• DANA (8/5): - Clean and tidy. Decent value. However, there were children running back and forth in the hallway until after 1 am. There must have also been an adult party in a room with the door open. The noise made it impossible to sleep.

• DANA (10/5): Excellent experience. - The location was very easy to find. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Usually all you get is a continental breakfast. There was actually a choice of 3 hot breakfasts, and also a continental option. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area. I didn’t have any issues.

It was handy to the TC. - We had not expected breakfast but were given a choice of 3 - 2 hot and 1 continental. It was delicious. Our supper at the restaurant the night before was also delicious. This motel is very well managed. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. A nightlight was even provided. The waitresses were attentive and the woman at reception was very friendly even remembering my name. Our experience was great. Much better than we had expected of a motel. There was an elevator to the second floor.

• Donna (8/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient. - Quiet, comfortable and a good location for our needs. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Supper at the restaurant was very nice. The heating/air conditioning system was a bit noisy - not loud but the fan kept cutting in and out. Having it on “constant” was too warm but turning it off was too cold. I am a bit of a light sleeper in any case. The free hot breakfast was appreciated but the scrambled eggs were a bit on the “dry” side.

• Greg (10/5): Highly Recommended - - location - parking - staff were friendly & very accommodating - clean - comfortable - hotel was fresh and tasteful - we asked for a quiet room and they delivered! - the only complaint we have is with the attached restaurant/breakfast option (our experience with restaurant staff was also very different/negative from hotel staff)

• Greg (9/5): Would Return to the Hotel, Not the Restaurant - - location - good parking - beds are better than many places - clean - comfortable - staff were friendly - not too dated or worn out - the heater didn’t hold temperature steady and was noisy - the worst part of our experience was the restaurant/breakfast - it wasn’t terribly busy and we were left waiting to be sat for an unreasonable amount of time (let people seat themselves if you’re short staffed etc) - the server was abrupt and cold - we waited an unreasonable amount of time again to be served AFTER she served another table that was seated after us - there’s 3 breakfast options and we wasted most of ours because we didn’t want all of the items included (while every other hotel has learned to let people feed themselves), but they’re not taking into account all the food wasted because people are given food regardless if they want it AND the unhappy customers because we’re fed like children

• MARIUSZ (9/5): The hotel is well situated when transiting through Newfoundland. - Breakfast was included in the price and met our expectations. The location was very good and easy to get to. The room was a bit too small for two couples, but for one night it met expectations.

Only one cup of coffee and no offer of refill… rolled her eyes when I asked for gluten free toast… just not a good experience!! Too bad, because the food was good! ( tea was served with bag in cup for myself with the hotel coupon, but other people had pots of hot water for their tea)

• Arlene (8/5): - The hotel was good. Was given room on the first floor with access to the parking lot. I do not like staying in those rooms. They don’t feel safe to me. I asked for a new assignment to the upper floors. Was told I couldn’t have one as I was assigned the room when I booked with Expedia. The room cost 332 which in my opinion was costly. Costly enough to get a room upstairs.
