Guest Reviews
- Latrissa (4/5): - Good working wifi
- Ebony (10/5): Great - Great
- Carlos (4/5): - Shower stall walls and floor very dirty. No electrical outlets in room. Toilet not secured.
- Md Ashikur (4/5): Need improvement, Room condition was very poor! - Need improvement, Room condition was very poor! furniture quality was soo low graded. The price was not cheap as the quality.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Could've been worse, but could've been better too - Wasn't expecting a lot at this price, but the "non-smoking" room had a smokey odor. Bed was comfortable - tv selections were sparse. No microwave. and the fridge did not work at all. To their credit, they replaced it promptly when I complained about it the next day (no credit for the inconvenience, however). Somewhat clean, but several "lost items" found in the corners of the room and under furniture. Towels were small, thin, and stained - first day we had two of each size towel, but the second night we only got one hand towel and washcloth. AC was cold; highway noise might be a problem for some.
- Lawrence (4/5): - Th Ed spread had cigarette burns all over it there were noisey and kept me a alwake til mjdnigjt
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was a nice area, there’s good food within a walking distance.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Disabled but had to climb stairs, room is small and the sheets had burn holes in them. Will NOT stay here again in the future and will not recommend this place to anyone else.
- Keisha (2/5): Disgusting/ Crackhead/Whore Inn is what it should - The Room was not clean nor sanitize, And the Beds were stain with pee and a condom in the other bed that my Granddaughter was to supposed to sleep in, we checked out super early to go to another hotel to shower then get back on the road!!
- Will (8/5): - Only issue was they charge several dollars more than what was supposed to be my total price
- Sam (2/5): - I didn’t like being disturbed at 2am by random ppl knocking on my door, that lasted til 5am. It was a thing of hair glue holding the tv up on the wall. The refrigerator wasn’t plugged and I couldn’t plug it because all the sockets was occupied by the tv, air conditioner, and lamp.
- Sheena (8/5): Funny - It was an alright stay. Never seen or heard of a Super 7 and thought it was funny
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - The property and the rooms are not so good. Housekeeping is very polite and respectful. But my overall stay was disappointing.
- Deshawn (6/5): Discomfort - Really just a cheap fix to rest my feet. It was nothing great about it.
- Hannah (2/5): DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE!!! - Worst motel I have ever seen in my entire life. Water damage, holes, mold.
- Clinton (4/5): - Located is a very seedy part of town. Highway truck noise heard all night, and fan would not stay on if heat was turned on. The loud fan could help block the sound.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Not a very family oriented hotel. But it's a nice cheap duck off for a couple that needs some time away from the kids
- Shaun Cardell (8/5): Kinda cozy kinda cheap - All of the staff appears to be a little bit standoffish this hotel is not too bad it is slightly on the low class end of the spectrum so it’s useful for a quick room to rest
- Super7 (2/5): - Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible
- Terry (8/5): - Its was alright
- Harold (6/5): - No pillows in the room. Floors and walls dirty
Staff did not speak one word at check-in
- Shaun (8/5): - The hotel could use some renovation.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The floors were dirty, gum was stuck on the headboard, no pillowcases on pillows, cold water only in sink, the sink was backed up, toilet leaked water from the base on the floor when flushed, towel rack and clothing rod were rusty to the point of disgust. This place is not well kept at all. I suffered through 3 nights here because of the amount of money I had but could have found a better place if the wifi had worked in my room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Service sucks
- Martin (6/5): Much too improve - It was ok. We've stayed in worst places, though not much worst, the AC would only keep the room cold if the bathroom door was closed.. even at night... The spider webs in room on the lamps was a bit much.. also the giant spider in lobby above the check-in window .. also dead bugs behind toilet, but the bed were clean, no refrigeratorin any of the room, and only a community microwave near office..
- Kathy (8/5): Day away from my craziness. - It was nice and calm
- Verified traveler (2/5): - 3 Cockroaches alive crawling on ceilings. 2 dead cockroaches in the shower.
When the heater was turned on it started smelling like smoke.
When the AC was turned on it went full blast even tho we tried to increase the temperature.
Towels and bed sheets are dirty.
Blankets had holes.
When asked if there are bedbug, employee said “no guarantee”
Employee lied. We asked if there was another room upstairs and at first he said “no double bed upstairs only downstairs”. Later when we demanded a refund bc we didn’t want to stay longer he took us to a double bed room upstairs.
The whole room smelled like weed and smoke.
Would never suggest to ANYONE to stay here.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Nothing not good place to start something new and improved dirty place
- Chachie (6/5): Sad - Nothing was clean, employees are very rude and lazy!! Only change sheets Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Angela (4/5): You get what you pay for. - Noisy from highway location and people walking outside all night talking. No extra pillows and holes in comforter. Poor customer service at front desk. Pictures online are deceiving.
- Vickie (4/5): - The property grounds could do with a makeover, given a smoking room or non smoking room where heavy smoking smell hindered breathing badly. No other room provided.
- J (4/5): Was not pleased and was imbarrest - I was told I couldn't stay another day because I had visitors. The visitors was from the room down from me. The manager on duty was rude and disregarded what I said a about the guest in the other room. I was going to take advantage of their weekly rate boy am I glad I didn't pay in advance
- Michael (4/5): Noisy Super 7 - Chosen for price, which was a mistake. Noise from I-30 was very loud in the room. Smoke detector was beeping and when I called the front desk I was told no one was available to fix it, I should just take it down off the wall. Very weak water pressure. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well.
- A (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Of all the hotels in Little Rock, AR to choose from, DO NOT PICK THIS ONE. I ended up with a reservation for one night at this hotel because I sorted by "lowest price" on Trivago. Little did I know what I'd get - while pulling into the parking lot, we saw only one other car (which was the first red flag). When we checked in, the lady at the front desk spoke broken English (which I don't have a problem with) but she spoke so quietly I couldn't hear her under the whirring of the ice machine and vending machines (also located in the front lobby). We checked into Room 209 (and she gave me a remote control for the TV at the front desk!) - after entering the room (which looked like it was last re-decorated in 1986), we actually laughed out loud. CRT television (no flat screens here)...there was actual DUCT TAPE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SHOWER DOOR...a gross, yellowed toilet seat...broken toilet tank lid...it was like something from a horror movie. Need I also mention there were random people walking through the parking lot? We didn't feel safe, so we immediately left and went to the Super 8, which was a much nicer experience and will stay there again. AVOID THE HORROR OF SUPER 7!!!
- Wolfie (2/5): My one day stay - Yes, this was only $35 per day, but you must know the good and the bad. First, the bed was great, but the pillows not so great. The light on the wall behind the TV did not work, the wires were cut. The lights next to the king bed were so high you had to stand up to turn them off and on. There was no bath just a shower and the floor in the shower was cracked.
No coffee in the room, but there was coffee available in the office. The TV was not a flat panel and the broadcast was bigger than the TV screen so you couldn't see part of the broadcast. Probably an adjustment issue?
I went down to the office to get my wi-fi access code. I had to wait for about 15 minutes, because the only one in the office was yelling at a tenant about something. He should have put the person on hold, taken care of my issue (less than 30 seconds) and then let me leave before yelling again.
I guess you get what you pay for, if not for the soft bed, I would have given all 1's.
- tabitha (10/5): good - good
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't stay here - The motel staff was very difficult to communicate with and unfriendly; we were given a remote to our TV upon checkin with a room number that did not correspond to our room number; when we asked if this was the correct remote, the response was "it works," followed by the woman walking away. Our room stunk of cigarette smoke and the remote the woman had given us did not, in fact, work. We went back to the front desk and were given another nonfunctioning remote; we also were told that we could not be switched to either a nonsmoking room, any other room, or to have a refund for our reservation. Do not stay here unless you don't mind sleeping in an ashtray, sharing the single towel they give you for the bathroom, and getting up every time that you want to change the channel or adjust the volume on the TV.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The people were nice. There was a lot to do around us.
The hotel needs a upgrade.
- Adrian (2/5): terrible neighborhood - terrible neighborhood
- Verified traveler (2/5): Very questionable clientele basic room - We put an employee in this hotel he was a truck driver, the hotel allowed us to give a credit card over fax for his incedentials which was helpful, but he reported that he was approached by a lady of the night that was staying at this hotel an that the hotel was very basic an seedy if you need a bed to sleep in this is the place but if you want anything more keep looking
- Verified traveler (4/5): Keep it moving... - You get what you pay for, I'm going to leave it at that.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I wouldn't recommend this hotel to no one at all. I can't believe their still I business. When I first get there my room was smoking and it was suppose to be non smoking, he wouldn't give me non smoking. The guy gave me some smoking spray instead, the pillows were dirty with slobber on them, bed spread had stains on it along with cigarette burns on it, shower had black foot prints in it, shower door had dried blood on it. I go to the off and tell the guy about all of this now he wants to switch me rooms which also suppose to be non smoking and not. Get in there smelt like smoke as well. I checked the room this one was a little better at first glance until u start looking around I found suppose to be clean towels had makeup on them, not enough towels, bed still cigarette burns on it, a condom in the night stand, roaches. This hotel shouldn't be in service at all
- Dean (6/5): Old and basic, but clean - The hotel was cheap and basic, but was clean and served the purpose. Air conditioner was not on when checking in for the room and took about 3 hours to begin cooling down.
- Joe (2/5): Disaster - Very horrible nightmare, first of all hotels.com never booked our room like they were supposed to, then when we checked in the price was more than what it was supposed to be through hotels.com website. Then the picture of the rooms of the motel looked much better on hotels.coms website than they actually were, so it was like they doctored up the pics to get ppl to book there. This whole deal was a disaster!
- Verified traveler (4/5): You get what you pay for - Shady area, not talking trees.
Room was hotter than outside was when we arrived, but by the time we headed to bed it was a comfortable temp. Office ladies spoke minimally to complete transaction, no service provided.
- Joe (2/5): BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - This was the worst stay in my life, first the hotel never received my reservation from hotels.com, 2nd since they had no reservation for me from hotels.com the hotel refused to honor hotels.coms price we had arranged for and charged me more, 3rd the motel pics on hotels.com looked like a decent motel- wrong, it was the biggest dump I have ever seen, 4th the room was filthy, 5th the air in the motel would not get cool and the tv remote did not work, 6th it took 2 adults to pull shower knob out to get shower on!!!!! Oh what the heck, I could really go on and on and on, but in the end I called hotels.com about the nightmare I dealt with and they refused to make things right with me, would not help me get my money back or anything. I dont want coupons off another stay because now I am gunshy with hotels.com. Just give my refund and be done with it.
- Road trip Roomer (2/5): DO NOT GO - Going to start by saying I paid about $40 for this room. It was the cheapest at the time. As soon as I walked in, I immediately saw a bug on the wall. A few minutes later, another on the refrigerator. The shower door wouldn't even shut properly, very few towels that smelled like smoke. Bed sheets were stained. Front desk lady was very rude. Would never go back. I would gladly pay an extra $20 for a decent place.
- Jeanye (2/5): Not a good experience - The location of the establishment was good for me because I was unfamiliar with the area and need to stay close to I-30 but the traffic noise on the Interstate was excessive, which is uncontrollable. The room was tiny and yellow, yellow, yellow. The comode sat lopsided and the seat shifted whey you sat down. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. The sign in the lobby said "coffe from 6am-9:30am but I went down and it was empty. I told the desk clerk and when I went to leave an hour later, you guessed it, still no coffee. I can't say the room was unclean but felt unclean. If you just need a place to sleep and shower, its ok for the price but if you want a restfull sleep and coffee in the morining, go somewhere else. I would not stay there again. What does it take to make coffee???
- Curtis M (4/5): Dump - I was greeted with a sprung door that closed on the bottom but was gapped on the top. When I entered I was greeted by a 19 inch, 10 year old TV, a dresser with the whole face missing and a toilet that made sounds like people talking.
Later that night when ready to take a shower I realized that the shower head flopped around like a fish and always ended in the down position.
I woke up with a backache and was never happier to leave anywhere in my life.
- A. Robert Lauer (6/5): Good experience - I chose the hotel because of its location (near the University of Arkansas at Little Rock) and its price (the lowest I found). It is near a number of fast food restaurants, so that was also convenient. The room had everything I needed. Everything worked, also (the air conditioner, the lights, the TV set, the hot water). It was also clean. It also had rooms for non-smokers. There was a small refrigerator in my room. It had convenient parking next to your room and even a very small outdoor pool near the front desk. It seems to be an older facility that has recently been refurbished. It needs more comfortable pillows. The staff was friendly but could perhaps smile a little more. Donuts or cookies in the morning (to go along with the free coffee), from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, for instance, would have been a nice little plus and might not cost that much. I would change the dark blue color of some parts of the outside exterior to a lighter color (orange, perhaps).
