- Frank (4/5): Hotel war oke - Hotel war Oke leider hatten wir anders wie auf den Bildern ein Notzimmer wo man nichtmal aufrecht stehen konnte unter dem Dach bekommen.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Wintersportaktivitäten gegen Quartierdefizite - Die gemeinsame Küche ist für die Anzahl der Betten in der Pension viel zu klein. Der Waschraum ist für einen Erwachsenen viel zu klein, Stehhöhe am viel zu kleinen Waschbecken mit weniger als 160 cm viel zu niedrig, die Schiebewand in der Dusche defekt; ebenso ein Baststuhl, den man wegen Instabilität nicht zum sitzen nutzen konnte. Frühstück war reichhaltig, allerdings an jedem Morgen gab's das gleiche und die Vielfalt war zu gering.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nocleg bez wow. - Obiekt lata świetności ma za sobą. W ogólnodostępnej kuchni jest za mała lodówka, gdy w pensjonacie jest dużo gości. Przydałoby się zrobić trochę porządku wokół domu. Okolica ładna. Wszędzie blisko.
- vosto (6/5): Last minute Buchung - Das Zimmer war sagen wir mal sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gelegen im Dachgeschoss zu erreichen über eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe über die einer gerade so hoch kommt geschweige dann mit Gepäck. Zwei hintereinander platzierte Betten mit einem 50 cm daneben wobei der Platz zusätzlich noch eingeschränkt wurde durch die an der Wand befindliche Garderobe. Die Toilette und Dusche ist ein Unding, die Dusche notdürftig mit Baumarktartikel repariert, der Duschschlauch defekt, Zähneputzen über dem Waschbecken geht aufgrund der Dachschräge überhaupt nicht man muss die Dusche vollkleckern. Aber ein schöner Balkon ist dran mit Blick auf die Skipiste und die Schanzen. Zu guter Letzt ist auch noch das WLAN ausgefallen und der Fernseher ging von Anfang an nicht.
- Iris (6/5): Nie wieder " Marketa " !!! - Haben vor geraumer Zeit gebucht und bei der Ankunft erfahren das wir nur für zwei Nächte unser Zimmer haben und die dritte Nacht umziehen sollen.Gebucht war ein Zweibett Zimmer erhalten haben wir ein Dreibett Zimmer was aus dem Raum ein " Lochn " machte wo man sich nicht bewegen konnte. Auf den Zimmern nicht ein deutscher Sender auf dem Fernseher sondern nur in einem Gemeinschaftsraum wo dann alle sitzen und das gucken was der erste eingeschaltet hat.Parkplätze waren teilweise aus unbefestigten Grund so das man bei dem Tauwetter voll im Matsch stand mit den Füßen.Da unser Zimmer auf der ersten Etage das einzigste war mussten alle an unserer Tür vorbei und durch den dadurch entstandenen Krach ( auch durch andere Gäste im Aufenthaltsraum ) kamen wir vor halb zwölf nicht zum schlafen. Wir waren in Harrachov schon in verschiedenen Hotels und Pensionen aber diesmal waren wir so enttäuscht das wir nach der zweiten Nacht abgereist sind und somit das Geld für eine Nacht und einmal Frühstück für 2 Personen in den Wind schreiben konnten. Also wir nie wieder !!!
- JAKUB (10/5): - fajne i spokojne miejsce blisko centralnej ulicy, ogolnodostepna kuchnia z naczyniami, kuchnką, mikrofalą, czajnikiem i tosterem. Pokoj nie duzy ale bardzo przytulny, ogrzewany i z telewizorem. Niestety wifi slabo dzialalo.
- Petr (8/5): Průměr - Ubytování ve 3-lůžkovém pokoji bylo dost těsné, málo prostoru. Okolí - hodně staveniště. Za cenu Ok, ale nehledejte tu nic extra. Nafoceno tak, že si představíte daleko víc prostoru, než skutečně je.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Dogodnie położony, niedrogi hotel - Bardzo sympatyczny właściciel. Bardzo dogodne położenie hotelu. Blisko do centrum i stoków narciarskich. Dostaliśmy bardzo ciepły pokój z balkonem i pięknym widokiem na góry. Wszystko w pokoju działało bez zarzutów: TV, nocne lampki, termostaty przy grzejnikach. Kuchnia ogólnie dostępna dobrze wyposażona. Mankament to brak suszarki do włosów, ale tego nikt nie obiecywał. No i jeszcze jedno. Na łóżkach mieliśmy ciemnobrązowe, trykotowe prześcieradła. Robią wrażenie pokrowców które nie są zmieniane przy każdej zmianie pościeli.

- Alina (10/5): wyjazd na narty - Hotel ładny, czysty, miła obsługa. Dobra lokalizacja.
- Kamil (8/5): przytulnie - Mieliśmy pokój na poddaszu więc trochę mało miejsca, za to widoki były chyba najlepsze, na drugi dzień proponowali nam zamianę pokoju, ale już się przyzwyczailiśmy, było cieplutko w pokoju to najważniejsze było.
- Henrik (10/5): God beliggenhed og service - Fint udgangspunkt for vores vandretur fra Harrachov til Mala Upa. Meget hjælpsom værtinde. Vi kunne efterlade vores bil indtil vi kom tilbage. Fin service. Dog fejl i telefonnummer hos Hotels.com, så vi ikke kunne ringe til stedet om vores forsinkede ankomst, men god modtagelse trods sen ankomst.
