• Davide (6/5): Nice stay, cool room, beautiful view, tasty breakfast. - The view in amazing, room is spacious, one big comfortable bed, cool external patio with 2 beach bed. Tasty breakfast, kind friendly staff and all kept clean. The listing need to be updated, it was specifying a bed and a sofa bed. However, the room didn’t have the sofa bed but provided a hard foldable mattress that could be placed on the ground or on the beach bed.

• ILICHNA (10/5): Secluded beautiful beach property - I loved the secluded and quiet beach here, the insanely beautiful view and the lovely kind family running the resort. It’s a little up in the winding mountain roads so must be a confident driver on the motorbike if you’re to stay but once you get used to it it’s easy to get back and forth. I loved it and wish I prolonged my stay! The wifi was quite poor but luckily I didn’t need it so much during my stay here. Otherwise it was all great!

• Megan (6/5): It was okay. - Beautiful beach with a nice beach bar! Bed was comfortable. We rented a moped which made it very convenient to get around but if you don’t ride a bike it will be quite difficult to get to and from as not many taxis will drive here due to steep hills. There were a lot of bugs and geckos in the room, although the hotel is in a jungle setting so this may be difficult to avoid. Water pressure was quite weak and we struggled to get consistent hot water. We also noticed some cats on the property that appeared unwell.

The shower water pressure is very low take a long time in bathroom. The road to the resort is quite steep but not quite difficult ride carefully.

• Marcin german (4/5): Preis-Leistung stimmt leider nicht - Der Blick vom Bad auf das Meer . Sry , der Eindruck mag vielleicht durch eine falsche Erwartungshaltung kommen, aber angesichts des Preises und der Bilder, ist man erstmal enttäuscht. Das Familien Zimmer 2 ist ein lieblos zusammengedingeltes Haus ,welches absolut in die Jahre gekommen ist und leider nicht daherkommt wie auf den Fotos. Die Matratzen wirken wie aus nem Straflager und die Fugen zwischen den Bodenbrettern, öffnen gefühlt Koh to's Dschungel Tür und Tor. Alles in allem kann ich sagen auch wenn das Vorwort extrem wirkt, für Koh tao's Verhältnisse wäre der halbe Preis für dieses Haus wahrscheinlich in Ordnung gewesen, aber so waren wir eher unzufrieden.

Purtroppo il servizio non è stato all’altezza. Durante il soggiorno di 2 notti la stanza non è stata pulita e il letto non è stato rifatto. Inoltre, al mio arrivo avevo lasciato dei panni da lavare, ma non sono stati lavati. Quando ho chiesto informazioni, mi è stato detto che se ne erano dimenticati.

Isolé, bien qu'heureusement un chemin côtier rejoins une plage moins déprimante. Préférer l'hôtel View Point juste à côté, très classe et moins cher !

• Jessy (2/5): highly overpriced for what you get - nice views, quiet beach We stayed two nights in the deluxe double room with sea view. It was our most expensive accomodation we stayed on our 4 weeks trip and the worst.. When we moved in we were a lil bit shocked, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was very dirty, the window in the bathroom, the sink and the shower didn’t get cleaned. Everywhere water and soapstains from costumers before us. The balcony was very dirty, there were food pieces on the ground and the ants would swoop that. The pillows from the outside chairs were drained of water and full of stains. The staff said it was raining that’s why the pillows are wet. We stayed on the island for already one week and it hasn’t rained at all at this time, although the day was sunny and hot, so I guess the staff just didn’t check/ make up the room on this day because we checked in in the afternoon. So we had to get a Broome first to clean the whole room and balcony. We also tried to clean the sink and the shower, which was easy to get rid of the stains. Shortly after that the electricity went out for about 1.5hrs. We went out the next early morning and came back in the late arvo, we were looking forward to cool down a little bit from the heat and chill in the room, enjoying the AC and the views but the electricity went off again. This time for around 3hrs. No AC, no light, no wifi. Haven’t had reception with my SIM card either on the balcony. So we had to get a shady place somewhere around the hotel. The next morning we wanted to have a little bit of a sleep in but it was impossible. The electricity/AC turned off again, (luckily) at 6am. So we weren’t able to have a sleep in because it was too hot, neither we had the chance to make a coffee. Additional to that, the lock from our room door got changed. We didn’t get any new fresh drinking water or coffee, neither the rubbish got taking away.

The rooms are quite small, but the breathtaking scenery and the beautiful beach just a few steps away more than make up for it. I would definitely love to come back! P.S. The staff — and the local cats — are incredibly sweet and friendly. 🐾🌴 There could be more storage in the room.

• Anabela (8/5): O Paraíso a ser melhorado! - A localização é excelente! A vista do quarto é paradisíaca. Um excelente pôr do sol! A praia é maravilhosa, como se fosse mesmo exclusiva do hotel, um spot de capa de revista! A água é tão translúcida que os peixes viam se logo ali. Faz se muito snorkling sem precisar de nadar muito longe. Top 5 estrelas!. A uma curta caminhada tem a praia de Freedom Beach, através do hotel View Point. O táxi é caro. Deveriam ter um protocolo com o hotel para ser mais barato. O hotel fornece máscaras de snorkling e pode se usar o Kayake. O colchão estava deformado, não havia uma placa indicadora da receção. O corrimão da varanda estava a abanar. A escada de acesso á praia é feita por 2 sacos de areia. O pequeno almoça é pobre, e a cozinha também não é nada de especial, fecha muito cedo por volta das 20h, tendo em conta que ali á volta não há mais opções de restaurantes. A zona exterior de acesso à praia precisa de ser limpa e melhorada. O pessoal do hotel pouco ou nada sabia falar inglês. Apenas um moço muito simpático que nem sempre lá estava. Falta uma música ambiente, uns cokteis e um espaço mais acolhedor. Atenção que escrevi esta crítica para melhorar o hotel, contudo se voltar a Koh Tao muito provavelmente ficarei neste hotel de novo, porque valeu bem a pena embora tudo isto.

• Sonja (9/5): Wunderschön direkt am Meer gelegen - Das Resort liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen kleinen Strand mit Korallenriff, an dem nachmittags Schildkröten zu beobachten sind. Näher am Strand kann man kaum sein! Das Doppelzimmer befindet sich weit vorne und hat einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer, das war wirklich einzigartig! Das Zimmer ist schön gestaltet mit einem freistehenden Bett und gemütlichem Sessel auf dem Balkon. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Zum Frühstück kann man aus vier verschiedenen Menüs wählen. Im Bad war ein unangenehmer Geruch und die Handtücher rochen stark nach Rauch. Der Zimmersafe war nicht verschraubt. Fürs Abendessen gibt es nur die Möglichkeiten im teuren aber nicht guten Restaurant des oberhalb gelegenen anderen Resorts oder am Strandimbiss zum Take-away zu essen. Leider ist kein Shuttle vom/zum Pier inklusive. Die Umgebung um das Resort wirkt etwas ungepflegt.

• Ryan (1/5): Everything you can name is poor. - Do not stay here 5 minutes into our stay, the bedframe and one of the surrounding walls became infested with Ants (hundreds). We complained and got moved to another room after telling them that ant spray wasn’t good enough. The new room had the exact same problem and no working TV, I took a trip to the shop bought all insect repellent and used it in the room. It didn’t work, a sleepless night and then at 6:30am-8:30am the cleaners are banging throughout the resort and our room was a seafront villa out the way. I went to reception, explained my issue and said I wanted to leave my 4 night stay after 1 night. I was given the phone by an employee and the manager said to me I would receive a refund/compensation for me leaving 3 days early. (They didn’t refund me anything) A cat also ran into the room and the employees did nothing and stayed sat in reception Insects everywhere No working TV Mouldy toilet roll (how?!) No management No staff are bothered Poor room conditions Frequent power cuts Poor WiFi

• Stephanie (9/5): Wij hebben een mega fijn verblijf gehad. - Wij hadden de kamer beneden aan zee. Wat een heerlijke kamer, de foto's liegen niet. De airco deed het goed, douchen met zeezicht, geen buren en je loopt zo ( over wat rotsen ) de zee in op het prive strandje. Je kunt er kano's pakken, snorkel sets lenen en veel schildpadden en vissen voor de deur te vinden. Ook lekker eten. Bed is lekker stevig, maar houden wij van. Is tevens overal in Thailand. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De snorkel trip is ook echt aan te raden! De weg er naar toe is heuvelachtig, maar met de scooter ben je met 7 minuten in het stadje. Niets

• Carlos (8/5): - Hotel a pie de una pequeña playa hermosa en la que puedes ver bastantes peces de la zona haciendo snorkel. Tenían bungalows más antiguos y otros de obra nueva. Nosotros nos alojamos en uno de los 'rusticos' pero nos encantó. El tema del lavado de la ropa fue un poco lento.

• Corina (10/5): Best sea views from the hotel room - We were a bit unsure after reading the reviews, but we have absolutely no regrets as our stay was amazing. The sea view from the room is breathtaking and from the balcony we have seen amazing sunsets every evening. There is also a private beach with sand and from where you can go swimming and snorkeling and see colorful fish only seconds from the shore. We rented a scooter so it was very easy for me and my partner to get to any other areas of the islands in only 10 mins. If you don’t have a scooter then it might be a bit more difficult. You can walk to a main beach from the hotel as well which is about 15 mins but be prepared for a bit of downhill and uphill walking. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on that main beach to the right of the hotel. The breakfast can be improved, maybe add more items to the main plate.

A mi personalmente no me gustan los gatos y estaba plagado, no hay servicio de habitaciones aunque al reservarlo si que lo ponga, está muy muy lejos del centro de Ko Taoh, si te quieres mover y no tienes moto tienes un problema y te vas a dejar todo el dinero en taxis.

If I had to think of something, I would recommend sea shoes for the beach as the stones can be quite sharp which cannot be helped. Not a complaint but something I wish I thought of in advance.

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und man konnte nur zwischen 4 Optionen wählen. Für das Restaurant hat das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst. Die Bucht ist schwer zu erreichen und wenn man aufs Taxi angewiesen ist,wird es teuer.

Weg van de drukte. Als je iets wilt ondernemen moet je wel vervoer hebben of een scooter huren.

• Bruce (9/5): - Very secluded, wonderful little hideaway on the sea. Bungalows just above the water, friendly staff, food available in the restaurant. The snorkeling is amazing! Lots of coral, sea turtles and fish. You need a bike. Not a negative as such, but hire one.

• Hauck (5/5): - Ein schöner Strand daneben. Enttäuschender Aufenthalt Die Unterkunft hat uns leider in vielen Punkten enttäuscht. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur unzureichend, was besonders bei den hohen Temperaturen unangenehm war. Zimmer wurden nicht automatisch gereinigt – erst nach ausdrücklicher Aufforderung kam der Zimmerservice am nächsten Tag. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotelpersonal war sehr schwierig, da kaum Englisch gesprochen wurde. Oft wurde einfach „ja“ gesagt, selbst wenn die Frage offenbar nicht verstanden wurde, was zu viel Verwirrung führte. Die Zimmerausstattung war extrem minimalistisch – im Grunde stand nur ein Bett im Raum, kein Nachttisch, kein Stuhl. Das Badezimmer war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und nicht besonders gepflegt. Zudem hatten wir viele Insekten im Zimmer. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend: wenig Auswahl und geschmacklich nicht überzeugend. Am Strand gab es nicht einmal Liegen, was wir bei einem Strandhotel eigentlich erwartet hätten

Kayak masque et tuba pour explorer une vie marine splendide🐠🤿 Le personnel très attentionné en faisant de leur mieux pour parler anglais. Des petits chatons 🐈‍⬛ partout très câlins ,. Un super petit séjours de 3 nuits inoubliables’ merci 🙏 Ce n est pas le grand lux et pourtant tout y est!

• Alex (6/5): Bon hôtel mais le prix est très élevé pour le lieu - La vue sur la plage même si elle était assez sale, l’accueil, petit déjeuner anglais avec 2 saucisses et 2 œufs La douche n’avais pas de pression, les photos sur l’annonce ne sont pas les mêmes que réellement et nous avons payer 66€ la nuit je pense que pour ce prix nous aurions pus avoir bien mieux. Assez éloigner par de grande coté du centre ville

• Heidi (9/5): Rauhallinen paikka - Huoneesta upea näkymä merelle, auringonlaskuun! Ihana pieni ranta vieressä, jossa hyvä snorklata. Lähellä muutama ravintola, muutoin liikkuminen täytyy tehdä mopolla tai taxilla. Aamupala oli riittävä. Huoneessa olisi voinut olla koukkuja tai laskutilaa enemmän, pyyhkeitä/vaatteita hankala saada kuivumaan. Siivous tehtiin pyynnöstä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta!

• omer (7/5): It’s ok for people who want a place to sleep near the beach - Close to the beach, they a reasturant in there nice ciew We stayed at the bungalow and it was a little unclean, hot water didn’t work well.
• Lilly (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Der Strand war schön zum schnorcheln bis um 11 Uhr die Touriboote kommen und es keinen Platz mehr gibt der ruhig ist. Die Unterkunft war enorm runtergekommen (kein Vergleich zu den Bildern). Die Hütte in der wir schlafen sollten, war sehr dreckig, alt und wenn man geduscht hat mit stinkendem Wasser, ging das Licht aus. Alleine die Wege zu den Hütten, zum Strand etc sind so runtergekommen, dass selbst das laufen schwierig war und die Frühstücksauswahl ist erbärmlich. Das WLAN hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Der Hotelmanager war immer bekifft und scheint kein Interesse daran zu haben irgendetwas zu ändern. Ist ja schön wenn er glücklich ist, aber für das Geld mussten wir nach einer Nacht umziehen, weil wir uns einfach nicht wohlgefühlt haben.
• Piilola (8/5): - Ihana paikka paratiisirannalla! Upeat näkymät joka puolella, ihanan kirkas vesi Ilmastointi ei oikein toiminut. Paikka on ihana mutta olisi jo aika kunnostaa huoneita.

No hay ruido porque está bastante apartado, pero ofrece tantas actividades el Resort que no es necesario salir desconectar ahi. El personal, sin duda, es lo mejor. Han sido súper atentos y amables con nosotras en todo momento
• Eugen (1/5): !!!!Vorsicht Abzocke!!!! - Anlage ist VÖLLIG überteuert!! Und man wohnt auf einer Baustelle. Das, was bereits fertig ist, hat die Qualität eines schlechten!!! Heimwerkers. Billigausstattung, wo man hinschaut. Das Resort hat auch keinen Privatstrand, nur den öffentlichen Strand daneben. Da kann man in den Sand liegen, weil Liegen für die Gäste werden auch nicht bereitgestellt. Ruhe hat man da allerdings nur bis 11 Uhr, dann kommen die Tagesausflugsboote mit den vielen Schnorchlern. Das alles für völlug absurde 90 EUR/Nacht. Die Restaurantpreise sind auch völlig überteuert. Das Einzige, was positiv war war die Flatrate beim Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Anlage ist VÖLLIG überteuert!! Und man wohnt auf einer Baustelle. Das, was bereits fertig ist, hat die Qualität eines schlechten!!! Heimwerkers. Billigausstattung, wo man hinschaut. • anne (9/5): Je le conseille pour un moment de tranquillité, spot de snorkelling avec des fonds merveilleux, en famille ou mieux en a - La gentillesse, la disponibilité, le sourire de l’ensemble du personnel La plage magnifique La propreté du bungalow, l’équipement de celui ci Pas grand chose … à part peut être qu’on a l’impression qu’il n’est pas terminé Obligation d’avoir un scooter …sinon taxi

Alles ist hier im Bau nichts fertig, Garten voll von Baumaterial, Flex und Sägelärm den ganzen Tag, das Strandtestaurant wird erst gebaut, überall Müll, Lackgeruch zum Frühstück, wenn man von Frühstück sprechen kann, zwei Toast ein Ei und 2 Scheiben Wurst ist erbärmlich. Wie kann man so überhaupt bei booking.com anbieten, hier erwarte ich mir von Euch Qualitätssicherung @
