• CHRISTINA (9/5): Cottage Stay - This property is beautiful, clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I stayed one night in the cottage with the loft. We enjoyed sitting on the porch while it rained. The cottage is cute and very cozy and nicely decorated. The property gate closes at 9pm. Felt very safe. No sink in the bathroom. No untentils in kitchen.

I asked them to ship them to me at my expense, and they wouldn't do it. They said they don't ship. I wasn't driving 4 hours to get them back.

• Joy (6/5): - The cabin was clean and quiet, the shower was excellent, and the tv worked well. The campground was safe and walkable, and the restaurant was very good. Although the cabin had a kitchen area with a microwave and refrigerator, there were no dishes or silverware (just 2 mugs, dishwashing liquid, and dish cloths). The bathroom had no sink so we had to wash up and brush teeth at the kitchen sink, and there was no mirror at all anywhere. The mattress and pillows were thin. The internet was very slow and often impossible to access at all.

• Pauline (7/5): Overall - A nice resort! - The staff was very polite and there was an overall friendliness from the community of people Wintering there. The on-site Church service was very good! This is a nice area of Florida too, not overly crowded or developed. The cabin we stayed in was new. The coffee maker and cook top obviously had never been used. The cabin and front porch were pleasant. But when I went to the front desk and told the staff that someone had forgotten to finish supplying the cabin - because I had no pan or skillet or utensils to use the cooktop or plates or silverware, I was told that was intentional and that I would need to pay additional for these items. What??? I’ve never heard anything so absurd - who has room in their suitcase for a skillet? And Why? Hadn’t I already paid enough for the use of this cabin? Thankfully, the reason I had chosen to stay there was because my friend & her husband were renting a trailer lot and my friend lent me a skillet and the basics I needed to prepare the food I brought. As I was checking out, I brought this up again, this time w the resort manager. Hopefully common sense will prevail and the next travelers will not be caught out and frustrated by lack of adequate provisions in what is otherwise a nice accommodation.

• Veronica (8/5): Cozy cabin - Cozy cabin. The upstairs loft wasn't much use since you can't stand up there but good for kids. This is mostly an rv campground and the grounds are well maintained. Nice store and restaurant on site.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Relaxing place to stay with so much to do - It was so nice an calming relaxing, basically have your own place to stay in and I like that , it was like your own home away from home a little cabin with everything u need glassware silverware pots pans bowls plates cutting board coffee pot you name it it was pretty much there queen bed was comfy but daughter said twin beds were springing feeling hard for her to get comfy but other then that I enjoyed it and would def stay again the place has all kinds of amenities but didn’t get chance to use them only there a day n half but the scenery was beautiful an really enjoyed staying there highly recommend stay there totally worth it.

I was very surprised how accommodating they were during my late check in even though their office was closing at 9pm. The vicinity was very clean and with in walking distance from a private shopping mini grocery store, the community has a private entrance that can only be accessed with a key card after hours… will definitely stay here again in the future

• Densyl (10/5): Pleased with my stay - I was pleasantly surprised. I rented the 2-Bedroom cottage. It was like a tiny house. It was well stocked with dishes, pots pan, pretty much everything we needed to cook meals. We had 3 adults/3toddlers and it was comfortable. My only concern was when the sofa bed was in bed form, it blocked the door to the master bedroom. Very clean house and grounds.

Over the last couple of years we have stayed at various hotels near I-95. Although the price was right the accommodations were always less than stellar. Rooms needing renovations to noisy guests. Always, the smell of pot very prevalent. When you are not into that it's gross. The Road Runner Travel Park was literally a breath of fresh air!! The unit we rented was new and crazy spotless. The staff is friendly and helpful. A convenience store is on the premises with very reasonable prices, well stocked and had great variety of items. We are going back for Labor day and can't wait. This is our new go to place when we visit the East coast. We couldn't think of a thing!!

When I asked for more they said “we sell coffee and filters.” When e came in late one night and went in to brush our teeth roaches ran out of the bathroom sink

The resort had all the amenities you could want, pitch and putt golf area, small lakes for fishing, a swimming pool, on site dinning. Best of all everything we saw there was very well maintained all of the RV's and PArk Model homes were in good repair and the lawns were manicured. The on site grocery store was well stock with a large variety of items, virtually anything you would typically need. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. The rates were affordable and well worth the price. Will definetly stay there again when in the area.

When I called to extend .. they found a way to keep me in my cabin for the reat of my stay.. Everyone here is friendly and courteous.. the food at the restaurant on site is good and reasonably priced.. I look forward to when I can come here with my family and enjoy all the other amenitkes this place has to offer.

• Robert (10/5): Nice little cabin for a long-term stay - The cabin was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-appointed with glasses, dishes, flatware, utensils and cookware. The resort was very full of travel trailers with lots of friendly people. There were only a few rental cabins, but from the outside they all looked very well-maintained. You might wish to ask for one of the units away from the resort's multi-use clubhouse if total peace and quiet is required, although the noise wasn't overwhelming or ever went after about 9:30 pm. On the other hand those are steps away from the tennis courts, shuffleboard and the pool. The staff was excellent and happy to answer any questions that may come up.

• Diana (8/5): Nice except for the infestation of roaches. - This place would be absolutely perfect if it were not for the German roaches that came out at night. If you left a glass of juice or any food or even a plate for more than 5 minutes on the counter or table to go do something else, you would return to find it covered in roaches! Then as you try to kill them they will scatter and be gone without a trace. Until you walk away again. I informed the front office in the morning and they said they saw some a few weeks prior in the office and thought they had that taken care of. Well maybe in the office but they must have all ran to the cabin I rented! She assured me they would get it handled. But thankfully I was only there one night. Almost didn't sleepat all wondering if roaches were going to crawl on me. But as I said Other than that the place was very nice, air worked well linens and cabin were very clean. The area is quiet and friendly. If I didn't have to deal with the bugs I would have given them a 100%. I know this is Florida and I live on the other side of the state and realize seeing a bug now and then can't be helped. But this was way more than that. Had to throw out my juice and my cheesecake I set out to thaw for 5 minutes that became covered in roaches. That's an infestationand it's gross.

• C (10/5): Nice and beautiful cabins close to the beach - Beautiful place to rest and have a good time with your family. We rented a cabin for 6 people and we had everything we needed. The kitchen includes even silverware and pots. We have plenty of towels and the place is very nice. They have a basketball court, fishing lake, heated pool, etc. You feel like you went to the countryside. I will go back again. The beach is probably 10 minutes or less.
