Brandi (1/5): Not a good experience - The very first night I was up all night until about 4am with this man beating his wife in the parking lot right outside my window. I ended up calling the police on him and since she didn’t want to press any charges, the police let him go. Turns out, the guy is working construction at the motel and was staying in the room across from me. I felt very uncomfortable my entire stay. I think it’s kind of crazy that he didn’t get fired or at least be told he couldn’t stay at the motel. Also, very uncomfortable beds and pillows and very humid room. It felt gross.

Vanessa (4/5): Wouldn't stay again - Comfortable beds. Nice staff. The curtains were disgusting. They literally had BLOOD on them. Dirty tissues on the floor of our room upon our arrival. Many dirty/stained towels in our room. The remote control didn't work and nobody fixed it during our stay. The pool was out of service for awhile due to chemical imbalance.

When there was an issue they were quick to get someone on top of it even if they were unable to fix it they kept me up to date on what was going on and why. The marketplace near the front desk was always stocked and priced appropriately. There was not a single thing about my stay that I did not like.

Kathy (6/5): Jorge was at the desk most of the time during our stay. He was so nice, helpful, and friendly, nicest part of the stay!! - It was convenient to our destinations. The shower didn’t have any traction strips or hand bars. When my husband washed his hair the tub floor got slick and he fell out of tub onto the floor and hit his shoulder on the toilet. Luckily it wasn’t his head. I asked about insurance in case he found out after we checked out that he hurt something badly they said they don’t cover that.

Robert (9/5): Perfectly fine. - I wanted to pack up the bed and bedding and take them home with me. SO comfortable! And it was very quiet. I think just a better greeting and friendliness would be nice.

Tanya (8/5): - After a long 11 hour drive, we we're greeted and checked in with courtesy! The paint on the walls could stand a fresh coat, and the breakfast was mediocre at best. The banana nut waffle mix has a peculiar taste. Lastly, i was a little uncomfortable with the piece of hair found on my linen(I imagine is from the housekeepers doing their job, so no harm there), however, over the course of three days, I slept very well for two of those! For the price, we will be visit again in the near future!

Becky (6/5): - My grandsonson has a severe nut allergy and he could not have pancakes. Waffles or. Cereal. The cereal was not labledcso we did not know if it was honey nut cheerios. They had banana nut bstter that could of been used on any waffle or pancake griddle . On a side note the shower had no water pressure and the cement in the parkinglot was a trip and fall hazzard because it was so broken up all over.

Nicole (6/5): - Everything was great until check out time. We had requested the day before a late check out at noon. It was approved by the lady at front desk and changed on our account. She was super nice. The next morning there’s banging on our door at 11am. Another lady with cleaning crew was checking our room out. I explained we asked for a late check out. She was super rude and said the lady who approved it was new. She seemed very annoyed we were still in our room. Just rude overall.

Kelly (6/5): - The rooms were played out well, the AC worked well, the beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms were somewhat dated, and the walls were chipped in places and the furniture was quite worn. The water pressure was not great. The pool area was pretty dirty, you could feel debris on the floor all around the pool. The water was also pretty cold. There was a power outage for several hours in the morning, and they pulled all of the breakfast items right at the cut off time even though the power had just returned on at the same time. Obviously it wasn’t their fault that the power went out, but I would have thought they would have left the breakfast items out for a little longer since the whole place had been without power for several hours.

Kathryn (2/5): - I could hardly breathe in this room. It was reaking in a moldly smell. I turned the ac to 61 to try and help. Even the blankets werre perminated. Adult Grandson slept on the couch/bed. He didn't pull it open. It had stitches on the corners of the couch to hold it together. I paid $168.00 for this reaking room. I will never go back. Even the furniture in the entry way had evident wear on the arms and seats.

DoAnn (6/5): Won't stay again. - The shower was terrible with no pressure. The breakfast was the exact same and we were there for four mornings so that was disappointing. The pool was small, chilly, and the chlorine was so strong that it burnt my eyes just being in the same room. The room was nice and beds comfortable.
Leslie (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay only thing was we were sad that the pool area was heavily colorined and we couldn’t stay In longer than 20 mins. But the room was great clean, beds clean, internet was good
Coriander (10/5): - We ended up having to book this hotel last minute due to difficulties at a different hotel. I called this hotel late at night and they had the room configuration we needed. The guy at the desk was very helpful and got me quickly checked in. The hotel was very clean and had coffee, fused water, etc in the lobby still. Our room was clean and sufficient for our needs. This hotel is located in a newly developed area so there isn’t much traffic noise. Unfortunately this probably won’t be the case within the next year. The breakfast was just a plain hotel breakfast but the area was clean and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is a hidden gem. I hope it can stay that way.

Jose (2/5): Worst experience in a hotel ive had so far. - I wanted to stay with my family for one night to use the pool and the pool had way too much clorine we couldnt even be in there because our eyes were burning so much. I enden up leaving and not even staying the night so i lost my money because they said there were no refunds. I was there for only a couple of hours.
Katrina (10/5): - 1st time visiting Omaha and we stayed at Comfort Inn for a stop over going home to Canada and we had a peaceful sleep and rest. Kid friendly and breakfast is amazing.

Casey (2/5): - We had a suite and the king bed was extremely worn probably should have been changed long ago. The room also had a terrible musty and wet feeling atmosphere. The Blankets, Sheets and Couch bed were all stained and dirty and when my wife went down to the front desk to get new ones that’s she was told were “Freshly Cleaned” they also had stains and were dirty. The pool was also an overly hot and humid room with no hot tub. Definitely not worth the money.
dave (10/5): Perfect for families - It was an excellent stay. Our staff was super friendly, and gave us some great recommendations for some local food spots. The free breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from, and the pool was perfect. It was a great spot for our family vacation
