Great location on the beach and nice swimming pool, but do not expect 4star feel - it's a bit grim and depressing. Same goes for the restaurants etc. Felt like being back in Saudi, and not the good bit. . Overall, if it was 50dollars I wouldnt moan, but at close to 150 it's a shock.

The service provided by staff has been exceptional—everyone is polite,management is good & professional, and attentive to guests' needs. Additionally, the food has been delicious, with a great selection that enhances the overall experience.spacial thanks for MR.Fazal Rehman such kind person and cooperate to me during my stayI would especially like to highlight the sea view area, which is truly breathtaking. The serene atmosphere and well-kept surroundings make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

- Moeez (2/5): Very bad service provided. Not recommened - Everything mentioned in booking was not available. We ordered lunch and dinner from the resort and it was very bad and old food. Just warmed up. Moreover, breakfast buffet was pathetic. Toast and eggs were too hard and old. Moreover, fruits were rotten and stinky. They used canned fruits not even fresh. Pool water temperature was not controlled. Honestly, not worth to go there with family. I strictly not recommend this resort. Should be 1 star.

Price is reasonable. Lots of activities . Hotel staff hospitality is too good. Mr. Hassan took good care and makes sure all is perfect.

- Kim (6/5): Dette hotel kan ikke anbefales - Hotellet skriver at der serveres alkohol (cocktails), hvilket IKKE er tilfældet. Den viste pool bar er lukket ned og hotellet er helt tørlagt.. Endvidere er hotellet angivet som 4 stjerner, hvilket det IKKE lever op til. Værelser er stærkt nedslidte og flere møbler direkte defekte (skuffer faldet ned m.m.) Vi fik hver eneste dag først gjort rent når vi ringede sidst på eftermiddagen og beklagede os. Hotellet benyttes meget af lokale UAE borgere til fester på stranden til lagt ud på natten, hvilket gjorde at vi 4 nætter ikke fik en ordentlig søvn, da festener først blev stoppet ved 3 tiden. Den store pool er virkelig flot og personalet er meget venlige men de kompenserer desværre ikke for de mange mangler..

- Saman (8/5): .. - Overall, it’s a great place to stay, they just need to work better on the bathrooms though. There are no towels provided in the pool areas, you have to use the ones in your room. This resort is surely the only good place in the city. They have amazing coffee shops and sea view. Overall, it was a good experience.

- Yasir (4/5): Disappointed - We went to spend a weekend as family of four. The resort consist of number of rooms arranged around a swimming pool. There is no place for a walk or beach. Beach use is kinda exclusive for beach facing villas. After an evening in the pool we got bored and came back home the same day.
- Sharon (10/5): the Sea View Room is the best - There is a lot of improvement compared to the last time we stayed here..very impressed..the Sea view room is the best..very peaceful as compared to the pool view. i recommend the sea view rooms. The Wifi was not connecting though. Everything else was good as per value.
- FREDERIK (4/5): To be passed.... - We booked this hotel mainly for the sea view and the pictures on the booking site looked promising. Unfortunately, upon entering our chalet we could not pass by the fact that it is completely worn out. A few things worth mentioning: 1) All furniture was at least broken once and was repaired with screws or nails. 2) All floor-tiles were damaged. All of them. 3) The window was dirty beyond anything and did not open/close properly. 4) The bathroom was full of mould and had a cracked sink. Water pressure in the shower was ok, but from the faucet almost no pressure. 5) The garden is terrible. The BBQ is broken, grass is not maintained. Signs and boards are at least 20 years old and not maintained. 6) Lights in the house were either blinking or not working at all. 7) It was not mentioned that the garden is in fact a walkway for everybody else and that we had neighbours living above our house. Overall, the breakfast was ok and the staff was relatively friendly, except the check-in where they clearly saw we were a family with 2 children but not cots or other beds were provided so we had to improvise a bit. This seems to be the favorite hangout place for young groups of locals. Going to the pool as a western lady was frowned upon. But that's not the fault of the hotel. Overall advice: stay away from this poorly managed hotel.
- Vishal (2/5): Unusable beach & Unsafe watersports - The hotel has very small beach area full of algae and small fishes, other water animals and stones. No one was swimming in the beach. Basic things like steam, sauna was on paid basis. The hotel had only Arab guests and very few fillipinos and no other nationalities on a weekend. The water sports centre do not follow any safety precautions. In single kayak, they allowed 2 people. In banana boat, the staff named Khurshid used jet ski to pull the banana and drove so fast that my son fell down in water. Despite shouting to slow down, he did not stop and my son fell down twice. 2nd day, I tried banana boat thinking that my son could not hold it properly. But to my surprise, he drove me also very fast and despite shouting to stop, he intentionally did not and made me fall down in mid sea. I lost my goggles due to same. After falling while going back, he again drove fast and did not hear my shouts. The management must take action and remove unsafe water sports staff like Khurshid who is a threat to people's lives. On the other hand, rooms were good and food was also fine. The hotel also has a nice bowling center on paid basis where we also enjoyed table tennis, billiards and some other games. The 2 swimming pools are also good. The pool did not have any umbrellas to sit beneath. Overall experience not good due to water sports safety issues & staff behaviour.

- Ehab (2/5): - Unpleasant stay due to disturbing and annoying guests. Allow of self parquet, self stereos, un-monitored swimming pool temperature, guests quality, rooms quality and maintenance very bad and old fashion. Doesn't worth staying there even if it is free.

- Sharon (8/5): A perfect getaway with friends - the pool view room was little bit outdated and worn out but the bed was the best. The bathroom was dark and not maintained. our friends booked a villa that was excellent, clean and very modern it was well maintained compared to the pool view rooms.
- Verified traveler (4/5): A night in Umm Al Quwain - The only thing good about this hotel was the view from the room, other than that horrible service, had to wait for a long time to checkin, they even wanted us to wait for the checkout, had to push on a fast checkout to be able to catch an appointment. On the other hand, they didn't want to let us take our room service orders without going first to the reception to prepay for the room, not only that but they also forgot a few things during each room service we placed, the shisha man didn't bother to check on our shisha not even once when his only job is looking after the shisha you having, wouldn't visit this hotel again, too expensive and if it wasn't for the view I would have demanded a refund and left the hotel the first day we visited.

- Hafiz (8/5): Good for Family Vacations - It was a good stay in the hotel as the facilities are very good. Pools were clean specially the kids pool was very good as children enjoyed a lot. rooms were clean too. Staff was cooperative as well. overall our stay was very good and worth paying money.

- McEmil (6/5): Good Weekend - Everything is clean but style and some corners need refurbishment. Room was still as comfortable as my previous visit and yet doors were old as well as the closet and the floor. I enjoyed the pool more than before since they extended the timing until 2am. The Shisha and bowling were open until 4am. I recommend the beach for sunbathing only. Even though the location is far with some road construction in the entrance of UAQ, the rate is more expensive compare to other hotels of northern emirates. And I felt awkward when I preferred to choose to request for a disposable cup and spoon instead of real ones since it's now chargeable. Since most of the people on my stay had fun longer at night, my morning was so peaceful, like owning a resort for a while under the sun.
