Steel stairs and landing awkward 😕 Better instructions- hot/cold sink handles reversed, wall AC not working/used - (not sealed off well from outside ) floor heating instead, worked well. Curtains to street didn’t close well. Stale candy for complimentary treat.

Loved the hot breakfast of eggs, potatoes, and biscuits with gravy. Had lots of other options for breakfast too. Older hotel so can hear other guests coming and going but overall it was quiet.

• Addie (5/5): It'll do - One of two places to stay in a small town. Beds comfortable but small. Nightly rate cheap. Get what you pay for kind of place. Mold in bathroom. There was no pet area (no grass or lot for them to potty in) and I was charged a pet fee for my service dog, but it was only $10. TV has mostly Spanish channels. The floor was not cleaned before we checked in. Breakfast was offered but we did not eat there. Food must be consumed in breakfast room and not taken out or you will forfeit your room without refund.

• David (10/5): Old meet New - This is an older motel that is being renovated while remaining open. So you have new flooring (lovely) and new furniture but an old faucet in a new sink. The owner runs a pizzeria and ice cream place. Guests may order pizza and/or ice cream which will be delivered. The breakfasts are wonderful. In addition to the regular motel fare of waffles, big yogurts, and cereal the owner prepares something wholesome and very tasty. The second day of our stay we had French toast and bacon. The first day we had vegetable, ham and cheese omelet with sausage and hash browns.

The front staff could have been friendlier and the breakfast should consider some people have allergies to egg/dairy

We also loved the conversation with other inn-mates! The staff was excellent, room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here last minute as we were driving south and not entirely sure where we would end up. It worked out perfectly. Thank you!! Everything was easy peasy. Nothing bad to say.

When I logged back onto booking.com to book they had raised the price. So do not call to try and help the property out by booking directly, they will just raise the price once you are off the phone. Not a big deal, just felt like it was shady

• H (7/5): Certainly ok for the money, but the place needs some maintenance work. - It was clean and the price was right. Thin walls and very noisy. Also, we turned on the heat and I immediately started sneezing and wheezing. The filter on the AC/heater was clogged up and moldy.

Very affordable. Just a suggestion, bathroom needs an exhaust fan. No way for steam from shower or anyone stinking up the bathroom can get out.

• Tyler (10/5): - The general population of people in Round up are so wonderful. This holds true at Autumn's Inn. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and well kept. Lots of pillows and the beds were comfortable. My only feedback is the heater unit was a touch on the loud side when it cycled. I do prefer background noise for sleeping, but the cycles were noisy. I would stay again.
