- Robert (7/5): It was ok, you probably can get better hotel for the same or a little bit more money - Location is close to the beach 1 - they provide chairs and umbrella but you have to carry it from the hotel to the beach 2- stuff at the reception doesn’t really speak English so what’s you ask it might be missed or added to your hotel charges 3 - there was a piece of glass on the floor when we arrived in our room 4 - I called and ask twice to make sure we have a crib in our room and it wasn’t there 5 - there is no reception in the room on the first floor

- Selene (6/5): Serious Safety and Comfort Concerns - During our stay, we had a sofa bed with a completely sunken mattress, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. We had to place the couch cushions underneath just to get a decent night’s rest — an unacceptable situation for any hotel. On the first day, we requested the sofa bed to be set up, which was done, however staff left the room door wide open, exposing our belongings and leaving us vulnerable to other guests. When we raised this concern with the front desk, the receptionist failed to grasp the seriousness of the security breach, showing a complete lack of awareness regarding basic guest safety protocols. Additionally, the breakfast offering was extremely limited, falling far short of what is expected at a property of this category.
- Jakub (1/5): stay away from this hotel - really nothing We booked this hotel with the expectation of a comfortable family-friendly stay. Unfortunately, the reality did not match the presentation in any meaningful way. First and foremost, the property is significantly misrepresented in its promotional materials. The kitchens, which appear functional in the photos, are in fact not equipped for cooking at all—there is no proper cooking space, only a microwave. This is highly misleading, especially for families planning longer stays. Even more concerning is the use of deceptive imagery. The photos showing water slides and children’s facilities do not belong to this hotel. There is not a single slide on-site, nor is there any meaningful infrastructure for children. For a property marketed toward families, this is a serious misrepresentation. The overall environment was also unpleasant. A strong smell of bleach permeates the entire hotel, to the point where it becomes nauseating after prolonged exposure. Breakfast offerings were another major disappointment. Practically nothing was suitable for children aside from waffles—and even those were unavailable on our last day due to spoilage. The lack of basic, child-friendly options reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards. In summary, the images of slides and playground facilities appear to be taken from a different hotel entirely, which constitutes a clear case of false advertising. This experience was far below expectations and not suitable for families.

- Wayne (9/5): Great clean hotel in a good location - The breakfast was good, the bacon was delicious and the waffle makers were great. Cycles being included was fabulous along with the beach chairs. Great location as only minuets walk to the beach and local places to eat and shops. Staff all very polite and helpful. Car parking charges at the hotel and lack of free umbrella shades around the pool area. Only one lift in service.

And has no customer service skill at all. I would t go back there and I wouldn’t recommended I came to rest and I couldn’t sleep because of how hot it was and they didn’t even offer to change the room.

Several children were placing their fingers directly into the food trays. This behavior poses a significant health and safety risk to all guests and reflects poorly on the standards expected from your establishment. I strongly urge immediate corrective measures, including stricter monitoring and enforcement to ensure proper hygiene practices are maintained. Allowing such incidents to continue not only endangers guests’ health but could also have serious regulatory consequences.

- Kate (1/5): Feeling scammed - We were charged three times for the room. Once via Booking and then twice more. Reception mentioned a mistake and not to worry as payments were just pending. Two weeks late I am still spending my time chasing the payments as they have been removed from our account. We were also hit by lots of additional fees despite booking saying we wouldn’t. We had done a three week roadtrip of the US and stayed in many different hotel chains and just can’t believe this is a global chain! when we were over hard a small amount by Hampton inns they apologised and fixed it immediately. On this occasion they just kept saying they would have to email a manager who clearly hasn’t actioned anything yet. Such a shame and bad and stressful end to a magical holiday in America. I really wish I could rate this higher but I have had no response to any of my messages and shouldn’t have to spend my time trying to clear others mistakes. I have read similar reviews where this has happened to other people. It just shouldn’t happen. Two weeks on and will keep trying to get our money back!

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible, un ascenseur sur 2 ne fonctionnait pas, certains membres du personnel étaient peu agréables et/ou peu expérimentés. Nous avions réservé un appartement avec kitchenette, mais il n'y avait pas de plaque de cuisson, pas de liquide vaisselle ni de lessive pour le lave-vaisselle, rien pour essuyer la vaisselle. La chambre était souvent faite très tardivement (parfois pas avant 16h) et à de nombreuses reprises il manquait une serviette. La présentation des tarifs est peu transparente. Au prix d'annonce indiqué, il faut ajouter obligatoirement un forfait journalier de 30$ (hors taxes) donnant droit à des "avantages" qui n'en sont pas : serviettes de bain (gratuites dans tous les hôtels où nous sommes allés, y compris aux USA), sièges de plage (mais en réalité dans la limite de 2 par chambre, y compris si vous payez pour un logement de 4 personnes), l'accès à une piscine publique proche avec des toboggans (mais là encore dans la limite de 2 personnes par chambre), l'accès à la salle de fitness (gratuit dans d'autres hôtels) et une réduction sur les boissons et le restaurant. Sur un séjour de 11 jours, ça fait 330$ de supplément... Nous étions venus il y a 2 ans, la direction a changé et nous avons été déçus.

Aucune variété, et les horaires d’ouverture 7h à 10h et c’est 10h pile que vous ayez fini de manger ou pas !!! C’est une grande blague !!! Le prix du parking un vol organisé ! Et surtout pas d’accès direct à la plage et cela n’est pas précisé lors de la réservation !!! C’est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est !!!
- Barrera (10/5): ¡Recomendado! - Me encantó la ubicación, una zona muy segura, había presencia policial en la zona, me encantó tener un publix a dos cuadras del hotel, la playa queda justo a unos pasos del hotel y lo mejor es que sin costo adicional te prestan las sillas para que vayas cómodo a la playa con tu familia, en nuestro caso como íbamos con mi bebé me facilitaron hasta la sombrilla, la señora María que es como la encargada de servicios varios en el hotel es extremadamente amable, y las dos chicas que me atendieron en recepción muy educadas y amables también. Pero María se llevó mi corazón, incluso ella me consiguió una fruta para mi bebé, me facilitó una sombrilla y también me dio un kit para cocinar en la habitación (algo que no sabía que se podía pedir sin costo alguno) así que si viajan con un bebé o son de los que se cuidan y quieren cocinar, ya saben que ahí lo pueden hacer. Las habitaciones cuentan con una nevera muy amplia. Cama y sofá cama muy cómodos. Lo único que no me gustó es que mucha gente no respeta las normas y en ocasiones el olor a marihuana llegaba a mi habitación, siento que deben controlar más eso por parte del hotel.
