• Rafaellos (2/5): Poor facility, cockroaches, broken bed, faulty shower. - The reception woman was the best thing there. She was very kind woman and was smilling the whole time. We killed 4 cockroaches, which the 3 literally came from inside the apartment. There is a small hole in the walls which they come. One bed out of the 3 was also broken and we were forced to fix it ourselves every now and then. The shower water switch is also broken which it forces you to hold the water with one hand and the other hand needs to hold the switch for the water in order for it to run.

• Jasmina (9/5): Amazing stay, would have loved to stay longer - Amazing location in Paralimni (peaceful but at the same time with everything available, 5 minutes walking to the beach, 5 minutes driving to Protaras), free parking available across the street, nice view of the pool, friendly staff, plenty of cooking utensils available. Would definitely return, as 3 nights were not enough! We didn't like that the electricity was on only with the key inside (so we couldn't charge our phones when we were out) and that the stovetop didn't have electricity at all (so we had to use matches to ignite the fire).
• GEORGE (9/5): Υπέροχη - Πολύ καλό προσωπικό, Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Πολύ καθαρό.. Πολύ καλή περιοχή. Πολυ κοντά στη θάλασσα 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Κάποιες οικιακές συσκευές θέλουν αναβάθμιση. Ο φούρνος γκαζιού δεν λειτουργούσε πολύ καλά. Οπότε αναγκαζστηκαμε να τρώμε όλες τις μέρες απο έξω..

• Ann-Britt (8/5): Pernera i november - Anläggningen finns mellan strand och hav, ett lugnt område. Vi fick som vi önskade, högt upp med utsikt, med två balkonger. Mycket ren lägenhet och bra städning. Lägenheten var mysig men behöver lite kärlek. Sängen bra och hård. För priset mycket bra. Lägenheten behöver lite uppdatering. Inte anläggningens fel: i princip allt börjar stänga ner i Pernera månadsskiftet oktober/november, när vi for i mitten på november var det en utmaning att handla och äta ute utan bil. Närliggande anläggning revs med mkt oljud på dagtid.

• URVE (10/5): Mõnus majutus! - Majutusasutus asub vaikses ja meie arvates ka turvalises piirkonnas. Lähedal ( üle tee) mitu täiesti Ok supermarketit. Rand (rannad) 5 min jalutamist. Majutuskompleksil mitu 2 kordset hoonet, iga korter eraldi sissepääsuga. Territooriumil bassein mis pakub värskendust. Meie suureks positiivseks üllatuseks, et apertemente koristati ülepäeva ( palusime ise korra vahele jätta). Samuti vahetati käterätikuid, voodipesu … Tundsime, et meist hoolitakse. Personal abivalmis , igale murele leitakse lahendus. Apertemendis kõik vajalikud nõud toidutegemiseks olemas. WC/dussiruumi uks sulgub (pigem ei sulgu) ainult suure pauguga kinni pannes (sarnast kommentaari olin lugenud ka varem!). Köögis võiks olla olemas väike kogus elementaarseid maitseaineid (sool, pipar) Aga need väikesed miinused ei vähendanud meie puhkusenautimist.

• Beatrice (9/5): Günstige einfache Wohnung in Strandnähe - Super Lage, sehr nah zum Strand, viele Parkmöglichkeiten Reinigung alle 2 Tage mit frischen Handtüchern ist super! Pool war auch nett, aber kalt. Viele kleine Shops in unmittelbarer Nähe für das Wichtigste, Lidl 5min mit Auto entfernt. Tischtennisplatte ist auch vorhanden. Personal ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit!! Viele Katzen in der Region, was Kinder lieben. Leider war eine Baustelle in der Nähe, die den ganzen Tag recht laut ist, Samstagabend ist auch relativ laute Musik bis Mitternacht und länger. Kinder hat es nicht gestört, ich konnte damit nicht so gut schlafen. Wohnung könnte tlw. etwas mehr ausgestattet sein. Paar mehr Schüssel, ein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse, wo es in dieser Wohnung viel Sonne gab und sehr heiß wurde. Eine Schere wäre auch toll. Es gibt keine Mückengitter, aber wir hatten auch keine Mücken. Ich weiß nicht, ob das im Sommer anders ist. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sauber.
• André (9/5): Top Lage - Super Lage in Protaras, ideal für Familien. Pool ist groß, warm und hat lange geöffnet. Ausklappbares Sofa etwas eng und für Erwachsene Menschen ungeeignet; kippt um, wenn man sich an den Rand legt.
• Constantin (10/5): - Great value for money for a family with kids. 5 minute walk to the Kalamies beach. The hosts are very kind, we were allowed to chekin very early. The rooms were cleaned and sheets, towels changed every other day.

• Elena (9/5): - Очень удобное расположение. Центр деревни за углом. До пляжа 5 минут. В номере очень чисто. Уборку производят через день, выносят мусор, меняют полотенца. Несмотря на несколько устаревший интерьер в номере есть всё необходимое, большой холодильник с морозилкой, газовая плита, тостер, чайник, микроволновка. Кофемашины нет, но есть турка, что типично для Кипра. Сантехника достаточно новая и чистая, все работает. В главной спальне две отдельные кровати, не сдвигаются. В гостиной два дивана кровати вполне приличные, спать можно. В спальне всего одна розетка. Подушки слишком тонкие чтобы использовать одну, а если две то слишком толсто получается.

• Tovstukha (9/5): - Дуже гарні апартаменти за свої кошти, все є (крім пральної машини), 5 хвилин до пляжу, вздовж моря вправо можна йти декілька кілометрів і вибирати собі місце для релаксу. Поряд є невеликі супермаркети, 5 хвилин до автобусної зупинки. Все сподобалось!
• Daniela (9/5): Good place - The apartment is nice, at 200 m by the beach (not sea view but nice) by foot. Across the street is a very good supermarket with fresh meat and it was the first time when we cooked in vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped, so we cooked and we eat in the balcony. It was fun! We had our parking place and by car all the top destinations for us - the turtle & konnos beach, the cyclopes beach, protaras, kapparis beach were very closed (max 9 min by car). The swimming pool looked nice, but we didn't use it ( we had the sea with great view underwater) The personal was very frendly. If you want you can find a few unpleasent things everywhere. I think is a good apartment for the money

• Bogdan (7/5): Close to the beach with average living conditions. - It was close to the beach and in a relatively quiet area. The apartment was large enough, the property had a swimming pool (not used by us though). Kitchen was well equipped, we were able to cook for the duration of our stay. We got an apartment on the ground floor with a balcony. The problem was that in order to close the windows you had to close the shades, so it was either dark in the apartment or it was bright but with the windows open, due to the poor locking mechanism of the shades. The windows wouldn’t lock safely, you had to check several times to make sure they were really closed. Being a ground floor unit, easily accessible from the street, this was a problem for us. Some things that I would expect from an apartment and were missing or not available: a washing machine, shampoo (it had only hand soap), possibility to check out 1h later than usual (despite the lack of clients), better furnishings (everything looked dated and in need of a refresh).

• SzyBa (9/5): - Jest wszystko co potrzebujesz podczas wyjazdu. Wygodny apartament z tarasem. Czysta woda w basenie, leżaki przy basenie. Apartament sprzątany co drugi dzień z wymianą ręczników oraz zmiana pościeli co kilka dni podczas naszego pobytu. Blisko do plaży zaledwie 5 minut drogi. Blisko do przystanku komunikacji miejskiej skąd dojedziesz zarówno w najbliższe okolice jak i na lotnisko w Larnace. Sklepy i restauracje w obrębie 100 metrów od apartamentu. Lokalizacja naprawdę ekstra. Niestety na parterze mieliśmy w pierwszych dniach mrówki ale gospodarz dał preparat ktory pomogl. Na wyższych piętrach tego problemu nie było.

• Janine (9/5): Great location, no frills apartment but fairly spacious and good value for money - Apartments are dated but spotlessly clean. Pool was clean and there were sun loungers and parasols. Staff changed sheets and towels every other day. Great location, opposite a shop, and with the beaches just a couple of minutes walk away. Plenty of free parking available. Apartments could do with redecoration but they are kept very clean by lovely staff.
• Sandra (10/5): Cozy, comfortable, pleasant - Excellent value for money!! The place is great - big, clean, air conditioned, with a balcony. It is not modern-looking so but we are not picky guests furniture-wise, it was comfortable, we felt really good and welcome there. The host was great as well, there's a pool next to it and beach + promenade by the sea is close. It is perfect for couples and also for families. We will definitely return! The only thing is that if you are noise-sensitive, the other guests might disturb you as you can heard every word outside if they are sitting on their balconies. But that's not the owner's fault.

• kal (8/5): - Ο Ανδρέας ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός, φιλόξενος, χαμογελαστός. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καλό, ειδικά σε σχέση με την τιμή του, και πολύ καθαρό. Τα δωμάτια του Maricosta βρίσκονται μεν σε αρκετά ήσυχη γειτονιά, αλλά και σε καλό σημείο πρόσβασης σε πολλές παραλίες, ακόμα και με τα ΜΜΜ.

Определено ще се върна отново и вече препоръчах на приятели. Редовно и качествено почистване. Няма да сгрешите с избора си. Имаше и комплимент от домакина току що откъсната диня и пъпеш. • Ola (10/5): Na pewno wybierzemy ten obiekt ponownie gdy tylko kolejny raz odwiedzimy Cypr :) - Perfekcyjna czystość i bardzo mili gospodarze :) znakomita lokalizacja obiektu, blisko do pięknych plaż, do przystanków autobusowych, do sklepów i restauracji, także wszystko jest na wyciągnięcie ręki :) Jedynym bardzo małym minusem był brak suszarki do włosów w pokoju - była ona dostępna do wypożyczenia w recepcji ale od razu trzeba było ją oddać :)

• Luca (10/5): Piacevole, economico, e rilassante! Consigliato! - Struttura a conduzione familiare con personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottimale a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e bella piscina in cui rilassarsi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. In camera da letto c’era solo una presa di fianco al letto e dovevamo fare i turni.

The staff is amazing and helpful all The time. Pool great and lots of sunbeds. Apartament is cleaned every second day and has ecerything u need to stay for a week or 2 We had 2 lovely balconies also. Wi fi perfect Air conditioning great! We highly recommend Maricosta Nothing

• Izabela (9/5): Family trip - Hotel is modest, but nice and clean. The apartment was big- with terrace( but no sun blinds or umbrella). Good swimming pool with lots of sun loungers. Location near shops and restaurants, also not far from the beach. Friendly, family atmosphere. Little outdated decor.

Cleaning every second day. - Close to the nice beach (approx. 300 metres), supermarket (50 metres), stores, restaurants and bars on the main street. - Very nice pool. - The kitchen equipped with everything what is needed. - Very nice and friendly personnel. - We missed sockets directly next to beds. But it's easy to deal with it. - First day we were accommodated in a different apartment for some reason, but we moved to the proper one the second day.

• Mateja (10/5): Great apartment near the beach - Andreas is a wonderful host. Good informed about all information about Cyprus. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and welcoming. The beach is a 3 minutes walk away. I heartily recommend Maricosta apartments. Book it, you will have such a great time and definitely won't regret.
