• Kinneging (1/5): Kakkerlakken 🤢🤢 - Niks beviel ons Wij zijn reizigers en we zijn op vele plaatsen geweest. Maar die was de meest walgelijke kamer waar we ooit gweest zijn. 🤢🤢🤢 Bij binnekomst zagen we al 3 kakkerlakken. Deze hebben we netjes opgeruimd maar om de 15 minuten kwam er weer een andere tevoorschijn. Ruim 20 stuk hebben we moeten vangen. Het was verschrikkelijk kun je je voorstellen dat je zo moet gaan slapen? Ze hadden geen andere kamer voor ons. Op verzoek hebben ze het gesprayt maar alsnog kwamen we ze opnieuw tegen. Snachts kroop er 1 op mijn man zijn arm. En de badkamer is ook helemaal beschimmeld douchekop en bidet zat vol met ontlasting. Dus weer gewaarschuwd ga hier niet heen🤢🤢🤢 we hebben bijna niet geslapen

• Hartung (3/5): Hotel has seen better days. Not helpful. - Not much Worst, they do not offer any luggage storage. They were not helpful and just arguing with their regulation. The hotel has seen better days.finally I paid but went to an hotel next door where everything was better.

• Baby (4/5): Disappointing - Accessible and walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and also a few steps away from immigration only. The beddings on both rooms that I booked have stained and holes on them. The pillow is so hard and looks like they couldn't be bothered to put the bedding properly and change the pillow case. The toilet is constantly leaking and the bathroom glass division is stain
• Yanoc (1/5): Bad - I did not like the way the staff handled my reservation. My card declined for some reason that’s why i booked and selected pay at the property instead. When we arrived there, she said there was no option to pay at the property and then when i requested for another accommodation that will allow us to pay at the property instead, she said i had to cancel my appointment first and they do not have that option and that i need to do it through booking.com but when i did request it from the app, it says it needs approval from the property. It was just hell, was there for almost 30mins just sorting it out when the whole point of booking a reservation is for me not to get through all of that in the first place and rest after a long flight. This is the only property that i’ve had worse experience since i have been using booking.com on all my accommodations and this has never happened to me. Like what kind of hotels doesn’t accept payments at the property?

• Leonila (8/5): In summary, the hotel is clean but need to be renovated - Walking distance to the boulevard, near to the pier, easy to get a trycycle Floor Tiles at the lobby need to be repaired. No wall tiles at the CR and floor

• Bechepearl (5/5): The facilities are old. - Staff are approachable and nice. They assisted us the best way they can. The location was accessible to malls, restaurants,church, market, etc. The facilities were too old. The room and restroom stinks because it was not maintained properly. The fridge is rusty. The linens of the bed is old. Wifi was not connecting at all. (We didnt complain at all as the price was not expensive and the staff are good. But, we will not check in on this hotel again)
