Carlos (3/5): Room is fine but breakfast pricing is BS - This property advertises "Exceptional Breakfast" and charges £33 difference between with and without breakfast. The breakfast consists of the following only: - Eggs - Bacon - Baked Beans - Sausages - Mushrooms - Bananas - Small croissants - Concentrated orange juice - Bananas - Strawberry Yoghurt small pots This breakfast is far from exceptional and produced in the style of school/less than local cafe would get you for £12. The maximum difference here should be £15 between breakfast or no breakfast and simply state BREAKFAST INCLUDED. The price of breakfast versus the booking price. Nobody should be booking with breakfast at this hotel. The staff are great and rooms are fine but whoever is responsible for pricing breakfast needs to correct this.

Dawn (7/5): Clean hotel, friendly staff, pleasant stay. - Breakfast was good. Bacon nice and crispy just how I like it. Room spacious, bed was only a double not a large double and the pillows were too thin.The bathroom was very spacious but the shower was far far too hot so much so we couldn’t use it as the thermos control didn’t work. Would of been nice if the lift worked as the stairs were quite steep but that didn’t bother me, keeps you fit 😂 Would have been nice to of had a separate room to chill and enjoy a drink besides the bar room but other than that our stay was acceptable and pleasant.

Lift was out of service again. We have stayed several times and lift was only ever available once. However this didn’t affect our stay it’s only thing I can think of. Everything else was excellent.

Hollie (10/5): Brilliant night away would definitely recommend and would absolutely return. - 3rd time staying in this hotel, location was perfect right at the seafront with a nice sea view. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious with a small balcony to stand on. This hotel offers room service and we had a gorgeous dinner bought to us in our room aswell as our breakfast in the morning, food was lovely. Staff were so friendly even the cleaners said goodbye on way out. Room requests were met. One of the more expensive hotels in this location however we returned due to the spacious clean rooms, room service and good food that we havnt found elsewhere.

They say maybe if the rooms are ready, but the receptionist didn't even check, just stated they're not ready without even asking about our reservation. No bottled water. For the price paid, there could have been a couple of small bottles of water in the room.

No parking but there was plenty of pay-parking in the street and nearby. The bathroom had a high tiled step to the walk in shower and this became very slippery. Definitely a need for grab bars because we both nearly had an accident with slipping. Awful coffee at breakfast.

Mark (10/5): Family weekend break to relax - Excellent location. The staff were extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable, and the view from the bay windows was lovely, especially in the morning. We selected two sea views rooms. There was entertainment in the bar but we couldn't hear it from our rooms. The evening dinner was amazing and filled us up a treat. We paid a bit more than other hotels in the area, but we feel it was worth it. Would highly recommend.

The food is very good. All round excellent value for money.

Stevens (8/5): Lovely hotel for exploring the seafront - The Prom Hotel was the the perfect location for a seaside holiday. The hotel was easy to find and they advised me on the best places to park as they do not have a car park. The staff on reception were very friendly and a special shout out to the restaurant staff who were handling breakfast, I've never seen such an efficient staff at keeping the breakfast well stocked! We had a twin room which was lovely, the bathroom is very modern and whilst the rest of the hotel needs updating, it's all very clean and well kept. My only slight gripe was the aircon. It was very efficient and responsive at keeping the room cool BUT the panel on the wall is super bright and lit up the whole room at night! I ended up putting a piece of card over it just to try and dull the light. It's only a minor gripe would be a great feature as a night light for kids but I found is very distracting when I was trying to sleep.
Gary (7/5): - Great first impression, the reception/bar area decor nice & modern...the staff welcoming & friendly ...food was nice, good breakfast selection, room was clean & bed comfortable...Hotel in good location. When checking in we were offered room 110. It had lovely balcony & Seaview but didn't meet expectations with the decor! Unfortunately only lasted a night in this room as room was very humid due to air-conditioning not functioning! The staff were very helpful & we were offered room 208 the next day...Not great room but still had Seaview...the issue with this room was the shower, couldn't adjust the temp & it was very hot...Again staff came to try & regulate the temp but didn't make much difference! Although the rooms were clean, personally feel they are in need of some renovation...the foyer/bar etc more modern & definitely need new showers! We definitely didn't think the rooms were worth what we paid.

C (10/5): Would stay again 😊 - The room was beautiful. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront and a short walk from everything. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and had tips for the area when asked. We were upgraded to the suite from our deluxe room after the manager noted it was our birthdays. Overall, a lovely stay in a lovely hotel. Could hear noisy traffic at points in the night.

Ingrid (10/5): - We booked a delux double and boy was it value for money. Beautiful spacious room, giant,comfortable bed, 2armchairs,dressing table and to top that off French doors to a small balcony, overlooking the pier and sea front. Bathroom was also spacious with great shower and a large jacuzzi bath with a TV! (which was delightful). Evening meal was basic but tasty and good value for money. Definitely recommend and will come and stay again.

Bose (2/5): POOR accommodation . - My husband ill with lungs and heart failure. The only lift available wasn't working. There were 40 steps to climb and go down for meals. We should have been informed of the lift and we would have cancelled the reservation. There was no balcony we requested especially when we reserved via email.. I think we should receive 50% discount. We had problem with fridge. It took overnight to work. The hot breakfast was same every day. The shower control very difficult to work. It took one over night to fix this. Struggling with climbing 34 steps to second floor. We did not enjoy our stay. We complained about the initial room so they changed to a smaller room. THIS WAS NOT A ENJOYABLE STAY.
