• Dolored (6/5): - The room was a little dirty; having found a roach in the tub when we checked in. We were tired, however, and the motel was near the highway, so we decided on it. The front desk person was personable; so no complaints there. Parking was adequate. It was close to our room. And for being close to the road, it was relatively quiet.
• Ute (10/5): - Super friendly staff at reception. Room very clean and comfortable. Bed was awesome! Great night sleep.

• Sarah Jane (8/5): - This place used to be called the budget inn, for a reason --it's VERY basic! But I have stayed here several times over the years, as it is affordable, safe and clean. No coffee maker in the room, but shower has good pressure and hot water and bed was comfortable. Walking distance to a few places to eat, and easy parking. I will almost certainly stay here again!

• Charlotte (8/5): - The Oasis hotel property feels safe, with large lots for parking off the street. There are two separate buildings. The room was very fresh, mostly clean. Others with rooms can be heard walking along the outside, but not a lot of noise from the next room. The Hotel was not overly full and it was odd that persons were placed directly in the next room. There is not a lot of road noise heard. There are many businesses for shopping and a variety of restaurants and fast food on the main highway just one block away, and they are within walking distance. The hotel is easy to locate. It is clear to see that remoldeling is happening, nice to know the business is concerned. The one concern we had was that the new flooring was very dirty - not seen easily as the flooring is grey and black, but visible on the paper towel I wiped up a spill of water with, and on white socks. I'd be happy to stay here again, when needed. Reasonable cost. The property around the hotel had many weeds. Very nice staff.

• Kavika (6/5): Great for last minute late night stops - It was great for the price clean for the price nothing fancy service good we checked in late so can't complain. Water all over the inside of the toilet lid and on the floor. Great amenities for the price. AC very loud. There are sketchy folks around. Looks like they are doing some maintenance around the place there is old furnishings outside the buildings

This is my third time staying here the last time the rooms we're in poor condition but they have been remodeling so I will be staying there every time I need to stay in Fallon.

Didn’t sleep all 3 nights I was there. There is clean but there is no room cleaning every day when you stay in there. The heater work as loud as a helicopter. Also not easy to fall asleep combined with that bed.

The location was close to shopping and restaurants, and to the church where we attended a wedding. I stated there would be 3 adults in a 2-queen bed room. We only had 2 of everything - towels, cups, etc.
• Brandy (7/5): Good - Looking for a motel, this is it. The neighborhood was loud and there was lots of fighting while we were staying there in the parking lot, but other than that, it was all good.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Careful - Be careful of the bathtub! There's no antislip protection, and I slipped and fell, hitting my head on the toilet. There needs to be some sort of texturing added, or at least a grab bar.

• Marion (4/5): Avoid if Possible - Carpenters would feel right at home with the 350 grit sheets and 150 grit towels, with the bed so hard it doubles as a workbench. But it had instant (really, no wait at all) hot water, and even soft water at that! The only staff member I met was friendly and efficient. There was no port to charge a phone, and there was no outlet for the clock...one had to unplug the fridge if the clock/alarm was called for. Happily the ventilation quickly cleared the overwhelming smoke smell from this non-smoking room. The carcinogenic air wafts up from the smoking rooms below. Finally, the place was overpriced, more than twice what it was worth.

However, cleanliness of room and bathroom were very dirty; hair in shower, mildew smelling shower curtain, bathroom exhaust fan and door broken, bathroom sink plug stuck, food and blood stains on floor. Upon arrival to room all windows were open with screens having holes for bugs to come in.
