乾，有公共廚房和咖啡機免費使用 有附洗髮精但沒有沐浴乳，沒有電梯需要扛行李上3層樓
• sabbyj (7/5): A great hotel to save money and walk into central Tromsø - The Hotel Ami is conveniently located and really easy to check in and out. The best feature is the use of a communal kitchen where we could cook out own meals which can really save you some money in Norway. We had booked rooms with shared bathroom facilities which took a little getting used to, but they were fine. The rooms only had single beds which was a little sad for us (a couple). The shared bathroom had NO hooks to hang towels or clothes or anything. This made showering difficult.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit einem Bad gebucht, und das war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Fazit: kein Luxushotel aber außergewöhnlich, zwischen Ursprünglich und Modern 😁

The common area / Kitchen was kept clean and had all the amenities. The toilet was very narrow with almost no space to sit other than that I have no other complaints. • Alexandra (10/5): - Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel la semaine dernière et je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des commentaires mais là je suis obligée. Nous avons l'habitude de beaucoup voyager dans différents types d'hébergements. Des auberges de jeunesses jusqu'aux hôtels 5 étoiles et c'est un des rares établissements où nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison pour un petit prix à Tromso. Toutes les parties communes sont propres et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et même un frigo dans les chambres, ce qui nous a aidé à tenir notre volonté de petit budget pour ce voyage. Tout est très simple avec un code d'accès envoyé à l'heure de notre entrée dans la chambre. Les boissons chaudes sont à volonté et gratuites .L'ambiance y est cosy et chaleureuse et nous sommes repartis zen et reposés. Il s'agit d'un petit hôtel avec peu de chambres donc on ne se marche pas dessus. La dame qui s'occupe de la maison est adorable. Situé à côté de la rue principale, des magasins d'alimentation et des transports , c'est tout de même très calme avec une superbe vue. Nous avons même observé des aurores boréales de la fenêtre.Si vous pensez que voyager dans le Nord de la Norvège est trop cher et inaccessible, cet hôtel vous prouvera le contraire. Ce voyage est l'un de nos préférés et cet hôtel y a largement contribué. Nous reviendrons, cet endroit a une énergie incroyable !

• Linda (9/5): - Very kind staff, easy check in, super clean and comfortable room A bit of a climb to get to it, in deep snow it was a little tricky but I am fit and had proper footwear. So just be prepared for it and it is not a problem.
• Katrin (5/5): Wir haben diese Unterkunft gewählt, weil wir einen sehr frühen Rückflug hatten und die Nähe sowohl ins Zentrum, als auch - Zentrale Lage und Gratiskaffee. Möglichkeit Gepäck zu lagern, bis zum Check-in. Es ist mehr ein Hostel, als ein Hotel. Gemeinschaftstoilette und Gemeinschaftsdusche ist wirklich nicht schön, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist. Toilette und Dusche gab es wiederum nur eine pro Stockwerk, was angesichts der vielen Zimmer etwas wenig ist.

• laura (7/5): Great location. - It is a shared kitchen. It was good that there were multiple ovens. Plenty of everything you need. It was helpful to have the washer and dryer. Very small bathroom room but was private. No option to pay for basic breakfast ie pastry and cereals.
• fanny (5/5): Prix démesuré pour une chambre passable - L’hôtel est bien situé , à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de l’arrivée du bateau Hurtigruten (par contre , avec une montée !) Il est possible de faire la cuisine , ce qui est très chouette pour un hôtel. Le personnel est très sympa. Le prix est complètement démesuré par rapport à la qualité de la chambre. La salle de bain est minuscule , on dirait une chambre d’hôtel 1 étoile.

• Sanne (8/5): - Hele fijne plek. Voelt als thuiskomen. Basic maar goed. Deze keer vond ik het echt overpriced ten opzichte van sommige andere hotels. We zaten hiervoor een paar dagen in een groot appartement in het centrum en dat was behoorlijk goedkoper.

Possibilità di avere bevande calde gratuitamente; si possono avere snack dalla macchinetta elettronica e cucina in comune per viaggiatori che vogliono cucinare in proprio. Organizzano viaggi tipici della zona. L’albergo è in centro ma dopo una strada ripida verso l’alto; Io ho soggiornato in una giornata di pioggia e ghiaccio ed è stato un po’ difficile andare su e giù per il rischio di scivolamento ed ho storia di chirurgia al ginocchio. Avere dei ramponi per le scarpe a disposizione per i mesi invernali sarebbe una grande cosa!

• tom (7/5): - This is a hostel rather than a hotel. The beds were comfortable and a kitchen was available for cooking. Free tea/coffee machine. Close to the city. The family was an ok size for four people. The makeshift bathroom added to family room was very small with the shower virtually over the toilet. The washbasin was also tiny. The room was expensive given that we stayed in Lillehammer the nights before and paid less than half the price for a much better room that included breakfast. Tromso is expensive though.
