• Jennifer (6/5): Not satisfied - During the 15 night stay, there was absolutely no house keeping. No clean towels, no rubbish bin liner replacements, washing up liquid was ridiculously watered down so bought our own as well as toilet paper as the 1 ply supplied was not acceptable. The bed was so old it was very uncomfortable. Overall, would be ok for a night or 2 but not for a long term stay.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Horrible condition, mould throughout bathroom, doors falling apart, unable to lock the flyscreen. People banging and carrying all night around the area. Ended up booking elsewhere for the remainder of our trip.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Heating didn't work, hot water didn't work, couldn't contact reception to advise. When finally did contact someone and changed rooms the igniter on the oven didn't work.

• Darren (4/5): Wouldn't recommend - Firstly, it served where u wanted to stay, close to a doctors surgery, as i work remotely I had to get a medical clearance for work. It was clean. Toilet seat lid was cracked. The water pressure started well, then dropped off. If someone was using the bathroom sink, there was no water at the shower. Early morning there was loud shouting and banging against doors and windows, very unsettling. I wouldn't recommend staying here, but as mentioned, it served its purpose, close to a doctors surgery.

• Margaret (2/5): - Wearing: Read the booking in fine print. Have to give 72 hours notice to book in after 2pm. They have to give an access code. I contacted the office at 3pm on the day of arrival. No answer and no reply to my message. I had to book in and pay again at another motel. Terrible service.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Can be really noisy - Oh my god a couple decided to argue loudly several times during my stay. It was frightening and needs to be monitored more. Others had no consideration of others and spoke loudly on their phones on the landings. No consideration of others. Some people don't seem to understand that they are not at home. This included families with young children.

Half our verticals were missing so has no privacy,very little water pressure, extremely noisy, and had little sleep on our stay and to top it of when we were doing a final check of our room before leaving we found a used needle on top of the kitchen cupboard!!!!! We had kids with us.and had we spotted it earlier wouldnt have continued to stay.there was rubbish outside everywhere.. we complained to front staff but have had no apologies from the manager for the lack of cleaning and dirty needle being left behind!!!!!! NOT HAPPY....

• Verified traveler (2/5): - We ended up finding alternate accommodation after arriving to check in we found the building to be run down, felt very unsafe and multiple undesirable people hanging around. Many reports of cockroach infestation and other concerning things were the last straw so we left. Reception closed at 1pm on a saturday so could not talk to staff regarding our concerns. We will not book this accommodation again. Would not recommend at all!

• Verified traveler (6/5): - I have stayed at the Burswood lodge a number of times and have been happy but this time I was not. One leg of lounge chair was broken, toilet system was leaking ,tap at sink was also leaking. When wife stepped in for shower she slipped and the rod keeping the curtain up to stop the water coming out of the shower came down it was only stuck up. As we had to leave to catch a plane early I never had a chance to talk to anyone as I have only just got back

• Verified traveler (8/5): - What you must be aware of is the owner is only there from 9am to 1pm so if you can nor get there all is easy. Getting your key outside of these hours is very difficult. We ended up going back to airport and staying there as we can not get in and could not contact any one. The apartment is good size, has everything needed and just across the road is a small shopping centre. Around the island and in the opposite direction to the shopping centre is a path to walk beside the river.

• Anna (2/5): Horrible - It was shockingly smelly and dirty and badly maintained. I could not stay there , so I did not take the room at all . I had to stay at Aloft Hotel across the road of the motel, which cost me $600 for the 3 nights. I would appreciate if you would refund my money .

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Got the keys from the safe at around 9:30 pm. Next morning when I check out, the front glass doors got broken in and the manager is on the phone with the cops. Looks like it’s not a safe neighborhood. But so far our car parked in the back has never been broken in.

It has good parking, easy access and absolutely the cheapest rates. l will refer it to my friends.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Cockroaches in room, cheap nasty coffee supplied, outside 'balcony' was grotty, shade cloth ripped and dirty, painted over 'jimmy' marks at the front door, shower arm wouldn't stay up, difficult to park my vehicle in the allocated spot, fence alongside it was all damaged (obviously I'm not on my own in the parking difficulty) I think our apartment was yet to be renovated, very poor condition.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Do not waste your money! - This is an apartment. It is in a block that has families. It's noisy. People were yelling. Someone was outside being sick. Another person was throwing stuff. It was smelly. The apartment had mould. The beds were uncomfortable. The roll out bed wasn't even able to be lain on by a small child. There is no staff to be seen so we were unable to access any help. We ended up leaving at 6pm on the second night and stayed elsewhere.

• Ric (6/5): Burswood Room20 - Its clean. But the aircon we have in Room 20 was noisy. The noise is becoming worst during sleeping time when everything should be quiet. Also, The exhaust fan in the shower area keeps banging at night especially it was windy (loose parts outside the building maybe). Its disturbing during sleeping time...weve been in Burswood few times but this Rm20 aircon and exhaust fan is annoying.

Could not hear traffic from highway & the beautiful swan river was 2 minute walk. Taxi drivers from Casino not impressed with $11 job after 2 hrs wait so choose Uber. Pizza across the road was amazing. Will be staying again. Thank you.

No extra pillows or blanket. Bathroom that looked liked a laundry room. Water pressure in shower zero. Only redeeming factor was location.
• Gerry (6/5): Hotel near the airport - Clean bedrooms, beds were already done at our arrival (we are 6 and always asks for extra beds). Communication with the staff was efficient, we needed the keys at 1:00 am and it was in a safe. We were a bit too cold in the bedroom.
• Verified traveler (2/5): This is the Bronx - This stay was so horrible and noisy. The neighbours partied all night on the second night, which resulted in zero sleep. They slammed doors, shouted abuse, and played loud music. I will never re-book with this hotel ever again.

• kim (8/5): - Great value for your money. Self contained kitchen. Very roomy. Walking distance to the Casino All admenities across the road. If you are a couple or a group of friends headed to the casino or optus stadium . Lovely parks and the river nearby. I wouldn't recommend for elderly and only suitable as a 1-2 night for families with children unless you plan to do lots of outings. The building is old but rooms have been renovated not fancy but clean simple and comfortable. Parking and you can access your room without having to go in and out of reception. Staff are very accommodating. Early checkins late check outs no prob
• Ray (6/5): Nice but noisy - Overall the stay was good except a group of S....heads decided to spo8l it with loud unneccesary noise and carry on which went till midnight. Woke our young grandson up and caused a lack of sleep to the rest of us when we fronted up at the airport early next morning. Not impressed and will probably not stay there again. This was my sons second stay.
• Sachini (10/5): excellent ! - though it was short it was a wonderful stay at Burswood Motel.Ill definitely return. clean comfortable and friendly staff.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - I had a late check in after 5pm and the envelop indicated one room number and the key inside was for another room. Occupants of other apartments were very noisy. Overall, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Although the room is considered very basic, it is still very good value at the price.
