L'essere stati considerati con insistenza, dalla receptionist, persone poco corrette per aver dichiarato che nella propria camera non vi era un elenco prezzi del contenuto del frigo (2 piccole bottiglie d'acqua e 2 di succo di frutta) e di averlo considerato un omaggio, come è d'uso in molti altri hotel. Le successive scuse non son riuscite a cancellare lo stupore per l'inaspettata scorrettezza.

Sehr ruhiges, gemütliches Hotel mit Parkplatz, 2 Minuten ins Zentrum von Nicolosi, trotzdem im Grünen gelegen. Startpunkt für den Ätna und für Catania. Sehr zu empfehlen! Alles war bestens!

• Bruno (9/5): comodo accogliente per famiglie - lo staff decisamente gentile e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze, sicuramente adatto alle famiglie confortevole con quellaria di hotel di casa. colazione completa di tutto e sopra tutto la varietà di miele che si trova le torte e tutto il resto. il parcheggio molto comodo. da migliorare i servizi e la doccia ma solo perchè un pò vecchiotta ma efficente, e il pavimento del parcheggio un pò fastidioso con la sabbia dell etna potrebbe esser meglio piestrellato ma questo e solo un mio consiglio

Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo per pochissimo tempo con la nostra bambina di 2 anni e mezzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni aspetto. Abbiamo chiesto a che ora saremmo potuti rientrare la sera e ci hanno risposto che eravamo liberi di tornare a qualsiasi orario, assicurandoci che ci sarebbe sempre stato qualcuno alla reception (cosa non scontata). Colazione ottima. La posizione, a mio parere, è perfetta: abbiamo fatto circa 20 minuti di macchina per raggiungere la neve ed è stato davvero comodo, perché al rientro non abbiamo avuto nessuna complicazione. Anzi, siamo addirittura riusciti a uscire a cena e la temperatura era molto più gestibile. Soddisfatta in tutto

• Liborio (10/5): - E a due passi dal rifugio sapienza e quasi al centro del paese. Confortevole, pulito e accogliente. Proprietari disponibilissimi e cortesissimi..siamo rientrati alle 2 di notte e ci hanno aspettato. Colazione abbondante. Selezione di miele dell Etna spettacolare. Niente. Era tutto ok.

• Irene (10/5): - Siamo stati in questo hotel perché volevamo passare un fine settimana a Nicolosi La struttura è in una posizione centrale. Noi abbiamo posato l'auto e siamo usciti a piedi. Super pulita e accogliente. Anche i proprietari delle persone splendide. Ottima colazione. Che dire... ottimo per chi vuole trascorrere un fine settimana immerso nella natura, perché la struttura è come se fosse in una pineta. Lo consiglio vivamente
• Enry&Terry (6/5): Soggiorno nella media - Posizione strategica e vicina al centro città, colazione 🥞 molto buona e varia, personale gentile e cordiale, camera ampia. Purtroppo con quel letto è stato impossibile riposare , da segnalare i guanciali e materasso scomodi e datati, oltre che non consoni ad un hotel del genere, troppo bassi e datati. Lavabo bagno datato e danneggiato da sostituire, supporto tubo e microfono doccia 🚿 da far sostituire, si muoveva tutto mentre ti lavavi. Pulizia discreta, ma vi era una grossa macchia sulla fodera copri poltrona in camera.

• Angelo (9/5): This is a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Nicolosi - Excellent service - we arrived around 11 PM on a Friday evening. The city was packed with people and cars - there was no place to park anywhere. I left our car a good three minute walk away. When I got to the hotel the gentleman asked where my car was - in front of the hotel he had blocked off a spot for me with some orange cones. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. On Friday night, they were full of people. Luckily for us, in Italy it’s nothing to sit down to a full meal at 11:30 PM. Beds were very comfortable - we both slept deeply. There is a little step in the bathroom between the sink and the toilet. I can only imagine the number of stubbed toes and banged heels that has caused.

• Ejvind (7/5): - God morgenmad fra 7:30, så vi kunne nå tidligt op til Etna 1/2 times kørsel borte, god service, natportien var meget behjælpelig, selv om vores fly var forsinket og vi kom sent, han hjalp med at parkere vores store bil på lukket P-plads, stor ros til ham Værelset lå overfor køkkenet, det støjede tidligt om morgenen, hovedpuden var lidt hård, adgangen til p-pladsen var snæver, men natportien var meget behjælpelig med at parkere, selvom vi kom meget sent, stor ros til ham

• Matthias (10/5): - Mein neunjähriger Sohn und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Matteo hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Mein Handy hat bei Ankunft nicht funktioniert. Trotzdem hat uns Matteo nicht am Flughafen sitzen lassen und wir haben uns am Ende doch gefunden. Ein Supermarkt (Deco) und ein tolles Restaurant (I Cumpari) sind direkt um die Ecke. Zum Bus ( fährt nur einmal am Tag um 9:20) auf den Ätna dauert es weniger als 10 Minuten. Das Alle Pendici ist zwar (in unserem Zimmer) etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war an der Strasse etwas laut aber wir waren nach unseren Wandertouren auf den Ätna und den Monti Rossi am Abend so müde das es uns nicht sonderlich gestört hat. Ich kann das Hotel zu 100% empfehlen
