Breakfast was good also Overall great I will stay again on way back Difficult to offer any criticism but perhaps clearer instructions to find parking once on the pedestrian streets

Marmy B (10/5): Great Location & Staff! - Great location and all the staff were very nice. Room was a bit hot even though AC set at 19 and room stayed 23-24 degrees. We opened the windows the 2nd night to cool it down before sleeping. Too many bugs to leave it open all night.

Pleasant employees - but without power to solve THE issue NO airconditioning although advertised… room temperature at night 25 Celsius. Way too much outside noise to open windows. Thus not acceptable for this kind of hotel. Went to other hotel for next night (same chain but with working airconditioning!)

William (8/5): A most wonderful place to visit. We loved it! - We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Great location, spotlessly clean spacious rooms and a powerful shower! Great staff and secure parking. Only blip on the stay was the lack of air conditioning. Although the unit was present the AC facility was not in service and the streets were a little too noisy ( eve of a major holiday) to have the windows open. A very small thing in the overall experience. We look forward to visiting again soon! Just the lack of A.C.

Jane (9/5): Great location, cool architecture. - The room was architecturally interesting with high ceilings and wooden beams. It was a nice mix of old world charm and modernity. The parking access was went surprisingly smoothly. Just follow the map. We were lucky there were few cars in the garage, otherwise it might have been harder to exit. Breakfast was a good selection. The staff was helpful, although very limited English, we made it work. It’s a great location to explore central Valladolid. No AC in late April despite it being 80F degrees. My fault for not reading the fine print. Apparently they can only turn it on in the height of summer months.

Amaya (6/5): Me desilusionó - La ubicación. Había elegido el hotel por su terraza/patio y no estaba operativo porque no tenían cafetería. Estaba cerrada por normativa de la empresa. A nosotros nos encanta tomar una copa de cava antes de acostarnos y fue un bluffffff…… Eso sí, la utilizan única y exclusivamente para el desayuno. Y la habitación estaba a una temperatura de 26 grados y a pesar del aire acondicionado no bajó de 24. Mal para dormir a pesar de quitar los edredones.
elva (10/5): Estancia y hotel totalmente recomendable buena localizacion, instalaciones y atencion del personal. - La ubicacion es excelente, en el centro de Valladolid, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios, instalaciones modernas con una decoracion muy agradable y muy limpio, cama muy comoda. El personal del hotel muy agradable y servicial. Sin duda volveré. Al estar en el centro se oía un poco de ruido por la zona bares. El desayuno el sabado muy tarde 08.00 horas, paganos desayuno con la reserva y no pudimos desayunar pues teniamos examen. Si bien, se nos ofreció como alternativa hacernos un picnick para llevar. Recomendacion adelantar la hora desayunos fines de semana.

Yann (10/5): Amazingly good. - With so many positive reviews there is always a sense that it might not be as good as you might have hoped, but in this case it certainly was even better than expectation. Super lovely team from reception to breakfast, friendly and utterly professional, fabulous room with loads of space and one of the comfiest bed you could wish for, incredibly quiet, and all near the centre of Valladolid with so many nice places to eat. That was one of those places you just can't wait to come back to, amazingly good.
