For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, an AU100 no-show fee will be charged. Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival. Maree (8/5): Was definitely not impressed with the lack of clean. I Had to wipe most surfaces of finger marks - Being greeted was good Getting used to using the Fob. But did make things secure. I had to clean when I got there. Noticable fingers marks on all cupboard doors,fridge,light switches. Milk spilt in Microwave not cleaned,Yuk! Bath not clean sand in bottom.
Dewi (9/5): Superb - Location is great. Everything is clean. View is super. Employees are nice and helpful. Did not quite like the layout of the apartment. Bathroom is not close to bedroom. Bedroom, kitchen and livingroom a bit small, while there is an empty space next to the livingroom.
