Then he came to our room and told us they couldn’t stay no longer than 25 mins he was rude and then this morning he came knocking on our door after we clearly told him we just wanted the room for one night had me open the door to check and see if it was just me and my man and then asked if we was staying another night or checking out
- Tommy (2/5): - We had reservations and I put down I have a service dog. When we got there we were told no dogs. This is a violation of the ADA. We ended up having to find another room at 11pm.

- andrewsB6689LQ (2/5): Worst place to go to when traveling please don’t go here you will regret every decision - This place is absolutely terrible!! the customer service is disgusting the room 131 is disgusting there were roaches crawling on the walls and on the floor the sink is disgusting the shower had another persons hair and nasty left overs not to mention the lamp that had multiple stains on it!!! sketchy parking lot filled with untrustworthy people very very poor communication. The laundry in placed in a shack where there is loose wires and plug-ins on the right side of the wall wiggles and wobbles around!! the washing machine has no knob to turn it to different modes!! absolutely do not recommend this place one bit before leaving the manager was refusing us another receipt for the one he did not present to us to begin with just handed us a room key and said thank you have a great day and a great day we did not have we are traveling through going through to Florida just needed a place to rest but we got no sleep just dissatisfaction of this business it needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!!!!! this place it absolutely arrogant and I don’t know how it passes inspection!!!!! ;(… I have videos of everything but it does not allow me to post them just pictures!!! This is ridiculous!!!

- Laureen Y (2/5): - arrived around 6:30 PM - The girl behind the front desk was not very knowledgeable I got a room that had filthy sheets bedspread bed bugs No hot water the one towel and one washcloth were filthy and I also had cockroaches No hot water the one towel and one washcloth were filthy and I also had cockroachesI went and asked for a refund but got a different room but I already was freaked out I slept for a little bit got up took a shower and left
- Benjamin (4/5): Would not recommend to anyone - First of all I had a reservation through hotel.com. Have never had a problem doing it through this site. When I arrived the hotel informed me that it was going to be $5 more a night. I know that it does not seem like much but when you arrive you expect to pay the price that was given to you. But after that things just got worse the room seemed to be all right, but over the time we were there I discovered many places that were not clean including a couple of spots in the bathroom where it looked like blood was on the wall. Also when I went to go put some stuff up in the drawers I discovered someone else's clothes already there. All this leads me to wonder if they even bothered to clean the room at all. There is one thing I know for sure, and that is I will never stay here again..

- Andrea0128a (2/5): DON'T GO INTO ROOM 126 - Room 126 as soon as you walked in there was a strong oder of human pee. This was at 4 a.m in the morning as a person driving all day u just need a shower but there was no hot water in the sink or the shower. Couldn't stand the smell when to the front to no one there so left the key money lost thats for sure. I tried to call the hotel to let them know the issue after I drove again all day to get the person yelling at me saying there was hot water and there is no smell. If you are a wake for 25 hours and need to just refresh and cant because a place is so bad. You know there is a problem. Just beware will never stay there.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - In covid-19 conditions, have to ring bell for service, seems like only one staff member working , who was away getting a meal at the time of check-in, waited about 10 minute,s , still no one at front desk, was ready to leave elsewhere, when staff member appeared with bag of food. In early morning, discovered several bugs in room as well as one on the bed.

- kathyp80 (2/5): They should have called this cheap hotel! - Pulled in here because they take dogs. First off -she was indian and i couldnt understand her. GREAT! Our rv had a fire and was totaled. We are on our way home with what we could salvage. We were filthy and needed a shower . They put a dog charge on our bill and she noticed we had another dog and charged us more. Asked if she could cut us a break. NOPE! Ok so we paid the extra fee. Got into our room the beds only had sheets and a bed spread. First thing I always do is remove the bed spread because they don't Wash them very often. Went to take a shower and no shampoo! So I get dressed and go to the office they don't put them in the rooms. Ok so back to the room to get money to go the the gas station next door. Got my shower done!!!! Noticed the huge box tv....lol Ok looked for a clock....NOPE. Ok I have my phone. Layed down and the bed was really bad. ONLY one hand towel for two people. At least no bed bugs in the one bed we used. For $68.00 Not really a bargain.
- brendagT5790RM (10/5): Brenda Garner - This is to the guy who says this hotel has bugs it is a lie. He only wanted his money back. This hotel gets a 99 every month from the health department. It is a great place to stay and it does have coffee. And the people who run it are some of the greatest people I have ever met. The bed was very comfortable.
- Freedom182629 (8/5): On our way home - We were on our way home to Michigan. We stopped to get a room. The gal at the front desk was so nice and pleasant. The price was right and the room was very clean. There were lots of great pillows! Looked like the owners are adding on and remodeling. If we pass through the area again we'll be sure to stay again!
