• Tara (6/5): Clean modern space but lack of staff assistance and facilities. - Clean modern space in central Bangkok, not far from train stations. Unfortunately staff do not speak much English and were difficult to communicate with. Also booked a room specifically with a washing machine and paid more for it and when we arrived they told us it was not available and placed us in another similar suite. They then told us they would take care of our washing and we discovered it sitting wet in the communal machine at 10pm after which we had to try and dry it ourselves with no drying rack available in the rooms. Kettle and TV were also not functional. All in all disappointed with the service.

• Adam (10/5): - I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Present Sathorn in Bangkok and it was a delightful experience! The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. The room was spacious and the bathroom was equally sizable. What stood out was the comfortable bedding and the efficient air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant room temperature throughout my stay. The ambiance of the hotel was fantastic, contributing to a relaxing experience. The amenities were quite satisfactory, with a lounge, working area, and Wi-Fi in the bedrooms. The balcony was a lovely spot to unwind in the evenings. The staff at The Present Sathorn were exceptional - always friendly and ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. Located conveniently near soy 4, the hotel is just a short motorbike ride or a pleasant walk from the main bars and local vendors. The nearby petrol station and 7-Elevens add to the convenience. Although I didn't experience the dining options at the hotel, the overall value for money was excellent, considering the location, amenities, and service quality. The room was well-furnished, though some minor maintenance could enhance the experience further. The hotel was peaceful in the evenings, despite its location on a busy road. I wholeheartedly recommend The Present Sathorn for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great location. I look forward to returning!

• Shaima (3/5): Toilet not flushing properly was a huge issue - Toilet cannot flush properly. Reception staff was rude. Most of the appliances in the room doesnt work properly.
• WesselM (10/5): Pleasant day stay - Took a day pass here for the pool/gym, only THB 500. Good pool with nice beds and friendly service from Sa-Tang and Som. Food also fine. Recommended for a day or afternoon of relaxation. Bear in mind there’s no sunshine everywhere.
• syafriemuhammad (8/5): Narrow but neat - These apartments tend to be narrow for three people, but are very clean and neat. The environment also looks very safe, even though there aren't many places to eat. Its position is very strategic so that going anywhere by taxi or grab is cheaper.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap basic so so hotel for singles - The hotel is new but so so. It's located in a quiet alley just a few steps off the main road of Naradhiwas. It's quite a walk from Chong Nonsi BTS station so took cabs most of the time. The studio room was large but very basic. I would stay here again only if I'm traveling alone coz it's cheap.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Boring location and outdated, but value for money - I arrived earlier at 11:45 hours, but check in time starts at 14:00 hours. After a long flight i wanted to shower and get some rest so i asked if i can check in earlier. The lady told me that each hour earlier check in is 200 bht extra, so 400 bht for me. I was too tired to argue, but thats not good service and on top of it, 400 bht is around 20% of what i paid for the room already which is relatively too much... so bad service. Location is not the most exciting part of Bangkok as its more business district. So traveling is required to see other parts. The hotel itself is kinda clean. Not the best shower (switches between hot and warm too much) and not enough light and looks outdated. However, you get value for money (if ignore the extra 400bht). But next time id rather pay a bit more.

• JIHYE (10/5): 괜찮았던호텔 - 새로지은것같이객실이나 가구등이 깨끗했구요. 직원분들도 상당히 친절했어요. 하지만 구석구석은 먼지가있거나해서 청소하시는분이 조금 털털하신거같앗구요. 인터폰과 초인종이없어서 뭔가요청할땐 1층까지 내려가야 하는점이불편했고. 가까운역은 촛농시역인데 좀걸어가야하구요 골목안에잇는데 깊지는않아서 한.. 20 ~30 발자국정도를 걸어가면 되지만 가로등을 나무가가리고있어서 밤엔 조금어두워요. 하지만 다시 예약할의사 100퍼센트 있구요. 다음에갈땐 인터폰좀잇었으면 좋겟어요 ^^
• zattie (10/5): Good Stay - Hotel was spacious, clean and cosy. Location wise, it is about 10 - 15 mins walk to Chong Nongsi BTS/BRT station. Walking can be quite a breeze during the period I was there, but during hot day, it can be very hot. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The guards are alert as well. If you want to watch TV shows, do take note that out of 18 channels, I only found 2 channels which are in english, so it can be quite boring if you are to watch any programs. Bathroom lighting is abit too dim. In the room itself, there is a kettle, and a induction stove. Plates, bowls and pans can be used. Light cooking is good. Wardrobe is totally empty. No hangers but there's a rack at the window where you can use to hang your clothes. Would suggest to put in slippers as the floor is cold when the aircon is on. You wouldn't want to walk around the room in your own shoes. However, overall, i am still happy with the place.

• poh sang (6/5): - The room is fantastic for the price. Only complain is the reception is closed in the evening and if u need things like hair dryer which is not supplied in the room, u have no one to turn to.
• Firdhauz (8/5): Cosy and nice hotel - Hotel was clean and cosy. Quiet neighborhood, nearby CBD offices and within walking distance to restaurants, however, recommended to take a bike / taxi / rent a car as the weather in Bangkok is brutally warm and humid.
• lilisiew (8/5): Nice cosy apartment - We extended 1 more night stay during our trip in Bangkok.. from 2 nights to 3 nights.. We found this boutique service apartment is very convenient with Walking distance to BRT.. and public transportation like Taxi meter, motorbike taxi are available at all times. . The reception lady, Ms Tuk is very attentive & helpful upon our request. . And daily on duty security guards were very alert.. We found peace of mind during our stay.. 1 gentle advice is please ask taxi driver from Airport to call to find out the exact location of the apartment without wasting time & money to do U turn back .. Room is clean & neat. Reasonable charges of daily rate B1,200/day and monthly rental of B15,000/month. Very efficient front office contacted me via email because I have left behind my house keys in the room..and will keep for us till our next visit in March. .

• SuvichakT (10/5): A gem in the city! - The rates are very competitively and I just love the location! 10 mins walk from the sky train at the very heart of Bangkok. The rooms are new, clean and very chic. They aren't the most spacious place but as I was there on my own and with the budget that I had, The Present was just what the doctor prescribed.
• KayTon83 (6/5): New Hotel But Lacking Facilities - This hotel is located opposite Anantara Sathorn Hotel which you can make as your landmark to this property as it is just a small building on a narrow alley which can easily be missed from the main Naradhiwas-Sathorn main road. I was pleased with the overall cleanliness and modern design of the hotel including the room however i was quite taken aback to know that they dont have daily cleaning service to make up your room and even the front desk may not be attended to some times due to their lack of staff. There's also no in-room telephone. Honestly i hope the management will try to offset the lack of standard services like the aforesaid as they do have a good potential with the modern room designs and ideal location and ensure basic services such as cleaning and telephone are provided. Regardless of all these, the lady manning the reception apologized many times for the lack of services and any shortcomings and i wish her best of luck. • Chong_Penang (8/5): Superb value for money for an accomodation near to Sathon CBD - Despite being a family-run apartment style accomodation, The Present provides customer services and amenities as good as star-rated city hotel. My check-in was done swiftly and the front desk staff (I suppose she is the daughter of the premise owner) was very helpful and accomodating. Even the room rate is low (less than 40 USD), the quality of the accomodation (facility and cleanliness) exceed expectation. The most notable advantage of this hotel is its location that is near to Sathon CBD (office and banking). This shall be the choice of business traveler on controlled budget. If I need to find a weakness (which is hard) of this hotel, its location in a quiet neighbourhood alley might be a concern to some especially travelers looking for an exciting night-out.
