- Gustavo (3/5): No vuelvo más - La señal de internet era pésima y encima intermitente. Tuve que bajar al lobby a trabajar y era súper incómodo. No llegaba la señal de la red móvil celular a la habitación. El internet lo es todo.

Esto hace una gran diferencia y estan en el puro centro Critica constructiva, desayuno incluido debssr o un menu aparte o su carta abierta, pero tiene una limitante a la hora de consumirlo, eso se explica con claridad, no cuando se sienta a desayunar

- Brych (10/5): Nice local hotel in great location. - This is a lovely hotel is a perfect downtown location. The staff has always been friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. I always choose Hotel Castilla when I spend a night in David. I also appreciate the free underground parking.

- ROBERT (9/5): - The room was very comfortable with a good new air conditioner. David is a very hot city and I was always very comfortable in my room. Great shower and breakfast was included with my reservation. Located centrally across from the central park and a block away from the supermarket and lots of restaurants. The food in the hotel was great too. I can't think of anything I didn't like.

- RCRVRP (2/5): Horrible! - Things were ok until they had a party in the ballroom downstairs that was soo loud the place almost shook. IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP ! Think having a rock concert in the next room loud!!!! Manager offered to move us up to another floor. At 11:30 AT NIGHT! I walked up another floor JUST AS LOUD! And their solution was to have 2, 72 year old people move to another room thats just as loud in the middle of the night! My conversation with the desk clerk and the look on her face told me this wasn’t the first time. IVE STAYED IN A LOT OF HOTELS IN MY LIFE AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!’ POSTED AT 12:11 am and the party is still going!

- John (8/5): Great place - This place is great for a stopover in David, and we will surely be back when that's required again. It is basic, but it doesn't claim to be anything more than that. The breakfast choices were good, and we both enjoyed ours. The staff were 10+ everywhere from the doorman to the restaurant, all superb, friendly and attentive. The room, while basic, was clean with a comfortable bed, AC that worked. The shower was strong and hot. The parking is a super plus 10 being underground, monitored, on site and included in the room price. While it was a bit noisy in the late afternoon when we needed it, overnight, it was super quiet which came as a very welcome surprise. Great value for money. No Coffee/Tea in the room. There is easily enough room for that and a mini fridge which would have upped the score even more.

- Promerica (8/5): Un 8 de 10 por el detalle de las llaves - La ubicación excelente, la limpieza genial, la comida muy bien Las recepcionistas no son muy cordiales al recibirte pero esta bien y Las llaves son electrónicas y por alguna razón algunas veces hay que llevarlas a recepción a reprogramar ya que no abren

- Dayanara (4/5): Necesitan mejorar instalaciones y eliminar bichos. - El Personal muy amable, la Ubicación. Limpiaron las habitaciones con clorox y soy alérgica, también al regresar salieron varias cucarachas pequeñas del baño y se n la ducha se inundaba, no corría el agua. 😩

Within easy walking distance to city center and many restaurants. I ate at one good restaurant just a few steps away. The room was nice. Staff spoke English. AC was powerful and the TV had some English language options.

Their restaurant the food was wonderful and cheap. The staff is amazing. One day when I was there the like was gone but they fixed it immediately.
