John (10/5): A very relaxed stay in a tropical oasis - A beautiful little oasis on the edge of the capital on Bonaire. Every room/suite is set in the lush tropical garden of palms and raised beds creating a lovely relaxing environment. The rooms are well furnished allowing either the option of cooking for yourself or just relaxing and eating out. The rooms have everything you need including most importantly a very comfortable bed. Nothing although some form of transport for most people is probably required as taxis are quite expensive.

Kathleen (9/5): Great, charming place to stay in Bonaire! Near to the main town. - This is an extraordinary place, charming, private, peaceful and a sort of spiritual haven. I have to confess I missed daily housekeeping although I didn't press the issue. I think they have housekeeping on certain days. Our room was called Forever Chasing the Sun. I loved the outdoor bathroom, outdoor shower and was excited about the cold plunge although we didn't wind up using it. Bed was very comfortable, nice kitchen, good coffee machine. When the U.S. attacked Venezuela, we found we couldn't extend our stay and we moved to Delfins which is very much a resort but I loved being right on the water at Delfins. Still, Bamboo has Chef's which seems to be considered the best restaurant on the island that wa s a great experience. I missed daily housekeeping. They have a washer and dryer you can use for free which is such a nice feature but the dryer needs to be stronger.

Lona (10/5): - The beginning was rocky. We arrived on a day that was considered a holiday so noone was there. The person that was suppose to be only a phone call away, wasn't. The instructions for how to check in were emailed, the room was set up, and the property were immaculate so that little hiccup was forgotten. The next day, we had to gi introduce ourselves. Thought that should have been the other way around. The 2 ladies we met didn't seem interested in even speaking with us about the property. Then we met ISABELLE! What a difference! She is truly the star of hospitality. She came to the room, gave us suggestions for seeing the island, a map, traveling information, and food ideas. Don't get me wrong, the resort is well kept, beautifully arranged, and probably the most peaceful, romantic place you will ever stay, but Isabelle adds to the incredible experience. We are already thinking of our next visit. Do yourself a favor, put this resort on your list of "Must Visit" places. You will not regret it.

Karen (9/5): Superb - This is a sweet boutique hotel that is surrounded by beautiful gardens(Bali style) that are very well maintained. Our location was good. We were close to beaches and could access a few resorts near by for lunch or dinner options. The staff especially Isabel were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here! Although this does not change our view of the hotel, we paid for breakfast on our last morning and it was a huge disappointment. We would not recommend it.
Duncan (8/5): Beautiful - Very tranquil atmosphere with beautiful gardens. We loved our room, which included a nice outside lounging area. There were a couple of negatives: housekeeping only cleaned our room once in 8 nights. Communication was poor: hotels.com did not pass messages between the hotel and us, so they didn't know our arrival time and there were no staff on site when we got there at 7 PM. Probably better to reserve directly with the hotel. But there were also problems on departure. The taxi we had requested was a no-show, and with no staff on site at 6:30 AM, we had to find our own solution to get to the airport: walking down the road to Buddy Dive Resort and getting help there.

Kelly (10/5): MAGICAL STAY :) - We loved everything about the Bamboo Boutique. It was beyond what we expected! The room was amazing and decorated beautifully. We loved all the "extras' all around the property. We especially like the private outdoor shower and patio area. It was truly a magical place to stay :) We will stay there again if/when we return to Bonaire! Not a major complaint at all...but without Air Conditioning the main bathroom it would be great to have a mirror somewhere in the main part of the unit where there IS AC for a woman to do hair and makeup. But again, not a necessary thing just a minor suggestion!

Also the property itself is very beautiful. If you want to relax in luxury, this is the place to be. The property restaurant only serves breakfast and dinner on demand.

Taishah (9/5): The Good outweigh the bad - Property very secure. Staff when there are very accommodating. My trip was ordered through a third party vendor and there was a problem with airline that caused me the missed my original check in date. Hotel rescheduled me without a problem. I also sent them an email that I needed a rental car and they had one there waiting for me when I landed at 10pm. I went to the rental off the next day to sign the paper work and do deposit. I'd definitely stay here again. Ambience is very tranquil and exactly the peace. I was looking for on my vacation. No concierge service after hour check in was difficult for me carrying my bags up the stairs alone.

They had a pool and jacuzzi as well as supplied passes to a nearby beach area, which had chairs, bar, pool, and dock with stairs into the ocean where you could snorkel or pick up the water taxi. Bernt (10/5): Relaxing ! - So relaxing a little bit from Kralendijk town, rent a car ! Very nice garden , lots of Buddahs and other things. Fridge and freezer in kitchen , perfect ! Cold beer in the fridge when we arrived, thank's Debbie ! Just across the street 5 min from Bamboo is Captain Dons habitat and restaurant , delicious food and drinks right by the ocean. We got all the help we needed to visit the nothern part of Bonaire and we also went to a beach/diving called 1000 steps two times. The best beach is Sorobon , so beautiful !! We didn't like Eden beach and the other one close to Bamboo . This was our first stay at Bonaire and Bamboo Bali resort , we had the best days !
