• Michael (10/5): - In der Nähe der Autobahn gut für einen Zwischenstopp geeignet. Zimmer und Frühstück erfüllen die Erwartungen an ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Es befinden sich gerade Ladesäulen für eAutos im Aufbau, waren bei unserem Aufenthalt aber leider noch nicht nutzbar.

• Bruno (4/5): Obtention du code compliquée - Arrivée en mode self-checking : nous n’avons pas reçu le code d’entrée personnalisé par mail, comme annoncé. Le seul mail reçu intégrait une facture, le numéro de réservation et le code client (non opérationnel pour entrer). Il a fallu essayer tous ces chiffres pour comprendre que nous n’avions pas le bon code. Il a fallu appeler par un interphone situé sur place. Code obtenu rapidement mais pas d’excuse. Ça semble assez routinier.

• Abdelhamid (2/5): Du schläfst in diesem Hotel mit Tierischen - An dem Tag war es sehr heiß, und die Zimmer – besonders meines - Außerdem roch es stark nach Rauch, als ob zuvor darin geraucht worden wäre. Am Morgen habe ich zufällig zwei Mitbewohner gesehen (siehe Foto und Video). Für das Geld ist es bei B&B nicht Wert.

• Michael (8/5): - Property is surrounded by a security fence, gate code provided didn't work. Initial entry code to the building for after-hours check-in didn't work, we had to call the hotel's customer service to get a new code. We were then billed by the hotel for our stay even though we had already paid Expedia. We did eventually receive a refund. The rest of the stay was perfectly fine, the hotel is convenient for travel and to a large shopping mall with many options for food and shopping.

• Lucile (2/5): HONTEUX ! On a jamais eu accès à la chambre - HONTEUX ! Il est nul part précisé qu’il faut une carte de crédit physique pour payer. Nous n’avons jamais pu accéder à notre chambre caf il faut payer d’abord. Un hôtel est censé prester des services. Pas de réception la nuit passe encore mais automatiser sans le sans contact c’est honteux. On a dû retrouver un hôtel un urgence à côté, et c’est pas facile ! Je vais envoyer un courrier salé à la direction et j’espère ne pas me faire débiter !

• Stephanie (10/5): Great - Great place for a stop off - was really easy to check in even without reception being open (we arrived late so used the self service check in). Great size room with a double bed and a bunk for the kids. Bathroom was spotless with fluffy towels and soap and shower gel provided.

• Kjell (6/5): - Rummet var ok men incheckning och kod till ytterdörren funkade dåligt. Ingen i receptionen lördag eftermiddag när jag kom och på kvällen kom det in en sötaktig doft i rummet utifrån, hasch ? Rummet var välstädat och sängen bra men jag kommer inte tillbaka.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Pit stop hotel - great little find. - This was a pit stop on the way to Disneyland Paris. Was an ideal location as was half way and was just off the motorway so not much of a detour. The hotel is located a stones throw from a shopping centre with an Auchan and a petrol station. I was contacted prior to my arrival to advise there would likely be no physical member of staff to check us in and to provide my reservation number. This was very useful when I arrived as it was needed to complete the self check in on the terminal outside. Everything was very simple to follow and we got access to our room with ease. I did get slightly confused as to where to enter the code to open the front door and in the end I called for help on the intercom. It was swiftly answered and resolved and it was reassuring someone was on the end of the line. Beds were comfy, room was small but it was ideal for our needs. My friend went for the breakfast in the morning at €8.50 and it was a decent selection. If I was ever that was again I would use this hotel :)

• Neil (2/5): A waste of time and money - I had booked this hotel as a stop over on the way back to the UK from Stuttgart. I knew the reception shut at 9pm, I also knew they had a fast check-in machine at the hotel. I had tried to contact the hotel with a question about parking during the day and within reception hours but always a message saying the hotel was not available. I emailed them also but again, no reply. I arrived at 11pm to find the car park full but managed to park in a car park next to the hotel. I also notice the traveller caravans parked up opposite. Tried to use the fast check-in machine but it did not recognize the itinerary number given by Hotels.com. There was no way of contacting anybody as no staff were at the hotel. I also tried B&B help but again no answer. My only alternative was to leave and find and pay for another hotel, which it what I did. Hotels.com took up my complaint the next day but they could not get a answer on the phone from the hotel either! Eventually they got hold of the hotel, who told them they would not issue a refund of the payment for the room I had made in advance. Just to top it all off, they sent me the access code 2 days after the date I was due to stay. Since then they still have not answered any emails. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else if you were thinking of using this hotel!

• Joris (6/5): - Arrivés à 14h comme convenu nous avons été heureux de trouver une employée très compétente qui nous a permis d obtenir le code de la chambre car le numéro de voyage reçu n'était pas le bon et donc ne fonctionnait pas sur la borne d'entrée.

• Allan (6/5): - The receptionist, Wassem, was excellent. We had to wait as he dealt with two customers but he was good with us, his English better than our French. The room was clean but small as was the bathroom. Just about ok for an overnight stay. Security was via a number that opened the room door, the main door and the parking gate. We felt safe. There was plenty of choice in restaurants nearby.

Alles netjes. Een goed ontbijt, meer is niet nodig. Dit hotel ligt gunstig. Niet ver van de snelweg, nabij winkels en restaurants. Fijn als je 's avonds nog iets wilt eten. Wij zouden dit hotel van harte aanbevelen.

• Sandra (8/5): Prima voor 1 nacht. - Prima hotel voor deze prijs. Kamer is wat klein maar de bedden zijn goed. In de buurt vind je allerlei winkels en restaurantketens. Ontbijt was goed, alles was aanwezig. De meneer van de receptie had er niet veel zin in, hij mag best wat vriendelijker zijn.

• Ronald (8/5): Stop over - The motel is located only a few miles from the motorway and is great for an overnight stop over. There are numerous places to eat all with in walking distance. The hotel is in good order and staff friendly. Breakfast is in an area adjacent to reception with a good choice.
