• Kenneth (5/5): Ok in a pinch but not worth $80+ a night. - It was quiet for the most part. The room was reasonably clean. There was a guy that kept smoking marijuana on the stairs by my door and the smell was pulled into the room by the AC unit. This happened like 5 times throughout the night. When I said something to the manager at checkout, he just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn’t help what people do. Yet he spent most of the afternoon standing outside watching people come and go. I felt very “watched” because he kept staring at the doors and windows. I dunno…

• Shawn (8/5): Great location, stayed for the FSU graduation which was only a few miles from the hotel. - The room and property were exactly what I expected. A clean place to stay for a very reasonable price. The shower area needed to be upgraded like the new flooring which was very comfortable to walk on. Also, some fresh paint would make a difference. Overall it was a positive stay.

• Ronja (1/5): Widerlich!! Schmutzig und das Laken ungewaschen! - Das Zimmer war in einem miserablen Zustand. Es war so dreckig, das war ekelhaft. Auf keinen Fall hier buchen, wenn einem Sauberkeit auch nur annähernd wichtig ist! Alles war fleckig und schmutzig. Auf meinem Bettlaken war sogar ein trockener Fleck. Also nicht Mal nur ein Fleck der sich nicht mehr rauswaschen lässt, sondern er war wirklich von der Oberflächenbeschaffenheit total trocken. Wer weiß also wie lange das Bettlaken nicht mehr gewaschen wurde und wie viele Leute da schon drinnen geschlafen haben! Diese Unterkunft ist selbst für eine Nacht zu schlimm! Was wir dort erlebt haben ist wirklich nicht zumutbar! Noch nie habe ich so eine schlechte Erfahrung mit einer Unterkunft gemacht! Man fragt sich wirklich, ob es da überhaupt Reinigungspersonal gibt. Sogar auf der Zimmerkarte ekliger Fleck.

• Marcin (3/5): Look for something else. - I don't remember because the flaws obscured it. A terribly poor, worn-out motel. Not very clean. Worn furniture, scraped walls. No amenities that were described in Booking.

• Alexis (3/5): Very outdated, the condition of the room was not good. - Location and that's it. I rarely do bad reviews but please read the rest. Staff was helpful at check in however it was scary when he said: "We only have two rooms left, want to check out the room?", I mean I booked a while ago you don't need to share these details with me or was it more like "I only have bad rooms for you so you may want to check out whatever left I have". I mean it's 10pm, what else do you want me to do on a Spring Break weekend if the room is bad? I stayed in room 106. The room was old, everything was old and half broken. Maintenance was bare, you can tell, things work but it desperately needs a complete redo. The floor was sticky, probably because the cleaning staff doesn't wash the mop often. The headboard had dust on it, I'm guessing weeks if not months without being cleaned up. Beds smelled clean but the sheets had holes. Some plugs didn't work. The blackout curtains aren't blacking out much, sure I'm not too picky but the outdoor light was intensively flickering it was very disturbing, like you're on a nightclub. Pets are apparently allowed and the upstairs guest had one and because the floors are all hardwood floor we could hear the claws walking all night. Checkout wasn't great either, we wanted to check out at 6:15am, nobody in the lobby, the ring bell wasn't working, I waited 10min and just dropped the key because I wasn't going to spend hours waiting for someone to show up. I do not recommend this hotel unless it is an absolute necessity and you have found nothing else. Today for some reason I looked at prices and they were over 150$, trust me you don't want to stay there for that price. Anything above 50-60$ is overpriced.

• Ronald (1/5): Terrible! In all actuality, I should have been paid to stay there. - It was the only option nothing else was available. If there was we would have gone elsewhere. The hotel was listed as Oyo, the bill stated Budgethotel. What’s up with that! The room was not clean. The bathroom door looked like something used their fist to punch it. After brushing my teeth the water never drained it stayed in the sink. Before leaving I did inform the desk person of the room’s conditions. He said he would let management know. I am outraged that I was charged $165.00 for a room not worth $10.00. How dare they charge that rate. After driving 5 plus hours there were no other options for a place to stay in the area. Not sure if Travago vets the places they recommend. You need to.

I was very surprised and dissatisfied. I do not recommend this dump. Everything. Service was poor, room was gross, no functioning wifi, no iron, no coffee, no tissues. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything & everyone. The worst hotel ever.

Sentiment d’insécurité et mon instinct s’est avéré vrai puisqu’a 3 h du matin la police est intervenue et interpellé un individu qui n’avait pas l’allure d’un enfant de chœur Sale bruyant , on entends tout à travers les murs en carton , inconfortable , hygiène literie douteuse , sol collant aux pieds , pas de wifi , pas de frigo . À fuir !!

• Caroline (1/5): Would never stay here again - The room was filthy, it smelled, blood and dirt on the walls, blocked drains, no WiFi in the room but advertised fast wifi. I had said i needed wifi and i then got a room furthest away from reception and had none. After the second room change, and i had cleaned the bathroom, table and bedside table myself i didnt want to move again. Room had not been cleaned properly as the previous person had left things on the floor that hadn't been picked up. Hair and dirt in the bathroom. Bring flip flops as you would not want to be standing on this floor! Could hear every noise from rooms below/adjacent. Did not feel safe travelling alone and staying there. I asked to change rooms as the bed and pillows were visibly dirty. I was told they were yellow due to over use. The next room was the same but the smell was not quite as strong. I never leave reviews but felt so strongly about this hotel i had to.

They said it was an extra $10 a night. Never mention dog had to stay in a cage didn’t want him walking on floors I don’t know how a person thinks a dog can stay caged up for 48 hours the person at the desk basically called me a liar when I said I called and spoke to a woman because she never mentioned anything about a dog having to stay in a cage. The only thing she said it was 10 extra dollars. it was a creepy place… Will never stay there again

I tried all night trying to find another place to stay that I could afford, but it was parents weekend at FSU and it was impossible so I had to stay there the only good thing I can say about this hotel is I believe the mattresses were brand new very comfortable the furniture should be on the side of the road for garbage pick up I had a smashed photograph on the wall a rusted refrigerator a TV that would only shut off and on with the button on the side I received two towels That were paper thin to use for three days. The bathroom door was about to fall off the hinges, it was so warped from flooding. They never finish painting the room. The toilet was for a giant. I could go on. This place should be one star.

And could hear cars driving by all through the night. I wouldn't suggest staying here and don't plan on coming back.
