• Ashleigh Harvey (8/5): Great place for a few nights - quiet, clean, comfy - This is a perfect place to stay for a few nights in Blackpool. Near the beach and shops. I was there for work and I needed a quiet place to stay. This spot was ideal. Mostly quite quiet, lovely staff, and comfortable and clean.

• Lisa (7/5): Basic - Location was good hosts were polite and courteous. Tidy room updated sockets ideal for USBs, plenty of coffee / tea for our stay. Bedding stained even though you could tell it had been washed so not dirty (marked). Pillows could do with an update very flat not comfortable, quilt could do with been a little bigger when we were both in bed it only just managed to cover us both not much room for manoeuvring. Thin walls could hear other guests alot through night spoiled our sleep.

• Davis (10/5): Would definitely return! - Handy location for what we needed - just a short walk to Coral Island, Tower, Prom and town centre. Staff are absolutely lovely and absolutely make the hotel what it is. Ever so friendly and have really made my 5 year old daughter feel comfortable and welcome. Only had a short break here during school holidays but would definitely return.

• Thuy (4/5): Quite disappointed about this! - The location are quite good. Price are reasonable! The facilities are too old. We stayed in the room with a bunk bed, the wood floors are wobbly 🫣. The door handle from the reception to the room are broken 😞. Towels are old, it s very hard and need to change! They need to invest to fix that asap!

• Bethan (8/5): Great stay within minutes of the Winter Gardens - Location was great - we were competing at the winter gardens and with on site parking it was ideal, less then 10 mins walk from the winter gardens and the parking was cheaper then most car parks in the area. Room was great, very glad we upgraded to a bigger room as a king size bed was much needed after a day of competing, room was comfortable, no issues with amenities either. Staff were incredible, and breakfast was great the next day. Room could have been cleaner, there was definitely dust and hair on the edges of the carpet and the building did smell like there had been a leak in the roof at some point, but for the price it was still excellent for us. No issues with bathroom cleanliness or the bedroom furniture at all.

The breakfast was really thoughtful - they made me a full slap up veggie english breakfast that kept me full for days, with real butter too. The room + bathroom were impeccably clean, comfy and warm

• Natalie (8/5): Lovely family break - Ideal location just set back from the front. Owners were lovely and a delicious breakfast too! Room was good for a family of four. Parking was tight. Wouldn't have wanted to move the car and get back in the space again so left it parked until we left.

• Paula (2/5): . - Nothing We knew the minute we walked up steps and front door was falling apart that we had made a mistake.street is run down,hotel smells of dampness,masked by air freshener,booked breakfast,and were the only 2 who had,it was awful 😖,bathroom had body hairs on walls. we booked for 4 nights,stayed 2 and left early,never again.i can see owners reply,a yes I did make excuse and left,we booked into the lyndene and it was outstanding,stayed on and extra 3 days! I don't have to make excuses for my terrible experience of hotel,I also got bit or picked up a rash on my knee in bed,which I wouldn't have mentioned, but that was another reason we made a speedy exit.i didn't mention refunds,I wasn't interested in money,I just wanted a nice,comfortable experience which unfortunately this hotel didn't deliver.

• SABRINA (10/5): I definitely will recommend anyone to this hotel. Me and my partner was celebrating our 7 month anniversary. Went for ni - I like everything about the property… the hosts are brilliant and so lovely… The room we stayed in was lovely and I loved it. We reserved our parking space so far I got nothing to say about this hotel… best hotel we stayed at!!! Didn’t want to come home. Definitely will come back again sometimes soon. There is nothing I don’t like about the property. They are prefect.

Comfortable bed, tv & WiFi.Plenty of tea & coffees, shower gel etc. Lovely powerful shower. Would definitely stay again. It's close to shops, coral island & the beach but for us it was the bars! 🤣. Can't honestly fault anything about this hotel or the staff everything was fab. Didn't have breakfast as we met up with family but I can say it smelt absolutely amazing on a morning. One thing only it was very hot the two nights we stayed so a small desk fan would have been fab but we coped. X

• Ring (10/5): Does exactly what it says on the tin - faultless - Well what can I say about this hotel. We were after an economical few days away and chose this establishment after reading the reviews of which we didn't see one bad one. We arrived as strangers and left feeling like old friends of Tash and Jay. The service and cleanliness is second to none, and the breakfast was always cooked fresh every day. I am very fussy about food being hot and this was presented very hot. Nothing is too much trouble for this couple and we felt like we were sitting in the bar with old friends with them. The first night my husband wanted an early night so I sat up talking to Tash all evening. For someone I'd only just met that shows how accommodating and friendly they are. I think anyone who gives this hotel a bad review is obviously someone who either cannot say a good word about any establishment or is a professional complainer who expects a Blackpool hotel to be as luxurious as the Hilton at an economical price. I would give it six stars if I could. Best hotel with warm friendly people (and a gorgeous little dog) There's was nothing not to like

• Sharon (10/5): What a lovely place! - What a lovely place. Weve been quite a few times now. Tash & Jay are fabulous hosts that cant do enough for you. Our rooms have always been beautifully decorated, very spacious and very comfortable. The hotel itself is literally a stones throw from town -literally a couple of minutes walk. Why would you want to move the car once it was parked up right outside? The Bar area is lovely and cosy, nice and open and has a great range behind the bar. They'll even buy things in for you if they dont have it!. There's also a cabinet full of bargain essentials incase you forget anything! Tash & Jay have everything covered. We'd stay again in a heartbeat... I cant knock anything

My young daughter and I stayed for the world championship dance festival, and the staff were very friendly and talked about dancing to my daughter. On the second evening we went to go for food and it was pouring down with rain so we ordered food to the hotel and we ate in the bar area and watched tv. We were made to feel at home. My daughter also loved the little dog . Very generous with the parking availability too. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy and well presented
