• Alec (8/5): Very good - Excellent location and most of the staff was very helpful. The room was cold but there were a lot of blankets on the bed, so it was okay. When returning to the hotel late, the man working in reception was watching videos on his phone with the door locked. He had headphones on, and I had to knock loudly and press the doorbell for 15 minutes before he finally heard me and let me in. Also, the hotel called my room every morning at 9 to tell me that the breakfast room was open. I didn't ask them to do this, so the call surprised me the first day and I didn't sleep well because of it.
