• rémi (10/5): Séjour agréable d'une seule nuit - Séjour d'une seule nuit. La chambre donne sur l'arrière et non sur la gare. Donc moins de bruit mais vue banale. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est très appréciable. La climatisation est assez bruyante.

• Cynthia (6/5): - I’m the kind of person that likes a clean room and not a lot of amenities, but when my phone prevents me from accessing the WIFI because it’s too insecure (and in and out), I find that super limiting. The staff and breakfast were really great and in a good location. AC was weak.

• james (4/5): - The smell in the hall way was awful almost threw up just from the smell in the hallway The room itself didn't smell like the hallway but needless to say I had to hold my breath walking down the hall to the room
• Christopher (10/5): Highly recommendedm - The hotel is right next to the railway station at Limoges. Be aware that there is no regular bus service between the airport and Limoges. A taxi is 30€ each way which, for a solo traveller, is a bit expensive. The check-in experience was very good. My room was spotlessly clean and a good size, with a decent-sized tv on the wall. The bed was large and comfortable but my one criticism would be about the pillows being too small and not plump enough for my liking. The bathroom was more than adequate, with a good shower (including shower/hair wash). The highlight for me was the self-service breakfast! There was a good range of hot drinks (I love a strong black coffee and took advantage of the one on offer, which was very good indeed!). Fresh orange and apple juice was also available. A fine choice of delicious bread, plus croissants and pains au chocolat, alongside jams, cheeses, ham, yoghurts, cereal, apples, scrambled eggs and crispy bacon all made for a good start to the day, reasonably priced at just over 8€. The hotel is a short walk from the shops and museums. Oradour-sur-Glane is a short bus ride away, but renting a car is recommended if going to the zoo or other outlying places. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

• Christelle (6/5): Sejour 3 nuits octobre 2024 - Sejour de 3 nuits vendredi + samedi +dimanche. Belle vue sur la gare.chambre correcte. Suffisante pour 2 personnes. Dommage que la fenetre soit fermée à clés et que des personnes parlent sous la fenetre tot le matin ( groupe de jeunes) ou à 2h30 du matin sans le moindre respect pour ceux qui dorment au dessus.

• nathalie (8/5): Hôtel pour passage à limoges - Hôtel dans lequel nous séjournons lors de notre passage sur limoges. Propre et calme pour nous car nous étions au 2 eme étage ce qui n’était pas le cas de personnes installées en rez de chaussée. Éviter donc les chambres qui ne sont pas en étage à cause du bruit de la rue. Le petit déjeuner très succinct pas grand chose en choix. Et déjà plus de certains mets alors que le petit déjeuner était loin d’être terminé. Il faudrait mieux anticiper les quantités surtout quand on reçoit des athlètes sportifs pour des compétitions. Le personnel est sympathique.

• Julien (8/5): Bon rapport qualité / prix pour une escale pro - Le titre du commentaire résume bien. L’hôtel est à proximité immédiate de la gare ce qui est pratique. En revanche l’accès n’est pas le plus intuitif. Pas de raccourci pour arriver directement dans le centre ville, il est nécessaire de repasser par la gare (et marcher 10 minutes) ou alors faire un trajet un peu plus long encore via une route très peu éclairée, longeant un grand parking. Route aux trottoirs tres discret, ou alors je ne l’ai pas vu compte tenu de la pénombre ! L’hôtel, est récent et propre. Le prix est correct alors cela expliquera les quelques éléments négatifs que je relaterai : Les chambres sont assez petite, et très basiques... pas de fioriture ! La salle d’eau n’est pas grande non plus mais propre. En revanche, prévoir son savon et mouchoirs car il n’y a rien de prévu. Sèche cheveux à demander à la réception avant 23h sinon il faudrait s’en passer ! Probleme d’odeur d’une chambre voisine qui semblait venir du conduit de clim Du coup, j’ai dormi la fenêtre entre baillée La nuit a été un peu moyenne avec le bruit de la gare, des parking... Mais sinon, je recommande cet hotel correct pour son prix. Petit déjeuner correct également

• Erna (8/5): Clean, new, inexpensive, next to train station - Convenient location next to train station, also hotel garage for small additional cost. Breakfast was decent, worth the price. New building, very clean. Staff has trouble with English. Comfortable beds. The TV in our room never worked. Very basic & institutional feel to the rooms. The ventilation does not really work, so the rooms are quite hot and stuffy. Great deal for the price, so I do recommend the hotel.

• DARREN (4/5): B&B Hotel, Limoges. - Friendly staff and decent breakfast are the positive points. The negatives are the fact the room had NO CURTAIN / BLIND to cover the large window so you effectively get out of the shower for everyone to see from the flats over the road. Bathroom so small so drying yourself in the bedroom the only realistic way of doing it. Also they charge 2 EURO extra to hire 1 extra pillow for the night. Rip off in my opinion just to wash 1 extra pillow case.

The rooms were great. aircon superb & the beds extremely comfortable. Antonino and his staff were great. I was so impressed with this hotel I decided to stay for a further two nights on my way back to the UK. A real gem in the heart of Limoges

Un petit déjeuner à ne pas manquer, car on y trouve toute la gourmandise du matin; tant il est délicieux. Je pense retourner dans ce bel hotel avec un séjour plus long. Je le conseil à toute personne qui cherche un bon hotel à Limoges. Le B&B Limoges gare est excellent.

Only thing that might put people off is you have to walk through a car park from the main road (round the side of the station), but was perfectly safe.

• Ck (8/5): Good value for money - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities including a laundry facility. It is about a 5 minute walk to the train station.
• Justin (6/5): Good location. Be careful of after-hours check-in! - Hotel was in a good location, condition was good, it was handy and functional. We did have a significant problem however with late-check in. Hotels.com did not give us the hotel reservation number, which is what we needed to get into the electronic access system to open the doors to the hotel after hours. So, we spent quite some time on hold to Paris to speak to the hotel head office to get our reservation number even to get into the room. The Hotel.com reservation number wasn't useful, and the NECESSARY information was not sent with the reservation confirmation by hotel.com.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Loved Limoges - We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hotel was very close to the station, so very convenient for transport. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good too, plenty to eat and a nice area for eating. The room was comfortable though the sun in the morning through the window was quite hot. There was a blind to shut out the light. We had a room on the opposite side of the hotel to the station, so did not hear any train noise. There was a lift, so that made the upper floors easier for access.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Close to the airport - The hotel is conveniently a 20 min drive from Bellagarde Airport but there is no shuttle if you're not hiring a car. Taxis are expensive! The room was basic but clean, no hairdryer or iron or kettle. I asked for a hairdryer at reception but they only have one to lend out and that had already gone to another guest Breakfast is also very basic but no cheese or hams...just a few pastries, bread, granola and yogurt, oh and scrambled eggs Staff were however polite and helpful

Air conditioning did not work so room was hot to sleep in. Hopefully this will be fixed for the next guests! Near to station so convenient for our early/late train arrivals and potential rail noise did not affect my nights sleep. Will be staying again.

• L (8/5): Good budget hotel next to Limoges station. - As its name says the hotel is right next to the station and is excellent value for money. The room is ok and the shower room is great for a budget hotel. Staff were polite and efficient but breakfast was a bit average. Scrambled egg and bacon were lukewarm but croissants were excellent. Overall great for one night passing through Limoges though not quite so good for a longer stay.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Best place for an early train - Rooms are small but clean. Very functional. Staff friendly and helpful. It's perfect when you have to catch an early train. The Gare is a five minute walk from front door. No hassle in early check out since it's paid in advance. For those with a later train to catch there is breakfast downstairs.
• jj (6/5): Basic hotel close to the Benedictine Train Station - Orwellian in Concept, French in Execution. Rooms are stark, large enough for a double bed with .5 meter around3 sides. Bathroom very clean even sterile. Only window covering is mechanical blind. Worst feature hallways are lit only when people are present. Stepping off elevator you are faced with black tunnels you have to walk before they turn on. Best feature, hotel staff were very accomodating. In particular two young women on front desk spoke excellent english are were very helpful. I found the lady, Ferdinanda, particularly pleasant and helpful which made my stay much more acceptable.
