- Nada (6/5): غير جيده _ عدم الوضوح والتلاعب - بوفيه الافطار موظفي الأمن محترمين وتعاملهم رحب ولطيف مع الضيوف لم نقيم في الغرف المحجوزه مع ان الحجز مؤكد وتم ابلاغنا بعدم توفرها ، استبدلوها بجناح واحد ووضع اسره اضافية لكن لايكفي لعددنا ، تعامل موظفي الاستقبال بعدم الوضوح ومحاولة ارباك الضيف بخطأ الحجز ، موظفة استقبال المطعم تعاملها غير لائق ، الحمامات غير نظيفه جدا ولا ترقى لمستوى الفندق ، الانترنت غير مجاني وتم دفع 80 ريال مع اني لم استخدمه فقط شغلته ثم اغلقته للتجربه وعند مناقشة موظف الاستقبال ان النت المفروض مجاني قال هذا النت السريع !!لم يسجل انه سريع عند التجربه ولم يسجل انه بمقابل !!

- Amal (3/5): لن تتكرر - الي يشفع له انه قريب لكن بسعر جدا غالي المكان قريب من الحرم لكن الاثاث متهالك وبالنسبه لدورة المياه في مكان الشاور سيء الارضيه غير مهيية لتصريف المياه مما يؤدي الى تجمع المياه وبالنسبة الى خدمه تنظيف الغرف كانت جيده بالبدايه لكن اخر الايام كان الموظف مصري تنضيفه سيء فقط يفتح السيفون ويخرج طلبنا اضافه سرير بما ان الحجز ثلاث اشخاص وكان السرير سيء وغير مريح ومائل وحاولنا جاهدين لتغير السرير لكن رفضوا الغرفه كانت غير عازله للصوت نسمع اصوات الجيران واصوات الممرات وقد تسسبب في ايقاضي من النوم عده مرات بالتأكيد ستكون اخر اقامه لي بهذا الفندق

- Almelta3 (7/5): - - قًربه من الحرم. - اتساع الغُرف. - سرعة الاستجابة. - سعر الغرفة عالي ومُبالغ فيه ، السعر العادل والمنطقي لا يتجاوز 500 ريال وهي ب 1400 ، لا يوجد للأسف رقابة ع الأسعار. - بوفية الإفطار عادي لا يرقى الى خمس نجوم ، ليس من ناحية التنوع بل من ناحية جودة الطهي وذائقة الطاهي ، سابقاً كان بوفيه الإفطار افضل. - قنوات التلفزيون ليست فائقة الدقة بل قنوات عادية لا ترقى الى خمس نجوم. - موكيت الأرضية وكنب الجلوس قديمة ومستهلكة ، لم تُغّير من سنوات.

- Mahomed Saliem (10/5): We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I definitely will stay here again!! - The rooms were excellent and the breakfast was AMAZING! Location is perfect!!! I feel that the reception staff was not very friendly initially when we were chicking in. I had booked three rooms and had the proof of bookings that I presented to him. Yet he insisted that I had only two rooms booked there. It turns out that I did actually have three rooms booked,and not two. He then accommodated my request that all three rooms be on the same floor ( this request was made clear in my original booking) which I appreciated. Every morning my family and I were harassed by the breakfast staff at the entrance, claiming that my booking for the amount of people was incorrect!! This was not the case. This led to queues building up behind us.
