The televisions in the rooms offer a superb viewing experience with their high-definition 1080p quality, which makes watching movies or catching up on shows an absolutely amazing experience. This complements the exemplary service provided by the staff, who are not only professional but also very friendly and welcoming, ensuring that every guest feels right at home. The hotel's location is particularly advantageous as it is just a stone’s throw away from Kenya’s vibrant capital city, Nairobi, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The meals prepared in their on-site restaurant are quite delicious, offering a variety of dishes that are sure to tantalize the taste buds. Guests can also enjoy entertainment and unwind in the bar area, which adds to the overall vibrant atmosphere of the hotel. The only downside some guests might find is the absence of a swimming pool, which might limit recreational options, particularly for those who enjoy swimming as a form of relaxation or exercise during their stay.
• Monte (6/5): - Restaurant staff was terrible. Ate with a group of friends. 4 of them had their food delivered in about 45 minutes. After 2 hours i finally asked about my meal. 10 minutes later they came and ask me to confirm what i ordered. They rushed my meal, if you can call waiting 2 1/2 hours rushing. Dish was cold and under cooked. No apologies, no we are sorry, just nothing. Food was terrible.

They were able to get us on an amazing tour of the Nairobi national park even though we forgot to book in advance! The included breakfast has a large variety of options on was super delicious!! The only complaint I would have is that we booked a double room and they put us in a single, but it ended up being totally fine!

• Liz (9/5): Value for Money - The hotel is clean and centrally located so it's easy to access various attraction sites. The staff were lovely and very accommodating of our needs. Will definitely visit again. The Wi-Fi was a little slow sometimes and hopefully in the future they could add a drinking chocolate option in the rooms but other than that everything else was exceptionally good.

The location great, the rooms were very comfortable and pleasant. We had a family connecting room. We also loved the buffet breakfast!!! The bathrooms were poor and in desperate need of updating. Fixtures were falling apart and the sinks would flood so poor drainage.

• gkt2025 (10/5): MAGNIFICENT PLACE - I passed by the hotel to make enquiries. The staff are friendly, hotel is clean and the ambiance is significantly appealing. I would recommend this facility to a corporate business any time. The location is an advantage since it is along the highway.

• Shane (9/5): We had a wonderful stay at Ngong Hills Hotel. - This hotel blew me away. After spending 3 weeks in Europe, we arrived in Kenya for a 24-hour layover; this hotel was our oasis before our flight back home to Cape Town. The staff was terrific; they were helpful, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast was incredible, fresh and tasty. The rooms we had were clean and comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. I was not there long enough to find any faults. That said, even if we were there a week, I doubt I'd find any faults.

• Abiola (1/5): Poor Customer service - I booked this hotel for my client and he didn't arrive at set date which entities him to w refund from booking.com, the hotel kept telling me they have been trying to reach booking.com to effect my refund. Booking.com also keeps telling me they want the hotel to write them before issuing a refund my clients money has been stuck with booking.com for 3 weeks now despite paying snother fee to book at Ngong hotel from his pocket. A lady called Mary at the reception mosttl times would read my messages and refuse to respond . I'm really disappointed by both booking com and Ngong hotel. I won't recommend them to even my enemies Holding up my refund .. and sending me back and forth between booking.cok and Ngong . Receptionist sometimes reads my message on Whatsapp and hardly responds
• Josue (6/5): Good room and staff but aweful internet and no television. - The room was nice and comfortable. Internet/wifi service was awesome. The TV did not work for the whole of the room despite notifying them of the problem during the whole stay. The taps and wash basin were blocked.

It was stuck at 28°C, we were melting 🫠, I called the reception and they took more than 30 mins to come, maintenance couldn't solve the issue, they changed us to another room after 15 mins arguing, in the new room the WC was not working, there was no pumping water in the tank, maintenance again, couldn't solve the problem after another 30 mins, they changed us again to our final room.

• Alindwa (7/5): A homely feel - The staff were all amazingly helpful, right from the security check to the reception, the servers, cleaners, and porters. I felt warmly received, and that helps, especially for a solo traveller. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed my showers. The breakfast buffet also had a lot of choices, which is also a plus (e.g. vegetarians). The location is also very ideal. The hotel's facilities and equipment could do with a bit of renovating.

There was no mini fridge in the room and I couldn't get an iron when I requested it. I think it would have been possible to get both in the end if I really wanted to but it was not worth the hassle.

I liked that I could walk to nearby shops and cafes. The hotel also isn't far from the Junction Mall, a good location overall. The shower didn't drain effectively which meant that after showering there was a considerable amount of water around my ankles. I had to wash my feet after stepping out of the cubicle. Also felt that the water pressure could have been stronger.

The room was too hot! The rain shower wasn’t functioning as expected. The water pressure was quite low and the water was going every which way what way. The carpeting in the hallways could use some thorough deep cleaning or a good touch me ups or, a total change/renovation.

• Navigator39201600630 (6/5): Experienced employees saved our stay - My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Our first night was wonderful. We had a housekeeping issue the 2nd night and had to move to a different suite on the same floor. The housekeeping supervisor Mr Cephas was very kind and professional in solving our issues. The staff is friendly, the food is not bad. I must say though that the hotel could do better as far as paying attention to details. Shower glass doors, water drainage in the shower was too slow. Hallway carpet had stains that could easily be cleaned to give guests a 4 star experience.

The internet connection is extremely weak during the evening and doesn’t exist during the day

They have a storage room for luggage in case you need to depart later than the check-out time (10am). Rooms are not very sound-proof, though I heard little from the traffic outside.
• Danielle (10/5): Wonderful stay in Ngong Hills hotel - I needed a hotel for a short stay before flying out of Nairobi and chose Ngong Hills because of its location. Otherwise I had not expected anything particular but the hotel and staff were absolutely terrific. From the comfortable room with all amenities to the staff’s eye for detail. Simply loved everything! Nothing I didn’t like.
