• Helene (6/5): Man får hvad man betaler for - Vi ankom efter lukketid. De havde sendt en kode til os, men den virkede ikke. Vi måtte ringe til nogle, som kunne hjælpe os på ny, så vi kunne komme ind på værelset og få bilen ind på parkeringen. Værelset virkede rent, men der var plastik på gulvet og spejlene var ikke rengjorte. Man tænker, hvad er så heller ikke gjort rent? Der lugtede også dårligt, men ingen at klage til. Vi har ofte boet på B og B og ikke oplevet problemer, men dette hotel dropper vi bare i fremtiden.

Pas très aimable d’ailleurs et finalement nous avons attendus 30 minutes pour en avoir une et une nouvelle fois la femme de ménage nous a pressé pour partir de la chambre . Entre le temps d’attente de serviettes et quitter la chambre à midi c’était compliqué.

• Anne-Sophie (6/5): Difficulté d’enregistrement et bruyant la nuit - Arrivé après l’heure de fermeture de la réception, pas de problème j’ai eu quelqu’un au téléphone dans la journée qui m’a indiqué qu’il y avait une borne d’enregistrement à l’accueil. Le numéro reçu par e-mail n’était pas le bon mais un autre numéro reçu via la messagerie de l’appli hotels.com Un opérateur sur la ligne d’assistance m’indique le bon numéro de réservation mais à la fin de l’enregistrement, on me propose de recevoir le numéro de la chambre et le code d’entrée par e-mail ce que j’ai validé : erreur car j’ai reçu l’e-mail une heure pile après mon enregistrement ! J’ai de nouveau sollicité l’opérateur de l’assistance avant pour qu’il me communique mes codes. Nous étions plusieurs personnes dans cette situation à attendre les codes. Hôtel propre et chambre bien agencée, confortable mais dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’agent de nuit pour assurer l’accueil et le respect de la tranquillité la nuit : clients qui stationnent dans les couloirs une partie de la nuit. Je recommande pour un passage court professionnel mais pas pour un séjour loisirs en couple.
• Youssouf Moussa (2/5): Hôtels.com a fuir - Très déçu de la plate-forme hotels. Réservation pour 2 nuits à 22h55. Arrivée sur place à 23h personne à l’accueil. Le téléphone ne passe pas. Il existe une borne pour un accès libre, je rentre mon numéro de réservation de la plate-forme et mon nom et aucune réservation. Je contacte via le tchat hotels.com, on me demande mon numéro de réservation et mon numéro de téléphone pour me rappeler et ils font des vérifications. Pour eux c’est normal car l’accueil ferme à 21h. Je demande d’être rappelé pour qu’on s’explique mais plus de réponse. Malgré plusieurs relances aucune réponse. J’ai dû donc passer ma première nuit dans la voiture et dans le froid. Je reçois le bon code le lendemain à 11h! Naturellement je demande d’être remboursé d’une nuit encore une fois aucune réponse. Bref, plus jamais cette plate-forme hotels.com. À fuir

• T.L. (4/5): Veel te matig voor deze prijs. - Bij deze kwaliteit verwacht je prijzen die een stuk lager liggen (40 tot 50 euro p/nacht). Slecht onderhouden, niet heel erg schoon, heel erg kleine kamer, hard bed, matig ontbijt, lekkende airco's, rioollucht op de gang. Niet echt West-Europese norm zou ik zeggen. Ik boek dit niet weer.

• Jeffrey (4/5): Local management needs improvement - Having requested an accessible room I found that I had to climb on crutches with some difficulty to the first floor. This did NOT please me - even though the stairs would be 'easy' if I had been fit. Additionally although I was informed of a code to access by check in information, I found it overly complex and had to telephone because I had not managed to remember BOTH my room number AND the door lock code. I know this saves staff costs and helps make the charges more competitive BUT I'm sure I could invent a better way of doing it. The room was fine and I liked the bathroom. I have stayed at other B&B hotels that were better.
• Eric (4/5): Angry hotel. - The check in was rude and abrupt. The single bed bases were dangerous and I have bruised shins because there is not enough space in the room. Breakfast would have been nice but they breached food safety food temperature was not kept hot enough.

Hotel direct sur une zone commerciale pour quelques achats de derniére minute, juste à la sortie d'une bretelle autoroute mais pourtant endroit calme de nuit. Bonne literie. Salle de bain assez spacieuse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

• David (2/5): - Firstly I had to pay twice for this stay, once when I booked via Expedia months ago and again when I checked in via the automated check-in machine - no humans were available despite arriving at only 7pm. Expedia customer services seem to obstruct every attempt to secure a refund for the duplicate payment. They blame the hotel for not responding, refuse to understand what I am telling them such as suggesting it was too late to cancel (who said anything about cancelling?) or that the payment at check in was just a holding amount - tell that to my bank account! Secondly the hotel was pretty dire. I don't expect luxury at this price range and usually stay in Ibis Budget hotels. However, the bathroom in this hotel was truly horrendous - dirty, smelly, gaping hole in the ceiling, hole in the shower tray, water from the shower didn't drain, soap dispensers all empty. Very grotty and no somewhere I will stay again, even if I only have to pay once.

• Christiane (2/5): - Bornes bloquées à l'arrivée. Impossible de rentrer sur le parking ni à l'hôtel. 20 mn à se demander si on doit dormir dans la voiture. Parfaitement désagréable. Et on a appris ce matin que tout le système informatique national était bloqué. Je ne réserverai donc plus dans cette chaine d'hôtel.

• JR (8/5): Comfortable for overnight stop. - Travelling from the UK with our two dogs we stayed at the B&B Hotel Troyes to break up the journey. Room / facilities was large, basic but clean and welcoming. Locally to the hotel there are various dining establishments within walking distance.
• MONICA (6/5): Rooms far too small with poor service. - Lady at reception was kind and welcoming. However, the bedroom was tiny, bed far too big which took over most of the small bedroom space. Moreover, I was located on the ground floor with the window directly looking over the parking lot and the bathroom was opposite this so had to close the bathroom door in order not to be seen by anyone in the parking lot. Bathroom was also very small. Also, I only have an espresso in the mornings, no breakfast so when I tried to buy one from the machine I paid by card twice - still don't know if I've been charged - and put in coins but got no espresso. I asked the couple at reception busy with breakfast if I could be given an espresso from the breakfast lounge and I offered to pay for this but they abruptly said 'no'. Maybe it's company policy, but considering I had attempted to purchase just one espresso from the vending machine, with their help also, and failed surely they could have allowed me either to pay for an espresso from the breakfast lounge or given me a free one? At the next hotel I stayed at near Geneva I was given a free espresso when I asked for one and was willing to pay for it, why not here? I have worked for five years in the hotel industry in Rimini, Italy and the way I was treated left much to be desired so I won't be returning here and don't recommend it.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Needs updating. - Booking in was a nightmare( as the last time!) codes given by Hotels.com would not function as hotel system needed a 6 numeral code.Needed to have help from hotel and problem rectified.( out of hours fir reception) Had little sleep…attention needs to be paid to the pillows, compared with Premiere Class and Sure Hotel at Calais! Hotel must be due for an upgrade- shower area had cracked tiles,mildew- did ot want to shower there! Net curtains need replacement and as far as ‘NewBfeakfast Menu’……still the same as 15-20 years ago but with more bread selection!
• Veronica (10/5): Excellent stay - We had a room very near reception, which was excellent as my husband has mobility problems. The wet room was large and clean. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was easy to find and close to A26, thus very convenient. No hesitation, my first stay, but will stay there again in the future. (Only negative.whybacon and eggs not warm?)
