- Charlotte (7/5): Sympa avec enfants - L’hôtel est sympa, beaucoup d’activités et animations pour les enfants Il faut tout compter en supplément ! Aucune boissons ni glace comprise dans le séjour (même en demi pension) les tarifs sont très excessifs, activité tatouage on nous demande 10€ pour un tout petit tatouage, spectacle avec des perroquets 20€ de photos remise dans une Enveloppe classique, pas d’encadrement rien, piscine extrêmement froide. Le buffet n’est pas terrible beaucoup de nourriture congelées, jus d’orange pas frais, tout est fait à base de préparation toute faite et de poudre..

- Volker Raatz (10/5): Hervorragendes Hotel für Familien mit Kindern mit Mini-Abzügen in Sachen Sauberkeit - -Tolle Anlage mit großartigen Pools zum Planschen für Klein und ganz Klein -großes, abwechslungsreiches, frisches Frühstücksbuffet -ungefähr 100 m von mehr entfernt -ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Strand -leicht beheizter indoor Pool -100% serviceorientiertes Personal -selbst, wenn man sich ein Getränk kauft, um es auf dem Balkon mitzunehmen, bekommt man ein Glas und keinen Plastikbecher - das habe ich woanders auch schon anders erlebt -Abendprogramm leider auch sehr noisy, wenn man nicht daran teilnehmen mag (20:30 Uhr täglich Kinderdisco + 21:30 Uhr Erwachsenenprogramm). Für lautstärkesensible Menschen/Kinder nicht optimal. (War für uns jetzt nicht so massiv schlimm, weil unser 11 Monate altes Baby da kein Problem mit hat, aber kann mir durchaus vorstellen dass es bei anderen das Gegenteil ist) -Zimmerreinigung nur Durchschnitt. Boden und Bett wird täglich gemacht, aber Ablagen nur mit Hinweis darauf. -Mülleimer auf den Fluren werden scheinbar überhaupt nicht beachtet. Zumindest standen dort Geschirr oder Abfälle mehrere Tage neben den Tonnen und wurden konsequent vom Personal stehen gelassen.

La plage a 10 min à pied avec ses restaurants / shop / souvenir et glacier. L’hôtesse d’accueil Nadia qui parle français. Le supermarket dans l’hôtel bien pratique. La piscine pas chauffée qui ferme de bonne heure(18h). Le buffet qui fini également de bonne heure(21h). Le buffet petit déjeuner et dîner pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. L’eau non comprise en demi pension n’est pas acceptable. L’insonorisation des chambres(l’impression d’être dans la chambre des voisins surtout avec des voisins non respectueux). L’hôtel est fière de nous annoncer qu’ils ont des espaces adulte only, pourquoi ne pas faire des étages adulte only pour les chambres? Le parking payant et sur réservation. Les animations ne sont que pour les enfants(même les showtime de 21h30.L’animation des enfants débutant a 20h30, on s’attend à un showtime pour adulte alors que non. Une table de ping pong non accessible après 16h… Une piscine intérieure beaucoup trop bruyante. Les ascenseurs ont toujours un problème. Le petit déjeuner qui commence trop tard(8h), nous retarde dans nos activités pour la journée.

- Karine (10/5): Une semaine ressourçante - On a adoré séjourner dans cet hôtel. Il est à deux pas de la promenade qui longe la mer, il est super propre, on s’y sent vraiment bien. Il y a des animations pour les enfants et le petit déjeuner est varié. On reviendra avec plaisir. Le spa est très moyen.

- Eugen (10/5): Minunat - Hotelul este foarte frumos, are tot ce trebuie pentru un sejur grozav, piscinele, dimensiunea camerei, micul dejun, linistea, toate au fost la superlativ. Chiar nimic, totul a fost grozav. Parcarea poate fi o provocare dar nu e vina hotelului. Sunt solutii, trebuie doar sa le cauti.

Pour le buffet, il y a un très grand choix de nourriture. La piscine extérieure est très belle Je recommande cet endroit sans aucun souci Il est vrai que les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées et la piscine intérieure est bruyante (mais les enfants étaient super contents d'aller s'y baigner).

Хотелось бы предложить предовлять воду в номер, хотяб в минимальном - Месторасположение отличное, пляж для купания минут 15 ходьбы, завтрак великолепный а ужин вообще привел в восторг! Полотенца меняли раз в 2-3 для, постельное раз в 3 дня. Наш вид с номера был шикарен и соответствует бронированию в описании. Воду дали только при заселении. В номере кофемашина, чайник, холодильник и телевизор. Не понравилось то, что вечерняя анимация/дискотека для детей я считаю что громкость превышала норму, было даже для взрослых громко.

- Bisoen (8/5): - Goed eten en leuk hotel Seizoen was nog niet begonnen dus was nog veel dicht. Voor de meeste activiteiten moest je toch een uur rijden
- Nathalie (8/5): Super! - Top qua ligging, super kindvriendelijk & goed ontbijt buffet. Niet iedere dag waren ze in de kamer geweest voor op zijn minst de prullenbak (met luiers minder prettig). Verder geen op- of aanmerkingen.

- Stephanie (9/5): Super séjour, bon rapport qualité/prix. J'aimerais beaucoup revenir. - Très bel hôtel, bien situé. Très belle piscine, superbe rooftop avec jacuzzi. Salle de sport bien équipée. La porte vitrée de la salle de bain.
- Tiffany (10/5): Excellent séjour en famille! - La chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, bonne literie et la douche italienne tellement agréable. L'hôtel est juste à côté de la plage avec une longue piste cyclable pour faire de la Rosalie en famille et beaucoup de choix de restaurants. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très varié. La piscine est immense! Excellent séjour en famille, merci!

- Menno (8/5): - Ruime kamers, schoon, goede faciliteiten (oa zwembaden, restaurant, betaalbare supermarkt). Geluid van langsrijdend verkeer was goed te horen. We zaten in een bijgebouw, dus moesten lopen. En locatie daarvan was niet zo fraai.

- Anke (8/5): Het zou een perfect verblijf geweest zijn indien de airco werkzaam was. - Kindvriendelijk en buggy toegankelijk. Wij boekten een kamer MET airco, blijkt dat het hotel pas vanaf mei airco voorziet. Dit staat nergens vermeld. Hierdoor moesten we met onze baby van 4 maand slapen in een kamer van 25 graden ondanks dat het raam van terras helemaal openstond (lawaai, muggen, onveilig gevoel)
