Que me pidieran la totalidad del precio de las recamaras antes de la estancia para "reservar" y cuando llegué al hotel me volvieron a cobrar, y ese dinero que fue para reservar me lo devolvieron con tiempo después.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. - It has a great atmosphere as a colonial building; has recently been renovated, modern bathrooms, is well located in the centre of town. Hot water provided at reception for tea 24 hrs. Staff very attentive. Perfect for our stay. It was cool in the room, but we received extra blankets when we asked.

The 2 bedroom room with the balcony was lovely with high ceilings. The bathroom was TINY but functional because we only stayed there for one night. Waiter in restaurant forgot order so we had a much longer than usual breakfast. Breakfast was very good though.

- Coralie (5/5): Joli hôtel - Bel établissement bien situé, grande chambre. Le parking est très loin et c’est pour cela qu’un service voiturier est mis en place. Sauf que le service voiturier n’est pas disponible 24h/24 donc nous avons du lourdement négocier pour pouvoir accéder à notre voiture. Cela devrait être mieux préciser lors de la réservation que la voiture n’est pas accessible en dehors des heures de voiturier.

- Ricardo Garcia Rios (10/5): Excelente ubicacion y Staff!!! Regresaria - El hotel esta localizado en el centro de Queretaro a pocos pasos de las princicpales atracciones turisticas de la ciudad. Posee habitaciones muy comodas y su Staff es muy amable al momento de ingresar hotel. Realmente el equipo del hotel me hizo sentir en casa y definitivamente regresaria Ninguno. Todo Excelente en el hotel

- ROSA (10/5): EXCELENTE - Todo está excelente, desde la recepción, las camareras, y el Valet parking. Por cierto un reconocimiento especial para el señor del Valet, que malamente no recuerdo su nombre, pero es una excelente persona, atento y respetuoso. La limpieza del lugar, sus camas cómodas, las savanas y almohadas limpias, toallas igual. Ibamos a quedarnos solo 1 noche y termonamos quedandonos 3. En general todo muuuuy bien. Gracias Hotel Madero. Si se puede decir un pero, sería la ubicación del baño,la regader en la habitación 2, se encuentra mal posicionada la regadera, ya que al abrir el agua, da directa a la puerta y se sale el agua. Tuvimos que poner toallas para que detuviera el agua. Pero nada que no se pueda resolver .
