Non è possibile avere delle piastre elettriche come fornello con un magneto termico elettrico che non sopporta il carico di energia necessario. Impianti elettrici da rivedere completamente.

Ci è stata assegnata una sistemazione isolata rispetto il corpo centrale del Residence e per quello che cercavo ha esaudito ogni mia aspettativa….pace, tranquillità e libertà per i miei pelosi. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile, abbiamo avuto un’inconveniente con l’acqua e so o subito intervenuti (ogni appartamento è dotato di piantina della struttura e numeri da chiamare in caso di emergenze) Assenza di copertura telefonica e WiFi, sarebbe da migliorare (se possibile vista la posizione della casa)
• Benincasa (7/5): Beautiful but kind of dirty - The location is amazing. The beach was beautiful. The set-up is really nice. We loved the walks and the nature and the dunes. The kids go around by themselves. The place was quiet and regenerating. The apartment was dirty. The kitchen had very little stuff - it wasn’t easy to cook there. We asked for some more utensils but did not get an answer. The internet was not working in our flat. Which is quite nice if you are on holiday but I did need to work and that became quite problematic for me as there was also no phone connection

Nessun rumore molesto, si è cullati dal rumore degli animali che abitano la tenuta e dai suoni provenienti dal mare. Consiglio di integrare il servizio di ricarica elettrica delle auto. Per il resto non cambierei nulla.

• Jean-Jacques (4/5): Toscana und Maremma immer wieder aber bestimmt nicht hier. - Die Lage der Herberge ist inmitten der Natur. Wildschweine wagen sich sogar über Nacht ins Gelände. Sie hinterlassen unverkennbare Furchen am Boden (Aufenthalt: Ende Oktober/Anfangs November). Herrlicher, natürlicher Strand, unweit der "Residence". Der Self-Check-In ist nach 17:00 Uhr komplett auf einer A4-Blatt definiert. Austattung "WLAN ist in den öffentlichen Bereichen nutzbar…": I wish. WiFi/WLAN ist auf den Frequenzen 2.4 / 5.0 GHz überhaupt nicht existent (Stand: Nov.2024); weder privat noch öffentlich. Gem. Instruktionen ist vor der Liegenschaft Nr. 5 ein WiFi installiert ist aber nur im Umkreis von 20m zu empfangen. Die anderen Liegenschaften rundherum haben das Nachsehen. Schwacher Service heutzutage. TV: Gute Kenntnisse in Italienisch sind hier angesagt. Nur nationale Kanäle. Die Räume sind nicht sauber. Frottier- und Leintücher sind noch im Plastiksack verpackt, betten kann man selber. Sowas kenne ich nur beim Zelten. Weiter auf dem Blatt stehen Instruktionen wie man die Sicherungen einschaltet. Sämtliche Haushaltsgeräte waren ausgesteckt. Was für eine Vorbereitung/Begrüssung… Kein privater Strand, wie unter "Aussenbereich" angegeben wird. Dieser ist öffentlich zugänglich. Bin in etlichen Agriturismo und 3-Sterne Hotels gewesen und war bislang durchwegs zufrieden mit den Angeboten. Aber hier wird vieles überverkauft. Die Fotos auf der Buchungsplattform müssen steinalt sein. Die Anlage ist ziemlich heruntergekommen. Die Eingangstür zeigte Einbruchspuren (Holzrahmen zerfetzt). Jammer schade. Vom Personal sieht man recht wenig, nur beim Scannen der ID's. Beim Check-Out von 09.00-10.00 warteten wir vor der Rezeption vergebens auf die Verwaltung. Nach fast einer halben Stunde warten musste ich die Schlüssel vor dem Eingang auf einem Tisch lassen. Was für ein "arivederci". Unglaublich. Service und Management, Kundenbetreuung gleich null. Für den Preis ein bisschen bedenklich unabhängig von der Feriensaison. Was da geboten wurde war für mich eine neue Erfahrung welche den Begriff "Hospitality" komplett auf den Kopf stellte: Preis / Leistung ist schlecht.
• Sonja (6/5): Ferien mit toskanischem Charme, schöner Sandstrand, in einfachen ruhigen Wohnungen - Umgebung sehr schön! Sehr ruhig und naturnah. Wenig Leute. Wunderschöner langer Sandstrand. Grundsätzlich ist ein- und auschecken sehr unkompliziert. Castglione della Pescaia ist in 20min mit dem Auto erreichbar und ein sehr schönes Städtchen. Auch im Herbst (Oktober) ist da einiges los. Gute Restaurants. Begehbare Altstadt und Burg auf dem Hügel. Sehr wenig Personal, abee freundlich. Areal und Wohnungen/Häuschen haben Charme Für 1. Nacht hatten wir eine zu kleine Whg. Nur zwei, statt wie gebucht, 3 Schlafzimmer. Wir erhielten jedoch auf Nachfrage eine grössere Whg. Die grössere Whg sei noch nicht frei gewesen, war die Begründung im Nachhinein. Wohnungen nicht so gut unterhalten: Douchebruse hat daneben gespritzt und Wasser war teilweise plötzlich sehr heiss. An allen Ecken und Enden ist irgend etwas kaputt: Putz ab Wänden blättert ab, Dampfabzug in Küche fällt fast runter, u.a.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Unser Haus war ungepflegt, lieblos eingerichtet und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Wohnraumes war völlig unzureichend. Die Kleiderschränke fallen fast auseinander. Das einzige schöne an dem Haus könnte die Veranda sein, wenn die Moskitonetze nicht so zerrissen wären. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft vor allem zu dem Preis nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Petra (8/5): Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. - Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich schön mitten in einem Pinienwald. Es ist sehr ruhig. Perfekt mit Hund und fast alle Nachbarn waren auch mit Hund unterwegs. Wir konnten in ca 10 min zum Meer spazieren. Der freie Strand ist weitläufig und wunderschön. Hinter der Anlage ist ein Naturreservat mit Flamingos. Einrichtung okay, viele Kästen und Kommoden, großer Kühlschrank. Zimmer okay. Terrasse sehr großzügig. Wohnung hatte kaum Tageslicht, war sehr dunkel. Küche sehr klein und wenig ausgestattet. Keine Müllsäcke, Klopapier ging aus. Terrasse sehr groß, jedoch kein bisschen Sonne (Nr. 8).

• Rosario (5/5): - Posto tranquillo Mancanza rete wifi, una sera dovevo mandare un documento urgente e, nell'unica area dove teoricamente c'è il wifi, in quel momento non funzionava assolutamente e sono dovuto andare a Marina di Grosseto. Il primo appartamento che mi avevano dato l'ho rifiutato in quanto c'era un condizionatore portatile che non riusciva a raffrescare tutto ed inoltre c'era odore di chiuso, il secondo invece c'era una sdraia rotta, lampadine bruciate mancavano le padelle. Devo dire che la receptionist a è molto gentile e disponibile ma dovrebbero investire sui servizi e probabilmente diventerebbe un posto bellissimo.

• Cornelio (9/5): Relax nella natura - La pineta è meravigliosa...le case sono immerse nella natura. È un'esperienza unica per tranquillità e relax. Si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi, camminando in pineta, la spiaggia è lunga chilometri e quindi senza troppe persone. La casa dove siamo stati era molto fresca, nessun bisogno di condizionatore o di ventilatore, anche nelle ore calde del giorno. Di sera si poteva mangiare tranquillamente nel patio, con vista sulla pineta. La notte riposo assicurato. Relax totale. Non c'è la perfezione del classico villaggio vacanze, ma la collocazione nella tenuta Diaccia-Botrona è impagabile. Nulla: conoscevamo già questa struttura e ci siamo tornati perché l'ambiente naturale e il relax sono unici. All'interno non c'è nulla: né bar, né ristorante o altri negozi, ma a pochi chilometri ci sono tutte le comodità e anche il bellissimo Castiglione della Pescaia.

• Tino (8/5): Sommer, Sonne, Strand, Erholung, Dolce Vita - der Urlaub war erholsam und wunderschön. - Das Anwesen La Canova II liegt zwischen den Orten Castiglione della Pescaia und Marina di Grossetto in einem wunderbaren Pinienwald, abgeschieden von allem Trubel in einer herrlich ruhigen Umgebung, mitten in der Natur. Das Team war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ein Problem mit der Abwasseranlage wurde trotz des Wochenendes sofort behoben. Von der Unterkunft zum Strand sind es in etwa 1.200 Meter (geschätzt). Selbst in der Ferienzeit hatten wir dort unsere Ruhe, da der Natur-Strand sehr weitläufig, zu unserer Zeit (Ende Juni/Anfang Juli) nicht stark überlaufen war und wir ausreichend Abstand zu den Nachbarn halten konnten. Ausflüge mit dem Auto nach Pisa, Florenz, Siena und sogar nach Rom sind mit ein bisschen Fahrtzeit möglich und verschönern den Urlaub ungemein. Auch Castigline della Pescaia ist ein wunderschönes kleines Örtchen am Rande der Toskana. Uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen! Was man auch daran erkennt, dass wir vor sieben Jahren schon einmal in der Unterkunft gewesen und gerne wiedergekommen sind. Wir können die Residence La Canova II nur empfehlen! Da wir recht spät gebucht hatten, waren die meisten Apartments oder die Bungalows (die wir vor sieben Jahren bezogen hatten) bereits nicht mehr buchbar gewesen (was unserer späten Buchung zu verdanken war). Wir hatten ein nettes, kleines Apartment erhalten, das im Erdgeschoss lag (so, wie wir es vorab beim La Canova II-Team per Email erbeten hatten). Rücksichtslose Gäste, die die Wohnung oberhalb beziehen, können im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes auf den Nerven herumtrampeln. Das ist keine Kritik an das Team des Anwesens La Canova II, sondern kann in jeder anderen Ferienanlage auch vorkommen.

• Valeria (7/5): Posizione ottima, grandi potenzialità mal sfruttate. - La posizione è ottima, la spiaggia vicina pulita e poco frequentata. La pineta è veramente bella. Gli alloggi sono poco curati, puliti in modo superficiale… in generale il soggiorno è complicato perché mancano tanti piccoli accorgimenti che, nella quotidianità, rendono la vacanza comoda e confortevole.
• Alberto (7/5): The place is so beautiful that it overcomes the disadvantages. - The location is exceptional, the buildings are great and access to the beach is perfect. House appliances and internal furniture is minimal and a bit old or scarce. The structure is responding and very helpful but the requests were not fulfilled. Equipment within the apartment very minimal. No colander, electricity went off because using both stove and air conditioning at night (no warning).

• Giovanni (4/5): Non lo consiglio a nessuno - Lo stare in famiglia ed il mare. Struttura e distanza dal mare.
• Chiara (7/5): Campeggiare senza essere in campeggio, immersi nella campagna a due passi dal mare. - Il punto forte della struttura è la posizione tra la spiaggia con la pineta e i campi della riserva della Diaccia Botrona. Il silenzio e la tranquillità dell'alloggio sono impagabili con la possibilità di mangiare sotto un gazebo privato guardando i campi (noi però eravamo isolati rispetto altri alloggi della tenuta) così come la possibilità di andare in spiaggia attraversando la strada arrivando in un punto frequentato praticamente solo da chi soggiorna alla tenuta. La mancanza generale di attenzione verso i dettagli: servirebbe davvero poco per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile. Alcuni esempi: il nostro alloggio aveva una sola portafinestra su tre provvista di zanzariere in una località che pullula di zanzare e anfibi (abbiamo trovato spesso ranocchie in casa che si infilavano sotto le porte), in cucina mancavano coltelli, moka e padelle (sono state portate immediatamente, ma sarebbe bastata una ricognizione nell'appartamento prima dell'ingresso degli ospiti per verificarne la mancanza), il cancello secondario nelle vicinanze dell'alloggio ci ha lasciato fuori per due notti (probabilmente era impostato un timer che impediva l'accesso negli orari notturni).
• Andrii (3/5): - Das Foto im Angebot entsprach nicht der Realität. Was wir vor der Reise sahen, war anders. Es gab keine Fenster im Haus. Nur kleine Fenster in der Decke. Es gab nicht einmal einen Wasserkocher. Das fast ständige Summen einiger Geräte hinter der Wand. Natürlich keine Klimaanlage. Muffige Luft im Hause.

Im Appartement gab es nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für die ganze Familie und nur einen Satz Handtücher für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Es gab nicht einmal Seife zum Händewaschen. Es gab auch keine Müllsäcke. Alles musste man selbst gekauft werden.

• Petra, Salzburg (9/5): Super schöne Lage im Naturschutzgebiet - Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, Appartement war sauber und großzügig aufgeteilt. Perfekt mit Hund, eigener Garten mit Zaun. Hat alles perfekt gepasst mit Strand und alles inmitten der Natur!

• Riele Rico (10/5): Natura e tranquillità - La pineta che ospita le casette è rigenerante. Una passeggiata di 15 minuti al suo interno conduce alla spiaggia libera. La gentilezza e professionalità di Katia coronano il soggiorno. Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico

• Janina (6/5): - Wunderschöne Lage inmitten eines Pinienwaldes. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hundefreundliche Unterkunft. Die zum Zimmer gehörende Gartenparzelle war eingezäunt. Die Ausstattung entsprach leider nicht der Beschreibung. Es gab keinen Backofen, keine Kaffeemaschine und auch keinen Grill. An den Türen gab es leider auch keinen Moskitoschutz.

• Peter (9/5): Ein idealer Ort für echte Erholung - Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Hundebesitzer an einem ruhigen Ort in der Pineta. Auch der Strand hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Gloria (7/5): Ideale se viaggi con il tuo amico a 4 zampe! - Immerso nella pineta e circondato da pace assoluta, vicinissimo al mare. Ottimo per chi ha i cani e vuole portarseli con se in spiaggia! Hai molta indipendenza e privacy e i bungalow hanno lo stretto necessario. Possibilità di noleggio bici. La signora all'accoglienza è stata gentile e disponibile nonostante avesse l'influenza. Il bungalow non era molto pulito, soprattutto il bagno. In cucina c'erano molte formiche. La struttura ha un grande potenziale, ma sfruttato male per la poca cura e attenzione.

• Maurizio (7/5): per chi ama la tranquillità - La posizione e la tranquillità rispecchiano le recensioni precedenti, l'abitazione è grande ed ha una veranda chiusa da zanzariere, esterno molto adatto a chi come noi ha un cane... Accesso al mare pratico, spiaggia libera semideserta. cancello di chiusura del recinto molto pericolante e pericoloso, ci è caduto due volte appena arrivati!!! Tutte le porte interne e le finestre necessitano assulutamente di essere sostituite o perlomeno risistemate. Uno sciame di zanzare 24 ore su 24.

• Peter (9/5): Appartement im Naturpark - Ideales Appartementhaus für Badeferien an einem wunderschönem Strand 15min. zu laufen. Viel Platz auf dem Areal. Ums Haus hat es Pinienbaume, Eukalyptusbäume, Kaktusplantage und viel Natur. Appartement war gross und Komfortable, Alles I.O.
• Ulrike (8/5): Ein ganz besonderer Ort - Hervorragende Lage, tolle Umgebung, ruhig. Hundefreundlich (eingezäunter Garten). Tolle Flora und Fauna (Naturschutzgebiet), Strand einmalig schön. Etwas ganz besonderes! Kühlschrank etwas zu klein, Klimaanlage ging nicht (zumindest teilweise gab es aber Ersatz), in der Beschreibung war die Klimaanlage gar nicht aufgeführt, deshalb war es eine positive Überraschung.

• Peter (7/5): - The Rooms in general were large size and each had AC + each window had mosquito nets, which was great as we could leave the windows open for fresh air during night. Without them it wouldn't be possible as there were many mosquitos and bugs around. You are basically in the nature , in the fields with nothing around you. Just nature... There was a very strong musty, dank smell coming out from each cabinet and cupboard. Smelled like if being in a wine seller or when the walls are wet. It was unpleasant and we had to keep our clothes in the suitcases instead. Also, there was no Wi-Fi at all. Unless you went 800m closer to apartment number 5- but even there it was poor , disconnecting and we could therefore not use it. I'd recommend this property to install some Wi-Fi extenders or invest a little in routers around their properties. In 21st century this is simply needed. Especially if traveling with children.
• Angela (5/5): - Tranquillità Pulizia scarsa, biancheria letto e asciugamani anche se arrivavano confezionati da lavanderia erano macchiati. La dotazione di stoviglie era insufficiente, eravamo 8 ospiti e la dotazione era x sei. Niente microonde, frigo arrugginito.Arredi vecchi e sporchi. Poca cura anche nel verde.. il servizio lavanderia era disponibile su prenotazione.. ( c'era un lucchetto) i cassonetti dei rifiuti erano lontani.. in tutta la tenuta due cassonetti..😬.. nella presentazione della struttura c'era scritto che la spiaggia era privata.. peccato si dovesse attraversare la statale per raggiungerla . Dettaglio da citare secondo noi.. per chi ha bambini è importante per la scelta.. biciclette non disponibili a sufficienza...

• Andrea (3/5): It has good location and great potential but improvement needed - It has good location, calm close to the beach This accommodation did not satisfy our expectations. Upon arrival 3 members of our family being stung by wasps which turned out to have a nest right next to the entrance door. When we reported to the host, the answer was, that it was ok, because the wasps were not aggressive. We had 2 apartments. In one of them there was no warm wate when we arrived, in the other one no electricity at all. Both complaints were eventually solved, but only after our demands. In one of the apartments there was no climate, which was very unpleasant, since there was around 35 degrees at the timeof our visit… Also the mosquito nets on the windows were old and torn, so we woke up everymorning with fresh and itching mosquito bites. As for the equipment of the apartments it was old and used,it had its best days behind, the towels were torn and of poor quality. So was the equipment of both kitchens. To sumarize, unfortuantely we can not recommend this accommodation to anyone as it does not worth the price they ask for it. It has good location and great potential but definately improvement and different approach is highly necessary. And this is not just our opinion Actually we talked to other guests staying in the same resort and they also shared our view.

Il giardino esterno non è stato ripulito e abbiamo trovato escrementi di cane anche dovuti alla maleducazione del nostro predecessore. Non c'è modo di fare racconta differenziata. Il bagno non ha una finestra.

• fabio (8/5): Immerso nella natura a due passi dal mare - Posto immerso nella natura che garantisce tranquillità e relax. Molto vicino al mare, in un'ora si raggiunge l'Argentario a Sud e Piombino a nord con traghetti per l'Elba Il wifi non prendeva e neanche la rete del cellulare. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il check in, poi risolti. L'alloggio è da considerarsi abbastanza spartano.
• Radek (6/5): Pro milovníky přírody je to super. - Super prostředí, ticho, příroda, vzdallenost od moře. Ubytování bylo už hodně zašlé. Neškodilo by vymalovat. Byla cítit zatuchlina. Nebyla k dispozici moskitiera. Wifi je k dispozici pouze na jednom místě, kam si musíte dojít. Paní na recepci se snaží.

• Maria Cristina (9/5): Una splendida vacanza rigenerante! - Mio marito ed io abbiamo prenotato un soggiorno dall’1 all’8 luglio in quella che con nostra sorpresa si è rivelata essere una riserva con annessa ampia pineta. Arrivati in ritardo siamo comunque stati accolti con comprensione e simpatia dalla sig.ra Catia che ci ha dato diversi consigli e ci fatti sentire subito accolti. Il monolocale che abbiamo affittato era ampio, dotato di quel che serve, sebbene essenziale e con annesso giardino sul retro, che i nostri due cani hanno gradito. Le unità abitative sono distanti tra loro, c’è silenzio e l’aria condizionata di notte non è stata necessaria. I cani sono ben accetti, sia in spiaggia che a Castiglione, dove siamo stati diverse volte. La spiaggia libera è selvaggia è poco affollata, cosa per me fondamentale per rilassarmi. Insomma grazie!

• Hildegard (6/5): Urlaub mit gemischten Gefühlen - Wir kennen die Ferienanlage seit ca. 16 Jahren und waren immer wieder einmal da, weil die Lage in einem Naturschutzgebiet, umgeben von sehr viel Natur einfach einmalig ist. Schön ist es , eine Terrasse mit Mobiliar zu haben, auf der man abends lange sitzen kann. Man geht zu Fuß an den Naturstrand ca. 900m und kann sich dort kostenlos mit verhältnismäßig wenig Menschen aufhalten. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in die Umgebung ist Canova 2 gut gelegen. Die Häuser waren stets einfach möbliert, aber zeitgemäß , sauber und gepflegt. Gegen die Mücken kann man sich mit Mückenschutz wappnen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in den Jahren angemessen. Leider hat die Betreuung der Anlage stark nachgelassen . Das Mobiliar wurde in den 16 Jahren abgewohnt aber kaum erneuert. Am alten Backofen war z. B. keine Einstellung mehr lesbar. Die Ausstattung mit Kochutensilien sollte unbedingt überprüft werden. Wir hatten z. B. zwei stark verbeulte Pfannen mit beschädigter Teflonbeschichtung. Im Bad hingen alle Haken locker in der Wand. Der Fernseher wurde zwar erneuert, empfängt aber jetzt keine deutschen Programme mehr. Früher spielten Kinder auf den Rasenflächen zwischen den Häusern. Heute überlegt man sich das, denn stattdessen waren zahlreiche Hunde auch ohne Leine unterwegs, die überall ihr Geschäft machten. Niemand kümmerte sich darum. DasPreis- Leistungsverhältnis ist dem Zustand der Anlage leider nicht mehr angepasst … die Wochenmiete ist sogar gestiegen! Wir bedauern das sehr, denn wir sind immer gern gekommen. Das Internet ist auf dem Gelände instabil und WLAN- Empfang ist nur an wenigen Stellen möglich, was heutzutage alle bedauern.
