• Dominique (8/5): Chambre bien mais petit déjeuner à éviter - La chambre était très bien, la salle de bain aussi malgré l’absence de crochets pour les serviettes ; j’ai utilisé le montant du miroir et le sèche cheveux ! Le point négatif était le petit déjeuner : fruits pourris (sauf dimanche), crêpes et viennoiseries industrielles mal cuites etc. Indigne d’un 4étoiles. Dommage

• Raphael (8/5): Gute Lage - Zentrale Lage, grosser Parkplatz, nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers war leider ungenügend. Die Fugen waren stark mit schwarzem Schimmel befallen und die Ecken der Dusche mit rotem Schimmel bedeckt.

Betalingen for opladning skulle ske via en app. Det virkede ikke og personalet var ikke behjælpelige. Vi måtte derfor finde opladnings mulighed et andet sted. Vi havde vores lille hund med og han var meget velkommen. Hotellet havde gjort klar til ham, med et tæppe, mad- og vandskål, samt en lille gave.

Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas vraiment au niveau d’un hôtel Mercure et au niveau du prix demandé : pommes et kiwis pour seuls fruits, réapprovisionnement tardif.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Mauvais service - J’ai appelé 8 fois avant d’arriver, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse (j’ai attendu 5 mn a chaque fois avec le message d’attente). Je voulais réserver le restaurant pour le soir. Heureusement il restait des places en arrivant (mais j’aurais pu appeler pour autre chose). En arrivant j’ai donné ma carte bancaire pour payer la taxe de séjour. En partant on m’a annonçait qu’elle n’était pas payée. Je voulais partir vite mais j’ai dû procédé au paiement non fait la veille. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 mais il n’y avait qu’une serviette dans la salle de bain. J’ai essayé d’appeler la réception (je m’étais déjà douché je ne voulais pas me rhabiller pour descendre) toujours aucune réponse. Nous avons du utiliser une serviette pour 2. L’hôtel est pratique car près de l’autoroute mais le service en plein mois d’août est déplorable.

En formule demi-pension, le restaurant "le bureau" est très souvent plein, l'accueil est plutôt "reservé" ou froid lorsque l'on annonce être en soirée étape, les choix sont aussi un peu limités pour 4 dinners, on a vite fait le tour de la carte.

Spacieuse, belle décoration, confortable. Petit déjeuner un peu léger mais convenable en prix ( même constat , en cette période de Covid, les buffets sont souvent moins garnis voir absents mais les prix ne sont pas revus en conséquence.Payer 15€ pour boire un café , un jus d'orange avec 2 viennoiseries , une pomme, ça fait un peu mal au c...). Mais comme disent les anglo saxons, pour cet hôtel, on est plutôt dans la classification , "a little precious gem". J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good spot to explore Belfort - Hotel offers good value for money but is not on 4* level I think. The online fotos of the rooms and beds are clearly manipulated i.e. we booked an executive room with 2 double beds which was clearly how it looked on the Pictures but turned out it was really two single beds as they don't offer any room with 2 doubles so this was really misleading. However, the staff is very friendly and made the best out of the challenging Covid-restrictions. Room was clean and I liked the spaceous shower. City center is in walking distance which is also helpful. The breakfast restaurant was nice and we were able to eat in the inviting garden area outside.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - We booked a 1 night stay en route to Switzerland and expected something similar to a UK Premier Inn so were pleasantly surprised by both the complimentary sparkling wine and the restaurant. While the latter wasn't fine dining it was, in my opinion, better than similar chain restaurants attached to hotels. It was a warm evening and we enjoyed our food in the very attractive outdoor dining area. Parking was free, plentiful and easy to access (no complicated and narrow underground garage to navigate). The spa looked nice but was unfortunately closed by the time we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful and provided a map of Belfort centre which was about 5-10 mins walk from the hotel - a pretty small town worth a visit if you're in the area. Breakfast was a bit odd. The food available was fine but some items had run out. It was arranged rather inconveniently too - for example bread was on one side of the room and butter on the other. Not a major issue though and wouldn't prevent me recommending this hotel.
• Verified traveler (8/5): New hotel on edge of Belfort - Brand-new hotel on edge of Belfort. Easy access just off main roads from Alsace. Large, free parking lot surrounds hotel. Short drive, some minutes walk to center of town. Attached, busy pub with usual menu. Skipped breakfast so can't comment. Room large, new, comfortable, with excellent bathroom. Would stay here again.
• John (10/5): Great Business Hotel. - Great Hotel, excellent Breakfast, great staff. The Bar is good, food in the bar/restaurant is good quality burgers pizzas etc. not to everyone's liking but they are freshly made. Good spacious rooms with everything u need. Slight negative is the gym, small with some of the equipment needing a service. Nice sauna.

Good breakfast and a nice restaurant at Libby with good dinner choices. 10-15 minute walk to center of town, where there are many shops and restaurant. Bed is comfortable and room has iron- iron board and refrigerator and safe. Very practical and clean.
