The India restaurant next door was fantastic, just order 1 curry between 2 people not 1 each because they are very large servings. Fantastic food It is a little dated but overall it was pretty good

It was very hard to find the parking and the building entrance, even with guidance of the host. The directions were not clear at all. They ask to take out the trash and wash the dishes even tho the checkout is at 10am. (???) Definitely not worth it for the price

There was what looked like some animal hair on the window seat. I had slight allergies while in the room. But overall it was so cozy and wonderful!

- michael (8/5): Great apartment in the heart of Whistler. - Great location in the heart of Whistler. Nice shower and bath provisions. Many shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment was spacious and had a great view of the mountains. We had a very difficult time in finding the entrance to the apartment. We had to go around the building a few times to find the entrance. I wish they had been more explicit in pointing out where the entrance would be located.

Nadeel van de ligging was de constante herrie van de bar eronder. De dreunende bas gaat tot 22 uur door. Ook binnen hoor je het heel goed. Dat hadden ze wel mogen vermelden. Bedden zijn erg slecht, enorme kuil. Slechtste tot nu toe tijdens onze reis en zeker niet wat je voor deze prijs verwacht.
- Ferdinand (6/5): - Although the suite was well maintained and clean, There were some issues we encountered that made us disappointed. 1. The master bedroom washroom shower has some design flaws which resulted in water seeping out through the shower doors causing pool of water on the outside floor. 2. The main door entrance to the suite was jammed and always hard to push open. This resulted in the code timing out as the door was difficult to open. Both from outside as well as from inside. 3. The kitchen appliances ( Stove ) was very dated and not working properly. Takes a long time to heat. 4. The blinds were also very dated and not in good condition. 5. Most of the furniture, toilets bowls and bath tub were very old and dated,

We were happy that our room was on the opposite side of the facility from the Longhorn, which was very lively at night. Not much room along the sides of the bed. Glad we are not bigger people.

- Glenn (9/5): We had an outstanding family vacation. - This was our first stay at Carleton Lodge and and my entire family was very impressed with the room, particularly, the gorgeous ski slope view from the room towards the mountain. The location was very convenient to the gondola as well as the village. We will definitely return.

- Jabjob (9/5): An amazing location right in the heart of Whistler village. Close to everything. - This is a great little apartment right in the centre of Whistler Village. Everything is within easy walking distance and the ski lift is literally around the corner. The bay window seat is great for watching people come and go making you feel like you're a part of everything but still cosy and private. Shops, restaurants, ski rentals and cafes are all a minutes walk away. The kitchen is fully functional and there is a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again. My only negative feedback is that the bedding on the pull down bed was not very good. There was a single size sheet on the double bed and the pillows were very small and lumpy. The main bed had nice linen and pillows so the pull down really should have the same.

Sometimes, we waited for a while inside the elevator before it gave a long beep and an error message before working again. Other times, it was fine. There were no pots and pans to cook with even though there was a stove.

We were so close to all the restaurants at night. And the view overlookingvthe mountain and the lifts was charming. It was just above the longhorn bar but sound really wasn’t a problem. The beds & pillows were ridiculously comfortable. We loved them! I slept so well! I also appreciated the blackout curtains in the master. Of note, Even the pullout sofa was really comfortable! We checked in at sundial hotel and their staff was really friendly. Our unit hand a convenient pass code entry. It was great having a washer and drier in the unit and the heated floor in the master was a nice touch! We did a little cooking and I thought the kitchen had a few shortcomings. The knives were horribly dull and one had a dangerously loose handle. I wish there was a crockpot. Also would have been nice to either containers with lids or maybe plastic wrap or tin foil for left over storage. But other than that it did have the other basics. Overall the decor was a little dated and basic but for the price the location totally made up for it! We would go back in a heartbeat.

Great value for money. (photo of the view from our living room) :) The stove and jacuzzi are dated but work fine. if you want peace and quiet, this is not the place, as the music playing from venues nearby can be heard until late at night. However, we will happily come back as it is great value for money.

We reported this to staff , it appeared to be from an adjacent flat not managed by the same company. The staff offered to move us to another flat but for one night this felt like a lot of effort. They handled the issues well and were apologetic. From the photos on the website I had inferred a pool / hot tub was available it was not and I thought this misleading
- Jocelyn (8/5): Very good - Location is fabulous. The condo was huge, very comfortable, and clean! For a living room of that size, the TV could have been bigger. In addition, the amenities listed on the website said that there was access to streaming services, but when we asked about it, they said that was only for guests of the Sundial Hotel. This ended up being a moot point because the weather cleared up, but it was originally supposed to rain the entire day and our plan had been to hang out in the living room and watch movies. If you have your own firestick or Chromecast, I would bring it.

Full kitchen set up so we saved money on eating out and washer and dryer so we saved future spending on laundry! Amazing! The lift was out the day we checked in, but they gave us a free drink token each as a sorry so that made up for it!
