- Richard (1/5): - Teniamos una reserva, Pero a unas cuadras antes de llegar al hotel nos cancelaron la reserva, diciendo que ya no tenian habitaciones. No se puede confiar en este establecimiento.

- Harry (9/5): Gracias por el gesto de amabilidad. - Cercanía al aeropuerto Jorge Chávez, teníamos que subir por las escaleras, cargando el equipaje, hasta la habitación en el 3er piso y nos hicieron el favor de pasarnos a una en el 2do piso, muy agradecidos por ése gesto de amabilidad.. No hay ascensor.

- LUISANA (2/5): - Not Recommended – Noisy and Dishonest Front Desk I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the start, the experience was frustrating. The front desk initially gave me the wrong room, and only after I went back did they apologize and switch me to another one. After settling in and taking a shower, I realized the TV wasn’t working. To make things worse, the bathroom was flooding with water. When I asked the receptionist about the TV, they casually mentioned it was under maintenance—something they never informed me about before booking or even when switching my room. When I requested another room, they claimed all rooms had the same issue, which they should have been upfront about from the beginning. On top of all this, the hotel was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Overall, a bad experience with poor communication and a lack of honesty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Y no sé si el cobro se hizo con mi tarjeta pero se hizo el pago directo de los pasajeros. Como puedo saberlo ? Pagamos 100 S/. equivalente a 25 usd. Gracias por la respuesta

The wifi works properly and is available in your room. Checking in was a breeze. The hostel arranges taxi pick up and drop off from the airport. I felt safe. I would never stay here over consecutive nights! Never!

- roberto (4/5): Inolvidable - las habitaciones no coinciden en nada con las fotos publicadas,es un alojamiento estilo "love-motel" de baja calidad,las paredes estaban salpicadas por fluidos de procedencia inimaginable,la zona en la que se encuentra es muy fea.teniamos el desayuno incluido en la oferta y tuve que mostrarle a la empleada la reserva impresa porque no me creia,cama pequeñita e incómoda,el taxi que contratamos para el pickup al aeropuerto con los asientos rotos.Lo unico positivo fue el trato amable y que el taxi de regreso era mas digno y llego puntual a recogernos para llevarnos ala aeropuerto

We ended up putting lots of blankets under the sheet to make it a little better. The pillows were made of like... plastic/rubber? Very odd but I guess they were more hygienic. Overall, not bad for the price and what we needed it for since we arrived at 2 am.

- roberto (2/5): Hotel de pesadilla - Pesimo hotel. Nos dieron habitaciones diferentes a las reservadas, no querian incluir el desayuno, nunca hicieron la limpieza de las habitaciones! El hotel sucio y ubicado en una zona desagradable. Al final tuve que cancelar nuestra estancia y me cobraron una noche adicional!

La habitación muy limpia y sencilla con television plasma, bańo privado y el wifi excelente en mi habitacion. Es un hospedaje perfecto para una parada despues de un vuelo, a 10 minutos del aeropuerto de Lima. 100% recomendado.

Me sirvieron un rico desayuno a las 6 am antes de mi vuelo a cusco, tambien programaron mi traslado al aeropuerto aun precio economico, lo recomiendo si es para un stopover su proximo vuelo.

- kath (2/5): Please don't book here - Where do I begin? The transfer didn't show up at the airport, when I rang their answer was simply catch a taxi. The room was big (only positive). It's on a Main Street and VERY noisy. The sleeping bag that was used as a duna was stained, hairs on the sheets. The bathroom window wouldn't close, there was only half a shower screen and the shower head was hanging by a thread. when I complained about the noisey room they did offer to move us. Better solution - don't stay here. I won't even go into the terrible neighbourhood.... Wouldn't recommend.

Jeg trodde også at jeg hadde betalt med kort da jeg bestilte, men jeg måtte betale på stedet! Hotellet er dyrt etter beliggenheten! Frokost og personell er hyggelige!
