Please note that there is a 1.7% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard and 3.42% for American Express. Check-in is from 15:00 hours. All guests will be greeted on arrival. For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, an AU100 no-show fee will be charged. Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival. A deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking, and the balance at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date. We will also require your direct email, a photo of you holding your photo ID and a list of guest names and ages to be uploaded into StayCentral's guest portal before your booking can be confirmed. For very last minute bookings or extended stays, a refundable bond of at least $1200 may be takenGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. - Chutamas (5/5): Close to Melbourne Exhibition, but cleanliness very poor and facility is old not clean. High price. - The location is walking distance to the Melbourne Exhibition Center. It also close to tram stop and just around the corner from the car rental. Provide lots of plates and cutlery to use. Big refrigerator. Car park space has a storage box, making it very difficult to park and cannot park properly. The overall cleanliness of the room it self is poor and for the main entrance also has poor smell. The shower of the outside bathroom is very weak. Difficult to have proper shower. Pots and pans are old, not nice condition to use. There are lots of cockroach running around. Found more than 6 of them over 10 days staying.

Street noise was very noisy with the trams running all night.
Remote to the television did not work, didn’t even have a back on the remote.$wise for the apartment 👎👎
- Murray (5/5): OK, location was what we were after. And I can put up with plenty, just an observation how unclean i - Not clean, baby cockroaches and bigger ones, around bathroom laundry and behind doors very dirty.

- Janette (8/5): Ideal location - The location and view was great. 3 reliable lifts and grab rails in the bathrooms appreciated.
Allowing our little dog was a huge bonus and able to quickly get him to the ground floor via fast lifts good.
Very comfortable beds.
Having a washing machine and a drier so convenient.
2 bathrooms really convenient as was having towels, linen and cleaning products provided.
Air conditioner was reliable.
Everything we needed in the kitchen.
Having a balcony was good for fresh air although didn't access it as it needed a good clean.
Having 2 fobs to access lifts and doors was very reassuring re Security.
A very comfortable Apartment. Even though we appreciated the allocated car space, we didn't realise it was on another floor to the lift so would've been handy to have a trolley to get our gear from the car to our Apartment.
It's also a very tight park between 2 residents and a metal storage container sits above the bonnet so you can't back in to it.
You really need a 2nd person to guide you in and was worried our car would be damaged in our absence.
There were many vacant parking spaces including doubles so hopefully the owners eventually obtain one with more space.
There is no way a large 4 wheel drive could access the space.
The Greeter was nice but seemed to be in a hurray. A lot to take in and had to ask him to slow down.
Appreciated the fact he had turned the a/c on before entering our Apartment.
Suggest the appliances be checked before the Greeter leaves as the dvd player and the contol to Netflix wasn't working.
Manager offered to have it looked at but didn't want interruptions during our stay so just accessed the t.v. on this occasion.

the property it self, needs a good clean and furniture replacement, very uncomfortable in the sitting area, we sat on the floor most of the time.

- ron (8/5): Apartment Condition - The apartment is well kept and have all amenities for the renter. The location is quiet and close to Crown Casino (landmark) and easy access to CDB and Vic Market. Good tram transport too.
