• Malina (10/5): It was perfect :) - Beautiful place in the mountains of Cyprus! Chloe welcomed us warmheartedly with fresh fruit, strong coffee and some fresh flowers from the garden. We were the only guests, staying at the place in early March, and felt very comfortable and at home at Chloe‘s house. The garden is beautiful and we really enjoyed the quiet, easy going lifestyle at the house. My boys (8 year) had a lot of fun pressing fresh orange juice with fruits from the garden. Prolonging our stay via WhatsApp was easy and we spent 5 nights instead of the planned 3 at Chloe‘s House. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely come back one day! The pool is under construction at the moment, but that was no problem since it’s off season.

• Penny (10/5): Wundervolle Unterkunft - Wir haben uns bei Chloe sehr wohl gefühlt, das Appartment war sehr groß, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Zugang war sehr einfach. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, Pool top aber schon zu kalt in der Nachsaison. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Hinterland, man benötigt ein Auto, aber wir lieben die Ruhe! Man kann gemütlich draußen sitzen und sich wohlfühlen. Am Tag der Abreise hat uns Chloe noch mit zypriotischem Kaffee verwöhnt, es war sehr nett, Sie persönlich kennen zu lernen. Vielen Dank!

• Tanja (10/5): quiet place to rest - The space is beautiful, in a traditional style. Each room has a terrace and all rooms overlook the pool. The yard is nice and quiet, with flowers and olive trees. Parking is inside the yard. The hostess Chloe is kind and helpful and is at the guests' disposal. The place is in a quiet location, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Restaurants and shops are in the village a few kilometers away. The lighting in the room was quite poor, perhaps a brighter bulb should be installed.

• Mateusz Srebrny (10/5): - Big pool, nice views, peaceful and quiet village, very cheerful and always smiling house owner Chloe (and her son's) awesome town Kathikas just a few minutes away by car with wonderful coffee shops and taverns. Very picturesque walking opportunities with secluded chapels, wineyards, valleys and occasional bea-eater. Coast and beaches 30 mins away. Nothing, all was perfect :)

En er is geen snijplank en geen wijnglazen. Tenslotte zou het iets schoner kunnen zijn. Rondom het zwembad zit een groene rand, het is uitnodigender als die er niet is

The house is beautiful, the location is remote but quiet and lovely! Despite all the positives the property is not well maintained! The wall in the kitchen and bathroom are peeling off, there is dust and spider webs everywhere. The bed did not feel clean. The pool was not clean, and the garden needs maintaining.

• VARVARA (10/5): - A very quiet place, just 10 minutes’ drive from Kathikas village. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations—the ideal spot to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The hostess, Mrs. Chloe, although we didn’t meet her in person, called us several times, including after our check-out, to make sure everything was fine and to check if we needed anything. N/A

From the moment I arrived, they made sure I had everything I needed, offering helpful tips about the area and even providing a basket of fresh local produce. Their warmth and hospitality truly made the stay feel special. The accommodation itself was spotless and well-maintained. The apartment had a cozy, rustic charm with modern amenities, making it both comfortable and convenient. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped. Overall, this countryside apartment exceeded my expectations. The combination of a kind and attentive host, clean and comfortable accommodations, and the serene surroundings made for a perfect stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in nature. I can’t wait to return!

The peaceful surroundings, fresh air, and stunning views made it the perfect escape from city life. • Paul (7/5): Good - It was the middle of winter, and we booked for the sake of a birthday, and because there was a fireplace. It is in a lovely stone village and has been restored in a very authentic manner. Beautiful, quiet countryside.. That romantic fireplace probably needs a chimney sweep because everything we had in there smelled smoke drenched. The hot water in our space did not work. Luckily, we could use the room next door... but it was not ideal. The closet is a modern one that does not fit in the space and is literally falling apart. We could not use it! The traditional, rather high, beautiful canopy double bed was posisioned with one side into a corner. This meant I had to climb over my husband to get in and out of bed. Again, not ideal!

• Federica (8/5): The real side of Cyprus - The apartment is located in a very quiet traditional village on the hills where you can enjoy the authentic side of Cyprus. You definitely need a car to go around but the main beaches, Akamas peninsula, Latchi are all within easy reach. The host Chloe is an extremely nice person, always smiling and ready to help. She was waiting for us even if we arrived quite late in the evening offering us home made jam and fresh figs on the day of our departure! The apartment is in the countryside, so you have to appreciate its pros and cons.

• Jan (9/5): Superb - Great calm place, friendly host, nice beaches with super clean water 30 mins drive. There are four units with two separate sitting areas. You need to occupy two to have some privacy. Do not miss barbecue, all facilities are available, supermarket with fresh fish 25 mins. They don't separate waist, but this is the issue in the whole Cyprus.

Chloe is an amazing host, she loves hosting and made us fill at home. We will defenetly recomend our friends to go to, and will surely come back. The only thing that can be improoved is the matress, but we like hard matress. If you love soft ones, you will think the bed is perfect. Never the less we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable in all other things that it did not matter.
• Lucia (8/5): Lovely house in a sweet quiet village, surrounded by nature:) - the place was an old Cypriot house with a lovely swimming pool in a quiet village, our kids walked out of the room every morning to play outside without us worrying about cars or people, it was so lovely. Lovely tavernas near by, close to drive to the north coast as well as paphos, we didn’t want any hustle and bustle so for us it was perfect! As all the other reviews mention- Chloe is lovely and making lovely Cypriot coffees :)) the only thing we didn’t like was that the sofa was considered a bed. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on, but if the room would be for two people then it’s nice. if more people stay in the room there should be an extra bed:)

• Karen (7/5): Good, but could be better - Very good location, far away from tourists. Nice authentic house. Calm. Easy to reach several places; paphos, beaches, avakas gorge, troodos mountains. Not expensive. Big room: 40m². Close to Kathikas were there are some good places to eat, you have to take the car though. The host was easy to reach and help, but not very present. Several things didn't work: the oven, the toaster, ....Furniture is very out dated and not so comfortable. First night we slept in a room with a matrass where we could feel the iron spirals. Luckily we could change rooms, which was good, but then several amenities didn't work in the apartment. The place is secluded, but without privacy, there are are no trees nor fence, which makes that everybody could see you lying by the pool. We also missed the local tips. There was no extra info in the apartment. No local host present.
• Bianca (7/5): Good - The pool was open and a great way to cool off from hiking or just being out in the hot sun all day. Chloe was very friendly and showed us to our room which had some oranges and a nice big bottle of water in the fridge. The bed was not very comfortable. You could feel the springs poking your body. The kitchen wasn’t as fully equipped as we would have hoped (a proper cutting knife and a little larger cooking pan would have been great).

• Britt (10/5): beautiful rural setting - the quiet location reached by car. the fresh pool. the sound of nature and the beautiful hostess who gave us fruits and coffee, and who was always around but very quiet. the rural setting fitted the lovely studio flat which had a small kitchenette. in nearby village there were restaurants and 20 minutes away was Polis and Latchi.
• Stelios (10/5): Highly recommended. - Very good and clean facilities. Ms Chloe was there to welcome us in person and to offer cold lemonade. The facility is in a quiet village and just 5min drive to traditional taverns or food market.
