• valentine (6/5): Hôtel petit budget sans confort - A l’arrivée le portail était fermé et nous n’avions pas de code d’accès. Mon conjoint est aller voir et c’était une arrivée autonome. Ok pas de soucis. Nous nous sommes débrouiller pour rentrer dans la résidence derrière un autre client. Chambre de taille correcte, par contre nous étions 2 et 1 seule serviette était disponible …. Le matelas était convenable par contre le coussin était nul. Pour le prix il faut s’attendre à un confort en moins. Dommage.
• Nicholas (4/5): Usually very good - but - Normally we stay at this hotel and its very good. Unfortunately this time the sink in the bathroom was blocked and all the drainage was loose and leaked on the floor. The staff member could not give us another room as the hotel eas full - but she helped as best she could. My son fortunately managed to undo the drain and screw it all back together and the staff member managed to obtain some drain cleaner and also mopped the floor. We willl put it down to an unfortunate experience but it should have all been checked in advance!!

• Yohan (4/5): Plus jamais ! - Arrivés à 21h05, l'accueil était fermé et la borne extérieure pour l'enregistrement ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai interpellé l'agent d'accueil qui avait terminé sa journée. Il m'a reçu de manière extrêmement désagréable car je le dérangeais et il affirmait que la borne fonctionnait. Ce qui a été le cas au bout de plusieurs minutes. J'ai demandé qu'il ouvre la grille du parking en attendant, mais il a refusé ! Pour finir, le code de réservation reçu par mail ne fonctionnait pas et il a fini par nous assister en nous donnant un autre code. Je ne sais pas comment ça se serait passé en arrivant 15 min plus tard ... Niveau propreté j'ai compté 7 poils dans la douche des précédents occupants ....

• Cédric (8/5): Hôtel confirme, mais certains clients sans gêne - Séjour juste pour la nuit et le petit déjeuner. Aucun problème sur l’hôtel ou le personnel sauf à revoir la fermeture très violente des portes des chambres : les cloisons ont bougés à chaque fois pour toutes les chambres attenantes à la mienne. Problème avec un voisin qui pensait qu’il était seul avec ses enfants à 5h40 dans les couloirs. Du coup ils ont réveillé tout l’étage… merci à lui…. Après lui avoir expliqué qu’à cette heure, un dimanche, la coutume est de respecter le sommeil des autres, lui et sa famille ont continué d’hurler et de courir dans le couloir. L’hôtel et son personnel était conforme au attente, mais mon expérience ( et celle de ma famille) est, à cause de cet incident, complètement gâchée.

Il check in automatico non era funzionante ma per fortuna era ancora aperta la reception. Camera comoda ma con poco spazio di manovra. Vicino si trova un grande centro commerciale e ristoranti di vario tipo, ma non di grande qualità. Colazione nella media, si può fare di meglio. Una nota curiosa. La mia prenotazione includeva la colazione, ma comunque l'hotel mi ha contattato via app per dirmi che avrei dovuto prenotarla e pagarla. Ho contattato Expedia che in pochi minuti ha risolto il mio problema. L'hotel non risponde alla chat su app.

• William (8/5): Night checkin is Terrible!! - We checked in after hours. Was sent an email giving us our after hour code. Pffff, the code did not work at first. We contacted the night person. They acted like we were bothering them! It was 23h00 and the night person finally come down and assist us ... AN HOUR LATER! This was after a few conversations with them. I stood there with 3 kids and a dog for 1 hour ... late at night ... for this person to sort out our problem. Hotel facilities and location are great. Night service person is terrible!!!

The star was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and there were several good dining options close by. A god choice for a stop at Beauvais airport.

C'est vraiment dommage car sinon la chambre est très bien pour cette catégorie d'hôtellerie. Le petit déjeuner est à un prix raisonnable (8,50 €), ce qui est largement préférable par rapport aux prix exagerés pratiqués dans d'autres hôtels économiques. Bon service et personnel agréable.

I normally stay in a hotel that is 3 x the price in the same area..... i ask for what now. Definitely will stay again.

• Daltyn (10/5): Good Stay - Did the job. Clean and allowed us to rest up before our flight. The gate was closed and locked upon arrival, we didn’t have a gate code. The self check in feature was seamless. If you arrive outside business hours, request the gate code to park on location!
• Inger (10/5): - Close-ish to the airport but expensive to ride share there in the early morning. Very clean and the view of the French countryside was nice. Great option for 4 people because they offer lofts with twin beds.
• Jessica (4/5): Tried to make us pay twice. - When we arrived the receptionist asked me how I would like to pay, I said we had already paid via hotels.com months ago. She insisted this was just a reservation and no payment had been made. I showed the receipt for the payment, she still wasn’t having any of it. I had to show my bank account with the amount leaving my bank and she still didn’t accept. It took about 30 minutes of her on and off of the phone to a colleague until she said “ok here’s your key” no apology. I read reviews on another review site and this has happened to 3 other British people so I feel they are trying to get people to pay twice.

Eventually accepted that. Then the bathroom was smelly - never had that problem before. Then the fire alarm went off at 5.00 a.m and we all had to evacuate

• GILLES (6/5): Déçu par le manque de communication hotel.com - Pas terrible, heureusement j'ai vu par hasard que la réception fermait à 21H et je les ai donc appelés pour savoir comment faire en arivant à 21H30. Ils m'ont fourni un code que j'ai saisi dans le guichet automatique et j'ai eu la chambre. Pour entrer sur le parking, la barrière était fermée et aucune indication n'est affichée sur la procédure à suivre pour ouvrir la barrière. Nous avons dû trouver une place à l'extérieur et ensuite une fois dans l'hôtel il est noté que c'est le code d'ouverture de la porte de la chambre qui doit être utilisé, pas pratique du tout.

• Brandon (8/5): Late night entry problems - We got in late and they had a self check in at the front door which was fine, but it was confusing on how to get the gate code to pull my car in. It finally came to my email but was very frustrating as it was late and my kids were tired. I rang the door bell intercom that says ring for help, but no one answered. So i spent 30 min trying to get in. Finally someone else who had been there already came up behind us and let us in.
• Maria (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable stay. Great value for the money. Exceptionally clean room - BRAVO to the cleaning crew. Fantastic shower / water pressure. Window that opens. If you arrive after 9 p.m., the gate to the parking lot will be closed - park outside the gate, walk over to the main entrance lobby area of hotel and you will see a self check-in machine outside. You just input your code and you will receive the code to your room and gate. You will also owe the room tax at that time, so you will need to pay it with a credit card. Highly recommend. Everything was very comfortable.

Ensuite, le code fourni par la borne automatique n’ouvre ni le portail voiture ni la porte de l’hôtel. 2h d’attente à minuit dehors. Et la voiture garée seule dans une rue noire hors d dl’hotel Et l’interphone censé être 24/25: personne ne réponds…. J’ajoute que même s’il y a eu une panne de portail, le responsable aurait pu laisser le portail ouvert. Et même si le code marchait, aucune information n’a été communiquée pour indiquer comment obtenir ce code

• Juha-Pekka (2/5): Avoid this hotel - The whole hotel was very dirty except the reception. I reserved three rooms for three people. One room had begbug fecies in the bed, one room had a mattress that had big blood stains, and the third room was dirty also. We left the hotel without staying there as it was disgusting. I am still waiting for reimbursement for the rooms. I recommend this hotel to no-one.
