There was no coffee because the machine was broken, the cereal was old and stale. There were only granola bars to eat. The attendant was rude

Please be aware that the kitchenette does not include pots, etc. Great outdoor grilling and seating area. Room smelled clean, no mildew or mold scent, which I'm very sensitive to. AC worked great!!! Water pressure in shower wasn't great, but that's probably a city issue. Ironing board cover (didn't use it) was quite stained.

• holley (6/5): - I can tell they are updating and remodeling rooms slowly. The outside is nice. Air conditioners need work (set at 61 but thermometer never went below 73-many days getting to 80). Also, workers staying in other rooms stay outside and drink. Staff is nice most of the time.

I didn’t like the fact that the ice machine was not operating due to winter reasons as the management stated even though the weather throughout the week is a very crisp mid 80’s. And the continental breakfast of being granola bars and honey buns with four small oranges that obviously been sitting there for quite awhile. Pretty lackluster.

The room was a wonderful surprise...clean (except they need to clean behind the bathroom door), A few small opportunities for improvement: 1. Cookware in a kitchenette would have been nice. I had to pay $25 for a skillet next door. Plus I had to buy plates, bowls, flatware, cookware, salt & pepper, etc. Costed me close to $100. At least warn people when theyre booking a room..... 2. Also had to buy shampoo & conditioner. I could have brought all of the above HAD I KNOWN. 3. I wouldn't have had to cook if you truly had breakfast. You cant call that breakfast, really. 4. 2 towels for 2 people is not enough. Ever. 4 towels in a double room please. You really do have a gem, there. Comfortable beds, FANTASTIC SHOWER, clean, quiet, well-lit.....you could make it amazing with a tiny bit more effort. It really wouldnt take much. Your rooms are already better than BW and they charge double. Address the above issues and add in a few evening events...burgers on the grill...evening cocktail hour...morning hot breakfast...cookies in the office...etc.
• Gerald (10/5): Quality stay and service - I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. I was expecting an average room to stay while I was there for the Rattle Snake roundup. When I opened the door there was a big pretty king size bed nice big Tv and extremely clean. I travel as a vendor and stay at some places not to speak about but this one here made me want to write a review because of its quality remodeling and cleanliness. I’m Ok without them making the bed most hotels don't on 2 night stays what I did like is they came and refreshed the towels and left 3 bars of soap to where I wouldn’t run out, to me that’s special. Overall great stay and will definitely stay again when in the area.

• William (10/5): Great stay but one weird thing - Very efficient check in process. The front desk clerk offered me some complimentary drinks, which I gratefully accepted. There was one weird thing that happened. A stray cat walked into my room while the door was slightly ajar. It took a bit of coaxing to get it to leave.

Would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner as the one packet was not enough for us both. They cleaned and replaced the towels each day of our trip, without us having to ask.

My tub was cracked, the carpet was sticky and not vacuumed, the tile bathroom floor had hair and dirt all over on it! I had to clean it myself because they had no other room to put me into. They have a beautiful outside lounging area in front of the hotel, TV worked and the bed was ok. Overall it’s about a 4 out of 10, the housekeeper lady that checked me in was about the only positive thing here.

My nephew left something behind and I received a call for my address to mail it back. You don't find that type of honesty and service often. Will definitely be staying again.

• ArbainRambey (2/5): Racist Manager and disrespectful Receptionist - I made reservations for a room earlier today and was blatantly refused a room when I came to check in. I was told to get out by the Manager and the cops were called on me. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! RACIST!

The mattress was old and damaged, the bed seemed to be used when we arrived, bathroom smelled to urines and the staff wasn't friendly at all! The "breakfast included" concept is not a breakfast, is more like a supermarket subway without beverages included, and the "restaurant" is actually ONE table.
• looneybird (4/5): Yikes! - When I first pulled up to this MOTEL (I can say with confidence, this is NOT an Inn and there is nothing Executive about it), I was a little afraid. The outside is absolutely filthy and worn down. There was an old commercial dryer sitting on the corner of the office building. Every door to every room was dark and dirty and the outside was very run down. Once inside, my fears somewhat subsided. The walls were freshly painted and everything looked and smelled clean. The kitchen area had a nice bar with nice stools and it was obvious they had spent some money on decorations. The hotel listing says that every room has been “remodeled”, which basically involved adding new countertops, and some paint from what I can tell. The rooms are large and you have a nice separate eating/kitchen area and a new flat screen tv. My biggest disappointment came with the bedding and the bathroom. The sheets were obviously VERY old and for some odd reason, they were blue instead of white. The pillows were so old, they had broken down into tiny balls inside the case. It felt like sleeping on a bag of cotton balls. It grossed me out to think about how long they’d been around (think dust mites and skin cells). The mattresses were the old cotton covered, black-stripped, prison type. Not horribly uncomfortable but again, very old. The bathtub faucet had an issue and the pipe stuck out about four inches from the wall with the faucet installed on the end. It was strange an unattractive to look at. The washcloths that were in my bathroom were more dingy than some of the cleaning rags I use at home! It just made the place feel dirty. My last complaint was the fact that I had the fridge turned up on the highest setting all night, but my food was barely cold in the morning. I read this same complaint on another website so I’m guessing this is a problem in all the rooms. Judging by the style of the fridge, it was very old; as was the 20 year old microwave and the 40 year old stove range. You should also consider that the cancellation time is at 2:00 p.m. the day of your stay, not 4:00 p.m. like most hotels. They don’t tell you this when you book. They didn’t even tell my travel agent who booked my travel for work. They have a sign posted in the lobby which kind of defeats the purpose if you’re not coming. I also noticed when I checked in that there "business center" is an old computer shoved into a corner with a lace doily covering the screen. I can't tell you if it worked since it wasn't turn on. There wasn't a printer that I remembered either. All-in-all, it was sad to see that they had put money into a “remodel” but the things that mattered most weren’t touched. It was like a spit shined rock. There’s a Best Western just down the street, I would suggest finding out about that hotel instead.
