• Konstantina (6/5): - Seemed like a nice place in general. Ibrahim was the most kind and helpful person we met. We had booked a room for 3. When we arrived, the receptionist took us to a room with only 2 single beds, which I have to say that it looked nice and clean. When he realized that we were three and that he had given us that room by mistake, he took us to another room with 3 single beds. Unfortunately the triple room was a bit of a mess. It was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned since the last guests left, sheets and bathroom were dirty, there was an open toilet paper, no towels and some garbages. When I went to tell that to the receptionist and ask if it was possible to at least move to our initial 2-bed room, he told me that it couldn't happen because the next day some groups would arrive. He didn't help us at all. Fortunately Ibrahim was there and he at least gave me 3 clean sheets and one towel to pass the night.

Выбрала этот отель из-за террасы на крыше, где проходят завтраки, но доступа к этой террасе не было. Завтраки проводились в патио, где все безудержно курили. Это ужасно. Отель больше ориентирован на экскурсионные группы, которые остаются на ночёвку. Мы обговорили условия раннего заселения заранее, но по факту при заселении об этом никто не знал и нам выставили дополнительный счёт. Номер достался очень тёмный и холодный с одним окном на теневой стороне. Было холодно, кондиционер на тёплый режим не работал. В номере не было полотенец. В итоге нам предоставили только один комплект полотенец. Чтобы подключили вай-фай пришлось дважды спускаться и просить персонал. Завтраки не особо вкусные, но нормальные, в Египте встречали и похуже.

• Wenke (8/5): 性价比还行，露台风景好，住宿体验一般 - 在西岸，离码头不远，坐船过去就是卢克索神庙。门口的便利店物价感人，不会宰客。酒店基本与图片一致，有电梯这点很方便。露台风景不错，但住了两天热气球都取消了，没拍到。 房间里一点wifi 信号都没有！提前出门，早餐打包居然额外收费！房间里没有吹风，需要去前台借，还限时一小时使用。

• Zehao (9/5): - 服务非常非常的好，酒店工作人员很热情，能够治愈人一天的疲惫。住宿性价比极高，酒店还提供了很多配套和额外的服务，价格非常的合适和省心。这里是卢克索的西岸（相对东岸不太好打车），距离各个景区非常近，比较适合包车一天全部玩完。 唯一的缺点就是房间有点小，但考虑到是出来旅游，大部分时间在景点和餐厅，所以也可以接受。

There was no complimentary water, and even basic amenities like soap and shampoo which are usually expected in a hotel were not provided. The Wi-Fi connection was weak. The food at the hotel was not good, and in some cases, what we received was different from what we ordered. Some staff members asked for tips, which made us uncomfortable. Additionally, one of my friend’s luggage locks was damaged, and it appeared that someone had attempted to open it.

Special shout-out to Hussein and Ahmed, the staff who helped us throughout our entire stay, they were lovely. Also, the manager was very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is a short drive from hot air balloon area and short walking distance from Nile River. Food portions were great. My mom and I enjoyed our stay and we will be back for sure.

• Heven (9/5): - Magnifique hôtel, un rooftop avec une vue incroyable sur la vallée des rois, un petit déjeuner traditionnel copieux et délicieux. Le chef cuisinier est au top pour avoir testé le dîner également sur place. Le personnel est au petit soin et toujours souriant. Au niveau des chambres c'est simple mais siffisant et propre avec un un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. En plus, l'emplacement est idéal car à 2 minutes du ferry public ou des autres bateaux pour traverser vers l'East bank en quelques minutes ou rester sur la West bank avec plein de petits cafés sympas au bord du Nil. Je recommande sans hésiter.

• Megan (6/5): The basic, and sometimes uncomfortable facilities, were more than made up for by the absolutely delightful staff. - The location was good and the staff were exceptional. It was freezing cold and the hot water in the shower was either so hot you couldn’t get under it or cold.

Tous était parfait dommage que l on se soit fait arnaquer pour commande un taxi pour l aéroport 20 euros alors que ça ne coute que à peine 5 euros ça été confirmé par la police des touristes qui a arrêté notre chauffeur à l aéroport mais on avais déjà payé à l hôtel
