• Hannah (10/5): Sensational - The property is perfectly located, only a 20 minute drive from the airport and nestled in central Seminyak. The staff were lovely on arrival, and helped me throughout my stay. The rooms and facilities are fantastic, a bath tub that is a good size. I felt especially luxurious wearing around my robe. The pool looks great but I didn’t get a chance to swim. I’d highly recommend to anyone coming to Seminyak!

• Michael (10/5): Definitely would stay again!! - Very clean and well maintained, the a/c is amazing and the beds are super comfy!! The location is good, close enough to everything but not too close so you hear all the noise from the street. The staff are lovely and the free breakfast every morning is a great touch. 10/10 recommend. No complaints at all!!

• Tyler (9/5): Superb value for money - Second time staying here and it was even better than the first as the hot water was working for the bathtub. We had to extend our stay and the staff were super accommodating. They were also very helpful when our bike was blocked in and they cleared the way so we could leave carefully. The breakfast is tasty. The rooms are comfortable and for what you pay, you can’t grumble. It’s my second time here and honestly, I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else in seminyak.

• Tomomi (8/5): - I was worried after reading the reviews before going, but the hotel turned out to be very good. While it doesn’t offer a resort-like or fancy atmosphere, it provides a quality experience for the price. The breakfast and amenities are minimal but sufficient. The staff are very friendly, there are great restaurants nearby, it’s easy to call a Grab, and there’s even a motorbike rental shop close by. My friends and I were very satisfied with our stay!
• Mike (2/5): - This property seems to look like a perfect place to stay till you get there the place smells moldy the breakfast is probably better in a soup kitchen tv in the room with no channels and the look in the picture can be described as false advertisement it’s more like a mosquito breading ground.
• Colin (6/5): - There was constant grinding and banging all day for each of the 6 days I spent there. The nights were interrupted by feral cats fighting outside the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful but subdued when I asked about the noise. The hotel was being extended but no mention was made when I booked the stay, nor when I checked in.

• Scott (3/5): Staff were nice - Green algae in water. Picture attached. Also I was led to believe there was a restaurant for meals not just breakfast. it even says restaurant on the card attached. Only had hot water half of the time. When staff came to clear blocked shower head they didn’t clean up the water mess splashed all over the bathroom.

• Angie (8/5): - A nice hotel, a few restaurants nearby but more choices were about a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was ok, a few local options, bread with butter and jam, and drinks. Great, friendly staff. My room had some ants and the water wasn’t hot at all. Room had shower and huge tub and I liked the moveable wall so you can watch TV from the tub :)
• Edita (10/5): - I stayed here for 3 nights. I was at the airport and wanted something convenient. This was close to everything. The staff was super friendly and helped answer questions. My room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and i had a small balcony. The walls are very thin, i was able to hear the tv in the next room over and i had to call the receptionist at 2am. They came over immediately and knocked on the door and soon after the noise disappeared. The breakfast is very basic and the pool is small but nice. Overall, i had a great stay and would stay here again! The staff makes all the difference!

• Inta (2/5): Rubbish accommodation - Nothing Everything was awful. Ants, water leaking from air-conditioning and toilet, noise from neighbouring rooms, the pool is the size of a fish pond, TV's did not work....abysmal
• Inta (2/5): Awful terrible disgusting - Nothing The air-conditioning did not work, it leaked a LOT of water creating a tripping hazard, the toilet was leaking, there were ants everywhere, there was mould growing in the walls and the TVs did not work. Would not recommend this accommodation which is why we moved out and are requesting a refund.
• Paola (1/5): Bad - Nothing. The hotel is probably the worse in which I’ve ever been. Dirty, old, unpleasant and uncomfortable. Do not believe the pictures on booking, they do not compare the reality. Breakfast is included, but if you have the courage to eat something, good luck. All was terrible.

• Nicky (8/5): Great for beach and shopping, good value - M suites have good staff, good rooms, I recommend upgrading to deluxe. Free shuttle and bike rental a great idea. Close enough to walk to shops and beach. Breakfast was ok. However room service plates not cleared away the next day, and staff are a bit noisy at 7am outside, laughing and chatting, I like my lie ins.
• Anand (8/5): Short comfortable stay with friendly staff - The hotel staff arranged joining the beds to make it into one single queen bed as per my request.The staff is quite friendly and helpful, a true Balinese essence. If you are not looking for fancy amenities and deciding time exploring the island then this can be the place. the location is little out of the way though. but the local taxi is quickly arranged by the staff.
• Sharon (8/5): Local food and massage nearby - We stayed for a night only and are glad to get an upgrade from standard to deluxe room. Like the bathroom design which you can watch tv while in the bathtub. Location is good if you like local food. Walking out of the small road where the hotel is you can find good and cheap massage although there is no good environment like the spa in ubud. From the junction turn left and walk for a short distance you can find a market at the opposite. Nice and cheap food. There are a few local food warung along that road too. Our room has mosquitos (not many though) but electric repellent is provided. Towels are old and not bright white. Room is quite clean. Only downside is you need to pay deposit of 50k rupiah for room key and also for adapter. Might come back again.

Our room was step away from the swimming pool which we enjoyed each day of our stay. In summary we had a great time stay here.
