Guest Reviews
- Kimberly Murillo (8/5): - The place was clean and quiet. Was a $12 Lyft ride away from Disney. It was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
- Ricardo (6/5): terrible customer service - Check in was not what I expected, the receptionist wanted to charge me again for the room, didn't give me any info on what time was check out, face was always looking bothered and was not even speaking to me. He also just took the clipboard off my hand which was unprofessional mind you I had a fractured wrist and him doing that made it hurt.
- Sean (2/5): - Room was still visably dirty. Ended up leaving and losing out on my money
- Aracelia (6/5): - Update is a must. Outside was dirty. Room needed to be a lil cleaner. A bit smelly. I had to clean everything with some Lysol wipes and spray
- frank (6/5): - No food options. Bed was comfortable
- Nick (10/5): Hi - I like it, it was friendly and a very pleasant stay.
- Juan (4/5): - No microwave. Here. dryer, don't work. One lamp, no libel.
- Brooke (10/5): - Very nice place
- mark (10/5): - Great service!!
- Rocio (10/5): - My stay was at a regular room on Friday and it was awesome. On Saturday we stayed at a room with a jacuzzi and omg 2 thumbs up 👍👍. I so recommend the rooms with a jacuzzi it is a total body and mind relaxation. Jacuzzi was clean, everything work.
- Abel (6/5): - I was alright
- Lisa (10/5): Will Stay again - It was good I will stay again
- Thomas (10/5): - Very comfortable, clean
- Celestina (8/5): - Check in was easy.
- BIANCA (2/5): - HEATING, AIR CONDITION SYSTEM WAS BROKEN, THE HAIR DRYER WAS BROKEN, CARPET WAS VERY DIRTY AND SMELLY
- Lindsay (2/5): - This place is a dump. Prostitutes in the parking lot. You have this place named Fullerton Inn…the sign on the building is Fullerton Motel. Is an extremely overpriced dump.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Definitely booking again! - Had a great relaxing time. Very clean. Had a little issue with the bathroom light. I informed the cleaning lady and in minutes it was taken care of. Already planning the next weekend getaway at this place 🙂👍.
- Robert (10/5): - Near the Totally 80’s Bar and Grill. No need for UBER!!!
- Nancy (8/5): - This place is conveniently located near the 5 and 91 fwy. It was quite and the rooms were ample. The only issue was that the beds were hard and linen was tough. The place could use some renovations to make it more comfortable, but it is an okay place to stay as an overnight guest.
- Bonita M (4/5): - Unable to check in early because the front desk person left when we were told to come in,it made my husband late for work.Very unprofessional
- Brian (10/5): - From Tuesday through yesterday, I booked a 2 bedroom here just for myself and possibly someone else to spend the night after Countdown in the NOS Events Center, and I appreciated the fact that I had a place to crash from the long night of good music, crowds of people and cold weather. I also chose this place since it is half a mile from a large bus area called Fullerton Park & Ride, where I would take the shuttle and come back.
Checking in, I paid a $40 deposit, which will be refunded back to me. The process was smooth, and the receptionist was polite. In the end, she gave me the room keycard, a TV remote and Wi-Fi SSID and password. Going into my second floor room, I felt it looked pretty accurate to the photos that were posted for this hotel.
Everything that I needed worked, thankfully. I was not able to turn the TV on, but I didn't have time to watch it anyway. I thought that the refrigerator was not working, but it turns out that, after I talked to the receptionist, I had to plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. I was not sure if the air conditioner in my room was also a heater because I haven't tried setting the temperature to room temperature. After taking a hot shower and washing up, I was thinking of testing the AC to see if it was also a heater because the room was really cold, but I didn't want to turn it on because I was afraid of warming up my room too much. I decided to tough it out, but I regret not trying because it was about 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Verified traveler (10/5): nice stay - very nice room and quiet area. check in is easy. booked a room with a jetted tub which was a nice addition, especially when its chilly. lots of fun things to do in the area and good restaurants
- WON HWAN (4/5): - staff unkind
- Samuel (10/5): - Thank you for a delightful stay I can see us coming back in the future
- WON HWAN (4/5): - No microwave oven, referagerater doesn’t work
- AnDre (6/5): Communication is key - Im calling them after check out for reciept so i can present it to my bank and they are nor answering i have apoke with them regarding the reciept and they did not want to help
- Juan (6/5): - N/A
- John (2/5): - Check in was difficult. AIR-HEAT DID not work. TV alhad no signal. JACUZZI DID NOT WORK. I CALLED front desk. No answer.
- Esperanza (2/5): - I have never written a negative review but here we go.
First, 24/7 front desk as advertised was false. I got the property at around 4pm to check in and no one was there. Just a sign that said I'll be back at 6pm!
Second, the room was hot, the AC was not turned on. When I turned it on it smelled like mold. And it only went down to 86 degrees. It was programmed that way.
Thirdly, it just had an unsafe vibe. I'm not sure how to explain it so I was only there for 10mins after check-in and took my girl somewhere else.
- Robert (10/5): - The sheets weren’t the cleanest but overall had a great stay.
- steve (4/5): - Not clean, no
WiFi, no
Breakfast.
- Jessica (2/5): - We didn’t stay I have to cancel due of not having hot water I’m still waiting if I could get my refunded
- Sherri (4/5): - I am not into fancy hotels since I just need a clean room and bed to sleep at night. However, this hotel appeared not well kept. Fortunately there was a refrigerator and microwave but no coffee maker and NO ICE MACHINE. On the surface, our room appeared clean, but was in need of a deep clean. Staff was friendly.
- Maria (2/5): - I ended up with a Staph Infection from the hot tub.
- Shaun D. (4/5): - Place was tired and dated...TV shut down, microwave did not work. Front desk had to come down and hook up the TV on the first day. The only highlight was that it had good bus access to the University gym.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Roof leaks - The property needs more maintenance, the room I stayed in had a couple of roof leaks and that can actually be harmful if they don't take care of it.
- proceso (6/5): - It was a decent stay, however, the WiFi was spotty and failed to connect. If internet is important, don’t stay here. Also, the shower/tub was really old with dark stains, though it didn’t seem too dirty…
- victoria (6/5): - Outside is messy, lots of cigarette butts, and landscaping not maintained. Ice maker broken and coffee not available.
- DREW (4/5): Need to clean place - Place was filthy!! Old hard piece of bread in lamp with full of spider webs. Tv. Never worked. Room has a bad smell.
- Jonathan (2/5): - There where roaches in the room. I wasnt there more then an hour and had to leave. They said I would get refunded but never did stay away
- Jason (10/5): - My husband and I stayed in their jetted tub room. It was a cozy room with enough space to feel at ease. Room was clean and comfortable, the tub was so big and the jets worked perfectly. An affordable stay that is great for couples. I wish we could have stayed longer, and I want to go back asap. I highly recommend this hotel.
- Ariadna (10/5): Little peace full place. - We were greeted very nice and the hotel staff was superb. The room was very ample and clean room came with a microwave and mini fridge that was perfect for our drinks and our young adult son’s were pleasantly surprised of how comfortable the beds were.
- Earl (10/5): Great experience! - We had a great stay. The jacuzzi was amazing.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Hot Tub - Awesome jetted hot tub in the room, friendly and helpful staff, an overall great experience
- Earl (10/5): - I loved our room. It was clean, cozy, and comfy. I hope they fix the soda vending machine and offer ice vending machine.
- RICK (8/5): - easy checkin, jacuzzi was nice, however there needs to be some kind of way to keep the water in the jacuzzi instead of all over the floor, think the jets are too powerful, when you stand to turn of jacuzzi, water sprays everywhere and there is a river on floor when you get out
- DAVID (2/5): - The room was not ready, therefore cancelled.
- Wendy (6/5): - It was ok for the price. We only stayed 1 night. Hate that they hand you the TV remotes at check in and you have to remember to return them at check out. Liked the fact that there was parking space. Other than that didn't spend much time there.
- Carmen (8/5): - Convenient
- graeme (8/5): - found this property very adequate. staff was very helpful and close to Anaheim for my baseball game.
- Thomas (4/5): - The tv had no channels
- Ana (10/5): - Nice place
- John (8/5): Ok, not great. - Ok, not great. Lowest priced in the area.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The bathroom tub and toilet was dirty, bed is uncomfortable .
- Susana (8/5): - The hotel was clean and we were not surprised. Definitely recommend it
- quyen (10/5): - all perfect… the receptionist young korean guy so kind so nice to help me anwer some question need to know
- Verified traveler (4/5): substandard hotel for the price - The manager/owner checked us in. Being tired, he was natrually unfriendly. Didn't explain why we needed to pay $20 cash deposit for the t.v. remotes (or he holds my dr. lic.). Room had no shower amenities There was one individual shampoo bottle for 2 guests..
- isabelle (10/5): - The room was clean, large with a small fridge microwave. We were very happy with front desk. Our tv didn’t work so the young lady quickly moved us to another room. Great service!
- carlos (10/5): - Good parking
- Brandon (8/5): - Very quiet , Enjoyed my stay
- Carlos (8/5): - The tv quality
- Paul (2/5): Don't stay here - No light bulb in the lamp. No hangers in the closet. The bath towels were thin as dish towels. Yuen pool was locked and couldn't be used
- JESUS (2/5): - Not satisfying at all
They chrge me an Extra 40 dollars
What a Repo
- Verified traveler (4/5): Overpriced poorly kept room with roaches - We needed a fridge for my daughters meds and the mini fridge didn’t get cool, we had to leave the property to get ice, there was an outlet that looked like it was a fire hazard, we saw 2 cockroaches in our room, and it just seemed run down. No phone in the room, needed two controllers to control the tv and graffiti on the bathroom wall.
- Adam (4/5): - Disappointing stay.
- Christopher M (10/5): I will definitely come here again. - Its was very professional and it was a comfortable stay.
- FELIX (6/5): - We have stayed here often and have never had a problem before. The only complaint this stay was the lack of hot water. We had 2 rooms, and weren't showering at popular times, and the water was mildy warm at best. Other than that, staff is friendly, hotel is quiet and clean, beds are comfy.
- Linda (10/5): - Better than expected. Stayed here like 2 years ago wasn’t all that great. But decided to stay again cause of location. It improved so much. They upgraded the rooms. Everything was in working order it felt clean. This is conveniently located across from a 80s nightclub, will stay here again.
- Edith (10/5): - Me gusto esa propiedad porque es bien tranquilo
- Ching (6/5): - No complaints about the outside but in the room was very old looking, bathroom door was broke, Air conditioner is leaking, it was kind of expected, you get what you pay for.
- Ralph (10/5): - The in room spa was a real spa not a jetted tub that was nice and a reasonable price
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good place to stay - Helpful and pleasant staff, clean room, close to basic stuff like food, coffee, etc. A good place to stay.
- Ralph (6/5): - I woke up in the morning and looked on the ground and there was all kinds of bugs
- Lonnie (8/5): - The room was pleasant. It had the necessities and everything worked properly. It was clean and orderly.
- Jasmine (8/5): - Solid plug-in (Mini) refrigerator convenient
- Yajna (6/5): - Pretty much worth the price. You could hear conversations perfectly whenever someone was walking by the door/window. Door was locked with a key and not a keycard so we put a chair
- Kathryn (2/5): HORRIBLE - Was absolutely terrible .
Worst 140 dollars I have ever spent on a hotel.
Cockroaches, dirty towels, burn marks everywhere , dust and dirt behind bed with hair ties , had to clean the table myself , looked like dried blood, not too add smoke alarm was removed from the ceiling defiantly a hazard in my opinion .That should be a MUST for any hotel /motel/ inn.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Helpful staff, friendly, great stay.
- Candy (4/5): Save your money - This was booked as a last minute trip; price was decent but now I know why. Room was dated and missing items such as wall plug plate. Door frame looked as though it had been previously kicked in or broken. It was dirty in various places within the room and to top it all off my husband was bit by something at least six times.
- cheri (8/5): - We liked our room, we're not that picky. Just bring your own soap because the complimentary one is terrible.
- Verified traveler (2/5): August 2021 - My room was infested with bed bugs!!! You could see dried up black-reddish blood stains on the mattress. I told the front desk about my situation and they just called room service which solved nothing at all... during my whole stay I was constantly getting bit. Nobody should ever have to deal with this, not only is this a health issue but who knows who else has been bitten before us?! Absolutely disgusting! Been here few times before and never had this issue, but never coming back for sure.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Property is not high end but was clean and everything worked well.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - There were stains on the beds and walls. The outlet was hanging out of the socket dangling by bare wires. The AC only cooled a five foot area closest to it and outside of that cool area it was 20 degrees hotter. The walkway to my second story room felt like it would collapse at any moment as the cement moved up and down like a soft wet floorboard. The area was full of druggies snd homeless. Not a pleasant place.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We asked for a ground floor unit and they obliged
- Steve (6/5): Crap - It was a nasty place to stay at old
- David (8/5): - Everything was good just the a/c device doesnt work correctly, the hot weather and the a/c was not to cold
- Ronald (6/5): Sad May 29 - 30th, 2 0 2 1 - We were SO disappointed in the Fullerton. The sheets were stained, there was Graffiti inside the cabinet doors under the sink and graffiti on the headboard as well as over the room door - Inside the room ! The maid was kind and efficiently removed the sheets replacing them with clean ones, but the T V (which was going to be our evening's entertainment only showed static.) Will not recommend this motel to our Fam.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I paid $148.50 for this room with a large jacuzzi tub in the room, there was no stopper for the tub had to stuff a wash cloth in the hole. The water didn’t stay hot to even fill it, I got that room because of an injury it was very disappointing, very old snd run down property. Took 3 hours to get the T.V.to work.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - There was roaches in tje jetted tub and walking around the room. When i went to go let the receptionist know they said they couldnt give me a discount due to it was check out time when that incident happened that morning.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The place is dirty , bathroom door nob was missing and the hot tub only had one jet that worked . Water was leaking from the hottub on to the floor from who knows where. Just a terrible place all around
- Rose (6/5): - Only stayed one night when they gave me the room key it was a real key. Room needs furniture up grade as well as bathroom and sink shows a lot of wear. One good thing was the room heater/AC was very quiet.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Closet area had no bar to hang clothes.
Toilet paper holder also had no bar.
- Willie (2/5): - There was no hot water my whole stay
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Dirty room. The mattress was uncomfortable and had a plastic cover that was noisy whenever was use.
- Rafael (4/5): - No coment t my kids got bit by bedbugs
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was great service was great!
Ladie was really helpful in the front desk
- Fernando (4/5): - Overall the hotel was dirty, we had to move 3 different times. 1st room smell, 2nd room AC wasn't work and in the 3rd room i saw a roach at night it was disgusting. I would never go back to Fullerton Inn
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable would stay here again!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Gross - Very old and gross. Nothing worked! The ice machine was broken, the remote was held together by tape and didn’t work and the automatic lights kept coming on in the middle of the night!
- Marisela (8/5): - it was ok
