- Bernhard (4/5): Das Hotel ist schlechter geworden (waren schon 2 x dort). - die Lage des Hotels - die Massage + Fango Der Empfang am Anreisetag war dürftig. Das erste Zimmer war wie eine Turnhalle - keine angemessene Möblierung - das Türschloss war sowohl von aussen wie von innen für den Kunden nicht zum öffnen - wir mussten die Rezeption anrufen, damit wir wieder rausgehen konnten. Das Safeschloss war defekt (nicht brauchbar). Im zweiten Zimmer konnten wir bis 23.30 h nicht ins Bett, da der Lärmpegel (gemessen) bei 56.0 dB LEQ lag. Auf der ersten Treppenstufe beim Empfang war der Lärmpegel 86.8 dP LEQ. Das dritte Zimmer war für diese Preiskategorie auf die schlechte Seite (Parkplatz) ausgerichtet. Das Badezimmer viel zu klein für 2 Personen (nur ein kleines Lavabo ohne genügend Abstellfläche). Das Bett hatte eine schlechtere Matratze und war kleiner als vorher. Der Zimmerdienst am Abend funktionierte nicht (höchstens nur eine Bettseite minim abgedeckt. Bei einer solchen Preiskategorie erwartet der Kunde im Minimum eine Flasche Mineralwasser (gratis) im Zimmer bereitgestellt, was nicht so war.
- Martin (10/5): - Calm and relaxing hotel for a short retreat. Well maintained spa area and gym. Staff is helpful and does the job well. Wifi no issues and decent availability. Slippers. A lot of pets, it didn't help with the vibe when the rooms smelled like dog on arrival. Toiletries, room quality in general and other extras mediocre for this class.

- Richard (10/5): From unpleasant 4 Star to a fantastic 5 Star and worth every Euro. - Sauna, a number of pool options. The POOLS OPEN LATE! The hotel was neat. The maintenance was properly performed. As a facility expert, nothing irritates me more than sloppy caulking, poor painting standards, and, worst of all, crooked pictures and paintings. The Premiere was not perfect, but what made the difference between an ok hotel and a quality hotel was its focus on what people notice. The bed. The pillows made up for the bed's firmness. When I go on a vacation to relax, I want to "sink" into everything. The one thing I noticed was that the housekeeping carts left marks along every hallway. A chair rail at the height of the marks would hide those and cut down on repaint costs.

- Serga (10/5): Luxury, comfort, and unbeatable value in Abano - A truly fantastic stay. The hotel is wonderful, featuring brand-new, luxurious facilities and a very high standard of quality in every detail. The Pros: Room & Comfort: Beautifully designed and cozy. The bed is perfect, with a high-end mattress, premium linens, and a great pillow menu. The soundproofing is flawless. Bathroom: Spacious and modern, including a very convenient towel heater. Wellness & Leisure: The indoor and outdoor thermal pools are fantastic. The Spa area is perfect, offering Finnish, Turkish, and cold saunas, along with various high-quality relaxation rooms. Fitness Center: Excellent, top-tier gym equipment. Dining: The restaurant is marvelous with excellent food. Breakfast is also perfect and lives up to the hotel's high standards. Value for Money: At 160 euros per night, it offers incredible value for such a luxury experience. The Cons: Service Speed: The only minor point was a slight delay in service at the bar/restaurant, as the waiter was covering both areas simultaneously. However, it was a very minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay.

Mi riserverò di fare comunicazione agli Enti Competenti - Una piscina esterna nel fondale c’era presenza di terra, foglie ecc - Nella piscina interna c’era presenze di alghe nelle fughe del rivestimento - presenza di bambini maleducati e fuori controllato dal parte degli addetti e genitori - Spogliatoi palestra presenza delle solite tracce nel water per 2 giorni - comportamento dei camerieri nel fine cena alle 21:35, praticamente ci hanno fatto capire di alzarci. - clienti che mangiavano dentro la piscina - non e’ un hotel 5 stelle L forse un quattro - frigo della camera rumoroso, lampada comodino non funzionante e cassetta Water che in dei momenti perdeva acqua - sapone intimo mancante neanche previsto - al piano bar la sera presenza di gruppo stranieri molesti - nelle zone del silenzio clienti che parlano a voce alta e rispondano al telefono tranquillamente. - mancanza di dotazione di ciabatte in gomma solo ciabatte di stoffa
- Alexei_K (10/5): Very relaxing place - An excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday. Large, spacious rooms. They're a little dated, but still in good condition. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfasts and a great spa area. Helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is that there's nowhere to go for a walk. But if your goal is a hotel stay, you don't need that.
- Chiili (8/5): Comfortable rooms and quiet - Rooms are well equipped. The bathrooms are large. Beds are comfortable. Only complaint is the light comes on at night which is extremely bright when you go to the bathroom. Breakfast is excellent with great choices. The pools are great. I got a really good facial but the both my husband and I got 80 minute deep tissue massages but we both came away disappointed. Not very good massages. I have had massages all over Italy and have never had a bad one but these were terrible. The bar at night has live music which was really great. I would have give a 5 star if it were not for the massages

- Michaela (10/5): A gem of a hotel in Abano - The place is clean, modern, staff helpful and well trained. We felt very comfortable. The spa is especially lovely. The room was spacious and the Aqua Di Parma toiletries added a great touch of luxury. The night use of pools was great! The only thing I wish is that there was one pool with colder water for swimming. My skin was also affected by the hot water and I had to limit the stay in the pools to 20 mins twice a day as a result. I might have to stay in the future in one of the hotels that has one pool with colder water, very sadly.

- Andrea (9/5): Confortevole weekend termale - Strittura moderna, pulita, staff cortese e puntuale. Posiziine a 10 minuti dal centro, silenziosa. Le strutture termali sono abbastanza rrcenti, ci sono diverse ppssibilita tra saune, palestra, massaggi. Molto apprezzato il ristorante sia per le colazioni ricche e di livello, stessa cosa per le cene. Stanze spaziose e pulite, adeguate al livello. Da migliorare fruibilità parcheggi, spesso pieni; la comodità dei letti e il lounge va ingrandito poichè non sufficente la sera, così come la sala ristorante. Questi spazi vanno adeguati alla dimensione hotel_numero ospiti.

Insuffisance de bornes de recharge électrique pour les véhicules. Le restaurant « le Bistrot » n’est pas en harmonie avec l’ensemble ( par exemple absence d’isolation visuelle en cas de séminaire dans la pièce voisine, insuffisance de l’offre culinaire, certaines assiettes minimalistes ). Dans la salle du petit déjeuner ambiance peu intime, bruyante et peu en adéquation avec le standing de l’hôtel.

Ухоженная территория, при входе любуешься цветами, они шикарны. Персонал на высшем уровне, всегда готовы помочь. Отдельное спасибо Диане и ее коллегам на ресепшене. Уборка великолепная, очень приятно, когда ты не замечаешь, вроде вышел ненадолго из номера, вернулись и уже убрано. На территории спа и бассейнов так же работает заботливый персонал. На процедурах можем отметить Андреаса, всегда окутает теплотой. Завтраки хорошие, есть все что необходимо и даже больше Когда полная посадка, особенно в выходные на завтраке, персонал немного зашивается, но это никак не влияет на общее впечатление

- shescott (8/5): Changes over the years. - We have stayed at Hotel Premiere many times and have always enjoyed the experience. A lovely welcome from staff. A special mention for Angelica at breakfast and Diana at breakfast and evening meal. Also Andrea in reception is always so kind, friendly and efficient. We feel the food offering at dinner was disappointing and the quality has certainly deteriorated. The size of the main course was tiny and some courses seem to repeated regularly. In the past it was a 2 week cycle. On some it was difficult to find something to choose. I don’t think an omelette is an acceptable offering in a 5 star hotel. When we first came in 2022 the desserts were divine, but now it is apparent that they are bought in. In the bar which was always quiet, we paid 30€ for 2 gin and tonics which is a 50% increase on last time. Maybe a happy hour situation would encourage people to come pre dinner. We feel the overall offering has dropped.
