I gestori, attenti a tutte le nostre necessità, ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie sulle piste ciclabili della zona, oltre ad avere a disposizione un deposito coperto per le bici per la notte. L' hotel è a poche centinaia di metri dal mare, di fronte ad una splendida pineta. Le stanze sono ampie, con balcone e angolo cottura. Ottima la colazione. Niente, è andato tutto molto bene

Attrezzature cucina non sufficiente. Le strade erano veramente messe male. Il prezzo troppo alto per ciò che viene offerto specie in inverno. Gli ambienti erano freddi

• Eberhard (9/5): Sehr erholsam, auch wenn wir es nur zwei Tage genießen konnten. - Die Strandnähe, die Lage im waldreichen Ort, bestens geeignet für Jogger und Fahrrad Fahrer. Im Haus wurde an alles gedacht, was Familien den Ferien Alltag erleichtert. Sehr freundliches Personal.

• Felix (10/5): - Also wir in die Siedlung zum Hotel eingebogen sind haben wir erst einmal Schreck bekommen, die Straßen sind sehr huppelig. Vor dem Hotel auch, doch das war eigentlich das einzige was negativ war. Das Appartment war groß und mit einer kleinen Küche, der Balkon war direkt am Naturschutzgebiet und super ruhig Frühstück ist für jeden individuell mit dem besten Cappuccino In 10min ist man am Strand. Überall im Hotel findet man ein gemütliches Eckchen und es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz f5die Kleinsten Es war herrlich ruhig, das Personal ist extrem freundlich und spricht Englisch Wir wollen wieder kommen Gar nichts

• Ulrike (10/5): Immer wieder gerne! - Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im Mareblu. Das Studio ist klein, aber geschickt eingerichtet, sehr sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Das Naturschutzgebiet hinterm Haus gibt dem ganzen einen zusätzlich erholsamen Vibe. Principina a Mare selbst ist ein schönes, kleines Örtchen direkt am Meer. Vom Hotel aus ist der Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Beste aber ist das Personal. Ich glaube freundlicher kann man kaum behandelt werden, alle sind gelassen, fröhlich und immer zuvorkommend. Die Dusche ist sehr klein.

• Alex (10/5): RELAX - The entire place was beautiful and peaceful. The room was sparkling clean and had good ac, cooktop, nice size fridge, and a balcony. Nice staff. Parking is a little tight but doable. The nearby Coop is limited but the huge Coop is 15 minutes away. A great place to stay! 9:00 am checkout is kind of difficult.

There really isn't anything to complain about!Breakfast was very good, the commitment to eco and organic, local produce and product is evident. not a thing
• Sofia (1/5): Bad - To be offered a room, that has not been cleaned properly is unacceptable. Unfortunarely, we had to return the key and leave. We had to search for another accomodation in an extremely short notice. I don't know, if the cleaning standards are so low in this accomodation, or they just didn't have enough time to prepare the room accordingly. Nevertheless, it is unacceptable and upseting to be offered a dirty room upon arrival. The receptionist suggested, that she could ask the cleaning lady to clean the room the next morning. Were we expected to spend the first night in a dirty accomodation? Spiders, dust on floor and furnitures, blue bathing towels that did not look properly washed and non hygienic, limescale on toiletbowl, a lamp with hanging wires. The balkony including sunbeds and table had not been cleaned for months. The desert rain the night before is no excuse. The accomodation, toilet, balkony must be cleaned to a reasonable standard before offered to the guests. If no availability or time to prepare accordingly, they should neither continue selling accomodation on line, nor handling out the key to guests. When we arrived ,noone implied that our room is not ready or suggested to come back later , in order to be cleaned. In contrary the receptionist was happy to announce that we were upgraded and we were given a bigger, better accomodation than what we booked. So my understanding is that this was among the best rooms-appartments Residence Mareblu offers. Facilities very outdated. I could picture an old care home from the 70's, but nothing that reminds me of a holiday accomodation. Severe wear and tear. Furthermore we had paid extra for breakfast . To our surprise, the receptionist advised us ,that we would be given vouchers for breakfast and the vouchers would serve to get us a cup of coffee and a croissant. Our 3 nights booking was unfortunately non refundable, but I would not stay in this property even if it was for free.
• Veronika (9/5): Superb - Simple studios with sufficient equipment, at reception there is cafe where you can have coffee, cake or drink. Location of residence is in a quiet street, 10min walk to the beach.
• Martin (9/5): Superb - Nice clean accommodation near by the beaches. There is a small playground at the site. I liked free bikes which you could rent to get to shops. The apartment had all we needed and was nicely clean. There is a lift and trolley so it is easy to get your luggage to your apartment. Parking possible around the hotel, no reservation needed The shower needs to be rebuild the doors are quite challenging to close.

The checkout time was a bit early. The shades didn't work very smoothly and were noisy.

• Reinhold (8/5): Freundliche Gastgeber - Das kleine Hotel liegt ruhig, direkt neben einem Pinienwald. Sehr freundliche Inhaber bzw. Personal, die sogar deutsch sprechen. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einige kleine Mitbewohner (Ameisen), aber ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in der ruhigen Vorsaison.
• Vera (8/5): appartamenti comodi e completi - Abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale dal 17 al 29 giugno 2017 con la nostra bimba di 15 mesi. L'appartamento era completo di tutto, pulito e funzionale. Unico neo era la doccia in quanto piccola e con le porte che non si aprivano e chiudevano bene. Per il resto il personale dell'hotel era molto efficiente e cordiale.
