Guest Reviews
- RAHUL (10/5): - Its an urban hotel with all the amenities
- Happygirl0423 (6/5): Good be better - Hotel is pretty but no air conditioner in room. Only 1 elevator for 12 floors. Not too many speak English. Not in great neighborhood. Traffic is bad with hardly any stop signs or lights. Dogs all over the place, friendly but not owned by anyone
- Enrique A. (8/5): - Al llegar el hotel no tenia mi reserva.
- Betania (10/5): Recomendable - Buena
- Ricardo (8/5): - Property was good , breakfast was amazing but omg those mattresses are rock hard
- Ted (6/5): - Great staff but didn’t sleep at all due to noise from the street. Cancelled our trip to Macau Pichu. Just too tired to participate.
Amables, lindas habitaciones, desayuno rico.
- ALEJANDRO DAVID (10/5): Excelente - Genial
- Lilia (6/5): - Not as nice as the Poloo Corporativo by the airport.
- Joseph C (10/5): I'll be back for sure! - I've been coming to this hotel for five years, and will return next year for sure. The price is reasonable The rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and efficient.
- Luis Enrique (8/5): - El desayuno es increible, realmente sabroso!!!
- Sinbad_x (8/5): Nice clean hotel in Cusco - Nice hotel, 15 mins walk from Plaza de Armas . I stayed in the 5th floor and was moved from 501 to 506 on the same day when I complained about the internet connectivity, the Internet signal is slightly better in 506 but it was a nice gesture from them to move me from a double bedroom to 4 single beds room (alone) to get a better internet connection. Breakfast was good, the staff's English language was very limited but if you speak Spanish then this shouldn't be an issue.
- ja_chrt (6/5): Average hotel - We stayed in this hotel 4 nights in total. The service was good, we could leave our baggage for one night for free when we went to Machu Pichcu. The breakfast choice was quite OK but the lady which is preparing the breakfast was checking how much we ate and noticed us to eat less (as well as to drink less coffee). Since the breakfast is offered as a bufet and we paid for it I was quite disapointed.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Awesome location very quiet and clean hotel
I’m going back home Canada Edmonton by September 20
Hope will be and enjoy on another trips
We will here for 1 week
Awesome stage good breakfast
- mannydiaz87 (8/5): Basic but good - A basic and clean hotel with a very friendly staff ,always willing to help . If you need a tour they have an agency with very cheap prices , they can also call a cab for you . The breakfast was basic but good ; ham , cheese, bread , fruits, cereals , yogurt, coffee and hot milk . 10 min drive to Plaza de Armas ( the very center of Cusco ) , a taxi from the hotel is about 5 to 8 soles ( 2 to 3 US dollars) . They work with a taxi driver named Rubén , a very honest and cool guy , he drove me and my family safely throughout the city without any issues, good prices, and good knowledge of the culture and the area , here’s his WhatsApp +51 913 569 077 . This is the only time I do this because he deserved it , I’ve been to other places around the world and never found an honest taxi driver , but this man is one to trust . He offers other services, just ask him.

- dlmurphy01 (8/5): Gorgeous appearance but some improvement needed - This place is gorgeous from the moment you walk in. It is approximately 15-20 minutes from the mall (Central) and 10 minutes from the airport. You just have to get a taxi everywhere which is pretty cheap.
Back to the hotel. Room was very neat and nice view of the pueblo which is actually in San Sebastian. Tile floors and very modern looking bathroom. My biggest complain is that the room is very cold at night. There is no temperature control and they have these portable heaters that may not provide enough heat. My first one didn't work. I slept in sweatpants, shirt and socks. So be prepared for that. But the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The staff at front desk on June 28 Friday was rude. So was the person who makes breakfast. We talked to Alex who said that because of our early flight, breakfast would be available at 5 am instead of 5:30. We went in to eat at 5:15, the breakfast was ready but the person in charge of breakfast would not let us have fruit or ham or cheese. She was so aggressive and said not till 5:30. Very disappointing! The staff at front desk also said wait 10 mins and was rude. We had to catch a flight at 6:30, so we left without breakfast even though it was all was ready.
Will not stay at this place again!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This hotel is very friendly. I would recommend it to others who come to Cusco.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Too noisy, only window in room was to a hallway by the elevator that let light in, glad I was only there 1 night. At least the breakfast was nice.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location clean facility, helpful front desk, close to restaurants
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice hotel, 15 mins walk from Plaza de Armas . Breakfast was good, the staff's English language was very limited but if you speak Spanish then this shouldn't be an issue.
- Kathy (10/5): - Everything was perfect. Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean.
- Kathy (10/5): - Everything at the hotel was fabulous. The lady at the front desk was very personable and helpful in every way possible. The breakfast was amazing and the staff at the breakfast was friendly and helpful. The location was great. Taxi service was right out the front door. Water was hot, bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, forgot to mention that we were able to store our suitcases there for a few days when we went to Machu Picchu.
- riamelinda (10/5): Hotel polo - Not far from Cuzco airport. Small and quaint boutique hotel. 12th floor dining superb with a view. The view reminds me a little of Medellin Colombia. Rooms are clean. Wish it had more than one elevator
- deeedeee17 (4/5): Cold and noisy rooms - The rooms themselves are very nice and the bathroom and (hot) shower are beautiful, however the room was freezing when we arrived and the small heater took a long time to warm the place up. We also left the heater on one day while we went out and came back to it plugged out and another frigid dance into bed.
Breakfast finishes very early (9am) and is nothing special, some juice, fruit and coffee and cereals. Check out at 9 is also very early.
The worst part of the room is the noise, it is SO LOUD! Every door seems to slam and you hear them nonstop. The noise from outside is also terrible and we were woken by a full song being played - inside or outside we didn't know, but it may as well have been in our room.
It is a 10 sole taxi to the centre and most taxi drivers we met have no idea where it is so you need a map and or good Spanish to direct them.
The rooms were clean and cheap and the staff very friendly but that's all that's good about it.
- 771gracec (10/5): Modern hotel - This modern hotel is located around 15-20 mins drive from downtown (around 10 soles taxi ride). It is decorated very nicely and has all amenities. It has an elevator and a nice beverage station downstairs, and the rooms came with a shower-tub. Breakfast is included, but if you can't make the breakfast hours, you can reserve a lunch box instead (must order before 6pm the prior evening).
- leon (8/5): A good option - Located by the main road leading to the city center. As a result if you wish to pay less than the city center hotels this is a very good option. Breakfast though the same everyday is very good.
- Thais (8/5): Excellent staff - Mrs. Violeta was very kind and her advises very helpful. Definitely we recommend this hotel in the beautiful city of Cuszco, Peru
- Verified traveler (8/5): nice economical hotel. - nice staff. but there' some communication problem each other. if it is improved, it will better hotel.
- Verified traveler (4/5): no ac or heat - hot water only a trickle. cold in room. can't shower not enough hot water. loud guests in hall way. no coffee or tea. won't stay here again
- Joe (10/5): Very pleasant stay!! - This is the third time I’ve been here. It’s better than ever. Great value. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be returning here next year.
- samkT3206SJ (10/5): Clean and Modern - This hotel was so modern and clean! They offer free breakfast, and their wifi is fast and easy to log-on to! The only negative thing I can think of for this hotel is it's location. It isn't really near the city center, but you could definitely walk there if you really wanted to. The room, as well as the private bathroom, was very nice. Great hotel for the price!
- Arunish (6/5): Night @ Cusco - Overall the stay was okay, except they were supposed to send a taxi for airport pickup, but they didn't. We complaint the lady at the front desk, she said it's hard for her to manage 3 hotels. (Not sure what was that). Rest room was OK, breakfast was OK, walking distance to most of historic places.
- msria (4/5): Horrible stuff and very dirty room - When we arrived we paid for hotel with Expedia . They did not have our reservstion . It took a while to figure this out. Than the next day they charged us extra fees 21$, since they said every Peruvian has to pay the taxes and we are US citizens. We were charged for nothing but service desk was so impolite to understand the whole point . Breakfast was ok but missing a lo t . When we asked for fried egg we were told that we can get only 1 egg. The sheets has hair. Will not come back
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent place. awesome and helpful staff
Breakfast was ok
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Simple and comfortable place. Solid three stars. F
- Joe (8/5): A nice room at a reasonable price - The staff was friendly and supportive
- Roland (8/5): - Room was very spacious and comfortable. Needing a pharmacy, there was one right next door. Great pizza place also near by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended.
- Joseph (8/5): Hotel Polo is a nice place to stay in Cuzco. - The staff was very helpful. It is a nice 3 star hotel. I would recommend it for a nice stay.
